Just search “Novant Discrimination” lawsuit. They seem to be having big discrimination issues, it makes me wonder if the medical care will also be different depending on the color of your skin.

Unfriendly and uncaring nursing staff. Zero empathy for patients. Especially patients of color. Rooms are not cleaned daily. My relative spent 5 days at the 3333 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem location without her room ever being cleaned. Floor was filthy. We were also harassed multiple times by an aggressive & rude nurse in the cafe while drinking coffee for not wearing our masks. IN THE CAFE!Avoid this hospital if you are a person of color. They do not want us there.

Shame on you for firing 175 of your most valuable employees.

Baby born early spent 2 weeks in NICU. Cant speak for the whole hospital, but my wife and my experience in the NICU for 14+ hours a day for 2 weeks was suberb. Nurses and staff were friendly, helpful, quick to explain things, very particular about sanitation and quality of care, and went out of their way to take care of our sweet baby. The only negative I can say was the birth experience was a bit stressful as either there was a baby apocolypse that night or the hospital was short staffed... I think the first was true from the talk of staff I overheard in the hallways. But, even being short staffed, the doctors and nurses came storming in at the last minute to catch and care for the baby, so it all worked out.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Im writing this review as I sit in the waiting room going on 8 hours! Another gentleman has been here for going on 14 hours! Absolutely ridiculous. Now I understand how fatalities happen while waiting to be seen by emergency services.
