Had a great experience each time I have been. They are gentle and thorough. I have a phobia of dentists. I have made them my primary dentist. all staff I have met from the gentleman at the front desk to the assistant and to the Dr, they are all professional and more than happy to help how ever they can. 5 stars. Great Dentist office.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They only want your money. Waited for an hour with no AC. It cost $2,000 for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything and to come back in 3 weeks. She said if I pay cash they could see me sooner?? These people don’t care about their patients they only want your money. I highly recommend not going here!

I highly recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal. Came in a little under a month ago for my surgery and it was quick, painless and easy. Dr Geeson and her staff made me feel at home during the procedure. Dr Geeson removed the first tooth before I even got a chance to get comfortable 😂. On a serious note if you are looking to have your wisdom teeth removed come here, you won’t be disappointed 👍

Very chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. During my permanent crown placement I was drilled without any numbing agent. It still doesn’t fit right but I was in so much pain I couldn’t allow her to continue. My husband’s routine drill and fill cavity was done so poorly he now has to have it fixed just days after they did it. Despite having my appointments confirmed multiple times by the office, I wait 30+ minutes to be seen and up to 2 hours. I will find a new dentist before my next cleaning.

As I’m about to get a metal filling extracted & composite filling put in this morning, there are two new employees being trained during my appointment and no discussion of what’s going on with me. I was handed a consent form “to quickly skim over and sign” and this information was very different from the conversation I had with the dentist at the previous visit. Given what the consent form describes, this was a very high risky procedure given toxic metals were going to be extracted from my mouth and there was all kinds of potential risks involved. I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism by these people and lack of proper management and lack of experienced employees put in place for my dental care. There were three girls training in this tight room and there was no communication to me about what was going on. After reading the consent form and all the risky, potential problems involved I certainly was not putting my health in these peoples hands!! I told the young inexperienced girls that I did not feel comfortable going into this procedure (given the chaos in the room and the consent form risks) and walked out. Will not return. I do not recommend this place!! The ladies bathroom was even out of hand soap this morning and had to notify them of it. Not very covid minded either. Awful experience!

My experience at Complete Dental (Wilmington Office) was exceptional. I have very high anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in the door, every staff member greets you with a genuine smile. I explained my anxiety and they went out of their way to ease my fears. This is an exceptional dental office. I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this dental office. I went there almost 4 weeks ago due to a toothache in severe pain. They took x-rays and wanted to do a cleaning and said to come back in 4 weeks to get the extraction. At that same appt, they gave me 3 antibiotic pills to take at the office. I asked if they would be giving me a prescription for an antibiotic and they said no. Meanwhile, the tooth got worse and became abscess to the point that I had to go to my private doctor to get an antibiotic. I was scheduled for the extraction today but per my private doctors advice I was told to reschedule to allow time for the antibiotic to work. When calling to reschedule, I already had an appt for a fine scale cleaning for next week (AFTER the original appt for the extraction). Now they said that they were going to do the fine scaling before they would ever extract a tooth and that if I had come in today they would have cancelled my appointment and made me come in for the scaling first. Which is the complete opposite of what I was told verbally and in writing at the prior appt. After this experience and also reading the reviews of others, I would definitely recommend heeding the advice of these negative reviews and taking them seriously. This office is unorganized, unprofessional, provides conflicting information and their patients clearly do not take priority.

This has been the worst custumer service experience that I have ever had in a dental office. Staff needs to go to trainning and learn what they are doing. Very fancy office but really bad service. So disappointing.

Wonderful, kind , gentle, caring, this is theBEST!!!!! dentist I have been to in years. Super sweet. Understanding. I can not say enough. You need to use this Dentist . The BEST in this area. Also a super clean office.

Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. I highly recommend Complete Dental and refer this practice all the time. Thank you for making my family’s smiles a little brighter, Dr. Geeson!

I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!

I absolutely love this dentist office. I would not let any other dentist touch my teeth again since Ive been coming here. I love the staff! They are all so friendly and caring and make you feel right at home. They definitely take great care of you while youre in their care. I had my gap closed and i absolutely love the way my teeth look now. I almost cried. I recommend this dentist office to everyone! Once you come in you will not regret it at all! If you have any dental needs i definitely recommend Complete Dental👌😁

Dr Duke was great!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite sometime! He was personable and made me feel comfortable which made the experience a lot more tolerable.

This place was exceptional and definitely makes going to the dentist easier & more comfortable than it typically is! Ive had 2 cleanings and a crown and all 3 visits have been great. Dr. Gough and Courtney both make the visit so much more enjoyable. Really great customer service & staff!!!

I had such a great first appointment here today! They took their time with me. The entire office was so beautiful and they played country music too. 😊 Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Gough was extremely confident. I had had past dentists who weren’t always so sure of themselves. This wasn’t the case. She took charge and fixed my issue right away! Savanah cleaned my teeth. She graduated from dental school last year, and she did such a great job. I am very impressed. They exceeded my expectations!

This dental office is spectacular. I’ve never been to an office that provides a tour of the facility as well as coffee or water. I felt right at home as I entered the door and they actually seem to listen and care about my concerns. A+ practice for all of your dental needs.

I was tentative about my dental visit. I mean, seriously, who isn’t? However, from start to finish, the staff here was a 10/10. When calling to arrange for an appointment, everyone I spoke to was patient, professional and concise. The same friendly feeling was conveyed upon walking through the door of the office. Lynn was amazingly friendly, performed the radiological portion of the exam flawlessly, and was the ray of sunshine needed to get me through the pain that I had come in with. Porcha (sorry if that’s the incorrect spelling) was upbeat and smooth with the dental cleaning. Dr. Geeson is definitely a tooth ninja. The speed and skill at which she worked was amazing, and I’m extremely grateful for the professionalism and talent she showed in expediting the process of removing my painful wisdom teeth. I’d definitely suggest this office for any of your dental needs, as they surpassed all of my expectations. Thanks!!!!

Best dentist office Ive ever stepped foot into. The whole staff is welcoming and compassionate! The office is beautiful and so clean. Dr. Geeson and Dr. Gough are amazing and really take their time getting to know you and your oral concerns! They were so thorough and conservative with planning my treatment and wanted to know my input. Ill just say, they didnt have dental offices or dental staff like this where Im from! 100% recommend to anyone looking for an amazing office in the Wilmington area! I know I found mine!
