After a few years of CPAP therapy for moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rosen. After my initial consultation, I was deemed and ideal candidate and switched to a SomnoMed oral appliance (similar to a retainer). I was able to ditch the CPAP while benefiting from significantly improved sleep!! With the SomnoMed, my AHI was normal confirmed by subsequent sleep studies. This was a game changer. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen and staff!!

Every time that I went to this dental office, Dr. Rosen acted very unprofessionally. During my appointments, he would make really insulting and sarcastic comments that made both me and everyone else in the room uncomfortable. Not going back to this dental office. The receptionists and dental assistants were always very kind, but Dr. Rosen constantly said very unprofessional and condescending remarks to me that were completely unwarrented and he would always cut me off when I was trying to answer the questions that he would ask me. This was not a one-time occurance-- every time I went to his dental office for an appointment, I had a very weird experience with this dentist.Had Dr. Rosen acted in a more professional manner, I would still be going there. He is good at his occupation, but I never enjoyed my appointments with this dentist because of his nonstop condescending comments to me. Even one of the dental nurse assistants told him to calm down with the jokes that he was making towards me at one of my appointments that I had in the past. I tried to just grin and bear it and ignore his uncomfortably rude comments, but it got to a point where I just chose not to go back. Needless to say, I chose another dentist.I cant speak for anyone elses experience, but I can only speak for mine.

I received the most comprehensive dental exam I have ever received. They took their time and explained their procedures and the results. Staff is friendly and professional. This is my first time there and I felt good about it.

Another first class visit to the dentist.And now, 6 months later, my first visit since the Covid era. The office has a number of new procedures in place to protect you and the office staff. From the stuffed bear family taking up chairs in the waiting room to make sure you are social distancing to the initial mouth rinsing and special air filter nearby when they are working in your mouth. Im considered high risk and had no worries whatsoever. If you need to see Dr. Rosen, you dont need to put off the appointment, youll be safe!

Needed a tooth fixed that had broken the night before. Dr. Rosen and his assistant got me all comfortable with a nice soft head-piece for my very delicate neck. He is a needle expert, never felt it. He goes over and beyond any dentist Ive ever had.

I love this practice! Theyre very professional, pain-free and aseptic clean. Had a toothache and was fully prepared for Dr. Rosen to tell me I needed a root canal or bridge. They took x-rays, and Dr. Rosen explained that my symptoms are classic for excess pressure, that there was no crack. He asked if I was wearing my night guard & chewing gum, and said its either from grinding or possibly an infection. He told me to wear the night guard every night, and if the pain had not subsided in a week to fill a script for antibiotics that he gave me. After wearing my night guard last night, the awful pain is gone! He could have taken me into a major expense, and I would have gladly gone there! Instead he sent me home with a piece of paper and told me that if I didnt wear my night guard I would indeed be back with a crack. Good man.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had! I developed pain on the right side of my mouth, so naturally, I assumed it was my tooth . I wasnt happy with my current dentist, so I found Dr. Rosen on the internet. I called his office and got an appointment that same day, and I wasnt even his patient! The appointment was a fantastic experience, his staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rosen was thorough, and took his time, and explained everything. It ended up not being my tooth that was causing the pain in my mouth, but trigeminal neuralgia. I just recently had a cleaning, and I was very worried about how I was going to make it through the cleaning without having pain. I do take medication for my trigeminal neuralgia, and it helps, but I had a lot of anxiety about this appointment. I explained this to the hygienist, and she understood because one of her family members suffers with the same disease. She was so gentle, and so caring. My appointment was way better than I ever could have imagined!!

Needed a last minute dentist for an infected tooth that suddenly got severe pain. I came across this office and despite living in Milford, I am very happy I chose Dr. Rosen for an evaluation and tooth extraction. Affordable out of pocket,, and quick procedure. Super nice throughout, kept me updated, and answered all my questions, while helping calm my nerves for my first tooth extraction. I felt no pain when given the first numbing injection and that is a first! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rosen since my first tooth came in (or at least as far back as I can remember having teeth). Dr. Rosen is the absolute best! He has been my dentist for 10+ years. I was so sad when my insurance changed and I could no longer see him and his team. However, after a terrible experience with another dentist, and new insurance (yay!), I was so happy to be back. A previous dentist performed two bad fillings and left me with lots of pain during and after the appointment. This created a ton of anxiety for me to get it worked on. However, Dr. Rosen’s team got me in right away. He made me feel at ease and I didn’t even feel the shot or the drill! I couldn’t recommend him more as a dentist, especially if you fear going to the dentist from previous bad experiences like me. His fun personality and his warm staff make going to the dentist actually enjoyable. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Rosen and his staff have a very caring attitude towards their patients. They are knowledgeable and willing to help in any possible way. The staff is friendly and very flexible with scheduling their appointments. I have only had great experiences at Dr. Rosens office. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!!

I have not found a dentist that I am comfortable with since mine retired years ago, whom my entire family and I went to since I was very young. He taught at the University of PA and I thought he was a genius and nobody could walk in his shoes. I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself at ease here with the staff, who had plenty of time to answer my questions (sometimes twice). I was amazed at how thorough the exam was, the incredible technology, and how good I felt to be finally able to address my concerns and trust that I would be taken care of. Meeting Dr. Rosen was an experience in + of itself, with his witty sense of humor and gracious / gentle demeanor. To my surprise, Dr. Rosen knew my old dentist and consults with him because he thinks the world of him as well. I went here because of the positive reviews online, and I am very grateful that I did. At the end of the visit, I was gifted with an electric toothbrush system which looks pretty expensive. I have been using it and am quite impressed with just how clean teeth can be! If you are like me and anxious about finding a dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Rosens office - you wont regret it!

Ive been going to Dr. Rosen since I was a kid and hes the best!! Hes such a wonderful person and always has a funny joke ready. His staff is great and welcoming. The office is always clean and inviting. Currently, I live in NYC and I still come home to get my teeth cleaned. I recommend Dr. Rosen to everyone I know in Delaware.
