Been going here for years. They listen to my concerns and take the time to check me out at each visit. As a migraine sufferer, it’s nice being listened too and not just treated like a drug seeker.

My husband was seen there today for the first time and said he would not go back. The lady at the front desk was rude and had snide comments about him choosing to not have the covid shot. She was also listening in on conversations that had nothing to do with her and giving her opinion. Very unprofessional action!

Front desk staff was not welcoming. This place was not professional at all!

Had a fever, sore throat and cough. Waited over 2 hours, only to be told that it could be a virus and to wait 3-5 days then come back. My co pay was $50 cause they considered their office “urgent care” although it’s a minor care clinic. If I would have known I would have stayed home. Not coming back in a few days to be charged again and finally get the treatment I deserve. Either the doctor didn’t believe me or he didn’t want to write up a prescription since they were getting ready to close although I arrived at 4:25pm. What a rip off!

The front desk ladies were very nice. The reviews I read before going weren’t positive but my experience was very positive. I would go here again if needed.

It is what it is it’s a walk inminor Emergency Clinic you don’t need an appoitment so depending how many people are that day depends on how long you wait if there is only one Dr and a waiting room with 15 people in it guess what your gonna wait. We’ve gotten in very quick and days like today we are waiting because it’s very busy. Staff has always been nice

The lady at the front desk was very hateful and rude. I was very sick and she yelled at me. Rude to all customers. Just hateful.

The lady with short gray hair at the front desk....absolutely horrible. She could not have been more RUDE or hateful!! It was all I could do to keep my temper she was so awful. If it wasnt for my sick grandchild I would have told her exactly what I thought of her terrible attitude and left. This is one clinic I will not go back to. Because of her. Doctor and nurse were great...her...not so much.

Took over three hours for an EKG and labs to be drawn. I didnt even wait to discuss with the physician. Couldnt have been treated more impersonally or with less concern. I was having palpations when I came in. Three hours waiting in a freezing cold room doing nothing resolved the problem temporarily, lets hope it doesnt happen again and.. ya know, I die. Because Im never walking in that place again with another health concern.

Do not waste your time. Go to Eberly Farms Minor ER on 21st. They are helpful and caring and competent. I will not be back here. We have been here several times. I am not confident in their care or services.

They had me fill out five pages of paperwork in their filthy outdated waiting room then refused to treat my sick daughter. Both ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and belittling. Suppose this was a blessing in disguise because my daughter and I went up to the urgent care facility on Maize road and they do everything electronically which means no paperwork. The one on Maize road treated myself and my daughters sicknesses. Most folks prefer to be treated with a bit of humanity especially when not feeling well. This Minor Emergency place treats people like dirt and you will probably feel worse after going.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is an absolute rip off. They care more about how youre going to oay than they do your care. Saw the Dr. for less than two minutes and wrote me a prescription. Said not to worry because the prescription would be inexpensive but the Dr. visit was almost $100.00! For some chest congestion! Never again would i come here... beware

Dr. Yang was fast and very personable. He seemed genuinely concerned about what was going on with me.

We have been to this facility twice and received outstanding care both times.

If you need a quick fix on a weekend this is the place. Great for UTIs, sinus infections etc. More then that, youd better get checked out by your Dr.

Have used this place many times over the years for myself and my kids; no complaints whatsoever.The complaints below sound like a couple insurance issues and someone who didnt want call to make sure WWME was open before they showed up.

I was amazed how quick I was in and out! My son had Strepp throat and is Autistic. The staff and Dr. Josh P. Froese were extremely compassionate with my son. I also brought my newborn with me to the appointment and Dr. Froese without me even asking gave me important information about my newborn. He was concerned that my baby may get strepp and told me the signs to look for to keep my baby healthy. I have never had a doctor care that much!!! He actually showed concern for someone other then the patient. Most doctors make you schedule another appointment if you have questions about another person. Dr. Froese treated me with respect as well. They dont act like the patient is stupid or ignorant. They are not stuck up or snooty. They sincerly seem to like what they do and are good at it too! I will definitely come to this urgent care facility from now on for our immediate care needs. Thank you guys...

Been here several times for various reasons and have had excellent service and care.

The receptionists here are extremely unprofessional, about half the nurses I see are unpleasant and the doctors are severely under par. Ive been going here for 2 years now and in that time I have more questions than answers. No resolution to my issues and dont get any feeling from this place that they want to resolve my issues. This is a pill dispensary with an MRI. Im done here, heading to Eberly Farm

Ive been here over an hour and havent been seen yet. I just have a sore throat and some minor bumps. I could have been in and out in under an hour.

Doctors dont know what the hell they are doing what so ever

We were in and out in under 30mins on a Saturday, super nice! We will defiantly come here again if we need immediate care.

Horrible front desk, very rude, and was very short. Other staff was great, but it was first impression that makes a visit.

Yelp says they are open from 8:30am to noon. Showed up at 10am and they are closed. Plus they website does not pull up to check the times. Please fix this so people dont drive all the way into town to sit and wait.
