An all around bad expierence. I personally will never go back to this dentist. He acted very rude and annoyed with me when I let him know that I wasnt numb and I felt him drilling on my tooth. He assured me that I was adequately numb. He stopped in the middle of the visit and told me that Im just going to have to set a second appointment, that he had time but that I looked uncomfortable. Of course I was uncomfortable, Im terrified of dentists in general and I wasnt completely numb. I explained to him that I would rather keep going so I dont have to go through this again. This is all after waiting in the waiting room for 45 mins after my appointment time. I left and wont be returning. They were also disclosing a patients poor hygiene in the waiting room infront of other patients. It was unprofessional to say the very least.

Terrible service, never called in my referral to my oral surgeon when I called about the issue they had no idea they did my x rays , said they faxed my medical information to my home which makes no sense once I was clearly aggravated they hung up the phone on me don’t recommend this place to anyone

Big ego. Poor bedside manner. I told him I felt like I had nerve damage after an extraction. He insisted I had chewed on my lip and it would pass. 2 years later I have permanent nerve damage and the fillings he put in are coming loose.

I really like this office, all of the staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Chopra is awesome! Hes very gentle and is a very caring person. Ive always had a good experience here. My kids see him for their dentistry, and now my grand babies are going to be seeing him as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chopra to anyone looking for a great dentist, hes the best one Ive ever been to. They are very informative about any after care you might have following any procedure or surgery. Wonderful experience, for a dentist office. The staff was great, thorough and quick! Also, they were kind enough to walk me out after my cleaning. The doctor was sincere and caring. He has many clients but is able to remember details about each patient. Today was my first appointment but my husband has been going here for quite some time because he likes the fact that the doctor remembers him. Highly recommend!

One of the first dentists in Wilmington that called me back and actually set up an appointment for new clientele. So, Im very happy with that. Overall experience with the staff so far has been great. The Doctor is a man of little words, which is fine by me but some may feel that lacks interpersonal skills. But my procedure was fast and smooth with no complications and took less than 20 minutes. Im very happy with the overall outcome. My only negative remark is that, he is in a small office and is limited on fixing partials and dentures. The office will do it but it will take three to four days to get done. So, if youre looking for a quick fox this wont be the place for you. But overall great staff, great doctor, and great experience.

Amazing experience every time Ive gone into the office. The staff is friendly and Dr.Chopra is very professional. He is always very fast and efficient while doing fillings and very accommodating. Extremely satisfied with the dental work he has done for me and continues to do! Have recommended him to friends and family.

My children and I hadnt been to a dentist in about 3-4 years Dr Chopra was very nice and very efficient. We didnt have to wait very long in the waiting room. He spoke to the children and asked them about their teeth and was very caring. We go back in December for our cleaning and to fill one cavity. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I chipped a tooth and needed to find a new and good dentist asap as i was new to the area. Him and his office staff were exceptional, helpful, and down to earth. The doctor was very quick and painless (i was nervous). I appreciate the doctor and staff there. I would recommend him to anyone!

Im terrified of the dentist, Ive had so many negative experiences. But Dr. Chopra is amazing, super awesome staff that make you feel very comfortable. This place is a judgment free zone, no matter what. btw the receptionist is amazing shes a very friendly person, a perfect person to have as the first impression of the office.

My time at Dr. M. Chopras office was great I got there signed in and it was no more than 5 minutes and they were calling me back. Went to the back sat in the chair he gave me the numbing shot which I did not feel let it get all numb and away he went fixing 2 filling that fell out and in no time he was done with that I walked in the office at 1:34pm and walked out the office at 2:04pm and he done a great job.

I have been going to Dr. Chopra for a few months. The entire staff is so nice and nonjudgmental. I hate going to the dentist because of the pain both mental and physical. Every visit to Dr. Chopra has been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend his practice.

I have the absolute worst dentist anxiety so I was not looking forward to going in today to have a filling done. Honestly, this was the easiest dental appointment Ive ever had! Dr.Chopra is an amazing dentist, and is very friendly, he doesn’t cut corners in order for you to return for the same problem so he can charge you extra money, as a matter of fact, he will do everything it takes to save you money, not like most dentists who wants to do unnecessary procedures in order to get rich . He is by far the greatest!!, and believe me, I am not a stranger to the dentist world. He is the best 😊

Dr. Chopra is a very nice doctor and most of my appointments Ive had to bring my two toddlers and the staff are so friendly and understanding about it :) My fillings Ive gotten from him have stayed in place very good with little to no sensitivity to hot and cold food and drink. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone in the Wilmington and surrounding areas.
