I always have an Amazing visit. Shonda is great to converse with while she is completing your cleaning. Dr. Daniels is always upbeat and provides the best dental care I have every received. The front staff are always professional and caring too.I always refer people to Dr. Daniel if they are looking for a dentist.

I’ve been going to this practice for a few years now and since the first appointment, I felt like family. Dr. Daniels is personable, professional, and takes great care of his patients. Nancy, the awesome dental hygienist, makes me comfortable and welcomed. And she leaves my teeth feeling super clean after with very minimal, if any, discomfort. And the lovely ladies at the front desk make the process easy and quick with appointments, insurance changes/issues, and checkouts. Where most people dread their biannual dental cleanings, I always look forward to seeing them and catching up. Highly recommend this practice!!

Amazing staff all around - front desk was super nice. My hygienist Jen was super bubbly and fun. Dr Daniels was incredibly professional, efficient and gentle. I could not ask for a better dentist office - super clean and modern enough.

I always have a pleasant experience at Blue Diamond Dental. The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean and my cleanings with Shonda are always great and Dr. Daniels expertise is un matched. As long as Im in the Tri-state area Ill go to Blue Diamond Dental for my dentistry needs.

The Dental staff is amazing and does quality work when it comes to my teeth, but the only thing I did not like is how the lady working the front desk treated me. She was way out of line with her tone and demeanor towards me. I went to the office respectfully wanting an explanation in regards to my bill. It just didn’t seem like she wanted to hear what I had to say because each time I was trying to explain where I was getting the numbers from she was not trying to have it. What she sees in her system is what was right. I first was inquiring about the last procedure I had done, and how it was costing me more money than the last. Her response was its based upon the surface and not the tooth. I said okay, but that still doesn’t even explain why I received in the mail a bill for $120. I explain to her that the last statements (which had the billing for my last procedure) said that I owed $30 instead. To which she decided to print me out a statement to confirm that I owed $120, rude but okay. So I asked her can she split that bill because on the bill it has my sister and I information on there, she told me she can not because the bill would have to be paid first. I’m sitting there looking at her wondering how can I pay for my bill if it has procedures on there that I never, in fact, got done for myself. Even when we went through the process of what I had to pay for, I end up being right in what I owe to the company, but she still thought I was trying to pull one over on the company. To make the long story short be sure to check with your insurance on how much you have to pay because the office does charge 20% interest and can ruin your credit if the bill is not paid in a certain amount of time.

I did not have health insurance , and I was in a lot of pain because of a wisdom tooth, My Coworker referred me to Blue Diamond they took me as soon as possible, Dr. Daniels and his assistant were very nice & very informative every step of the way , he even did a follow up call and I was not charged a arm and a leg I have recommended everyone over here because this is the best dental place ever! and its affordable.
