Worst place for a pcrInaccurate timing and pricingI called asked if they have COVID-19 Pcr for traveling purposes , they said yes, I asked how much is it and how long is the waiting time , they said 10 to 20 minutes and $100 .I went there I checked in and waited for than 40 minutes, later they called our names and asked us to wait in the Car for our testing, we went into the car and waited for another 20 minutes the nurse came and asked if we had any symptoms we clarified one more time that we are doing it for traveling purposes. She went back inside to check again . She tested us after one hour and thirty minutes of waiting. She asked us to wait for the dr after 20 minutes the dr came out with an antigen test and I asked for a pcr , after a long discussion between me and the employee and the employees between them selves, they asked me to pay the difference and wait do to another test after 20 minutes of wait I asked them to speed up they said that they will use the same swabI could have done somewhere else for a cheaper price and shorter wait

Great staff and service! The only issue I have is that the online check-in doesnt work. I took my two children in today and filled out the online form before we got there. When we arrived, I mentioned we checked in online and the receptionist said that process didnt work. We had to fill out paperwork (single sheet per patient, no big deal). We were just hoping to get all info in ahead of time and not have to spend too much time waiting. Pretty busy today (on a mid-morning Sunday), about 8-10 patients deep.

I have been to this clinic once in person & have done two virtual visits. This place makes it so easy & convenient to get seen when you are in a pinch. The office is very clean & everyone I’ve ever encountered has been friendly. Dr Mansoor is wonderful, I have seen him all three times.

Came here on a Sunday morning after slicing my finger on an electric saw. They were busy, but very efficient! The Doctor did a great job stitching my finger and putting up with my low pain tolerance :) Im grateful we have this clinic available on a Sunday when most other places are closed.

Excellent care. Fast and efficient. Dr. Monsoor is amazing and really seems to care that you get better. They were able to do a lung xray in house and she showed me the xrays before I left. Would recommend every time.

I have been coming to this clinic for more than 4 years. The staff is very compassionate, and professional. The facility is VERY clean. Each Doctor is very knowledgeable. I love Dr. S. Mansoor!! I would not go anywhere else.

Medical care was fine but the administrative staff needs to be more careful about asking for patient information. The girl with the giant nails yelled out my husbands birthdate, phone and address so anyone in the waiting room could hear. This information should not be shared due to identify theft and they can get the necessary information off of your drivers license. As far as phone number she could have just gotten it off of the form he had to fill out. Another girl ask another patient if the info on his license was correct, which was good.

I’ve been going to AFC Urgent Care on N Rock since moving back to Wichita nearly 4 years ago. Today’s experience was typically good - short wait, attentive and friendly staff, minimal paperwork, and yet another positive experience with Dr. Sara. She actually listens and we had a dialogue - NOT a rushed monologue. Great job and a big thanks to everyone at AFC!

Had an appt at 12:30, logged in 15 minutes like I was supposed to. I called an hour later to figure out if I was going to be seen because it was a virtual appt. an extremely rude nurse got on and said I wouldn’t be seen until after 4:30 after they close because the provider was extremely busy. I asked don’t you think someone should have let me know since I’ve been waiting for an hour? She said we didn’t realize you were on there. What’s the point of scheduling an appt and wasting my time.

I needed to be seen an hour before I needed to board a plane for my destination wedding. The staff there were amazing!! They got me in quickly and were all very friendly and comforting. I was beyond thankful for their services and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend them!

This place is a joke. Dr Samrah Mansoor was rude toy 8 year old daughter and husband. She was impatient and even said dont you see how many patients I have waiting. She had the worst bedside manner and she should retire if she doesnt want to see patients and answer their questions.

Got denied entry for my 4 year old son with a gash in his ear from a dog bite. Was there at 7:35 and they closed at 8. Completely heartless to deny service for a child. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My husband and I showed up at this minor emergency to get stitches for my two-year-old. After being placed on hold for more than five minutes, I was told at 7:28 that they were closed. When I informed her that we were in the parking lot and the sign says open, the receptionist stated “I have to say that“ and then went on to explain that front desk staff are told to lie to patients if they try to check in past 7:30 because their providers don’t want to stay late (they close at 8). We then drove to another minor emergency more than 15 minutes away *with the same closing time* that was willing to see us, even though it meant their provider had to stay a few minutes late. Clearly, patient care is lacking at this facility.

I sliced open my finger. All the staff were super nice. The PA Amanda is wonderful and very caring. Very little wait time. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I went in a few times over the course of a couple weeks. We’re fairly quick in seeing us, but I won’t go back because of treatment and negligence of doctors.I went in for a uti and was prescribed Cipro (quick google search says it’s not recommended by FDA as a first treatment option because of side effects. I called to ask the doctor about it and he said, “I don’t know where you got your information, but...” so, I started taking it, and after the second dose started getting chest pain. Called the urgent care doctor. He told me it was in my head and to keep taking it. After my third dose, I had a tightness in my chest and called the nurse advice line. She said to go back in the morning. I called the urgent care when they opened the following day, and he told me to go straight to the ER. ER doctor said he would NEVER prescribe Cipro first, and promptly changed the prescription.My daughter’s experience wasn’t much better. I took her in for what I believed to be strep. Doctor did a rapid test. Said it was negative but could be wrong, so we opted to wait to see if it’d get better on its own. A couple days later she was worse, so we went back and the doctor said it looked like strep and was going to treat it as strep. Sent prescriptions to the pharmacy- the antibiotics was only a partial prescription because the pharmacy didn’t have enough in stock. I called to ask for the rest of her prescription and they sent the wrong one for her. By the time I got there to pick it up, they were already closed, even though it said online that they should have still been open.Very disappointed in the quality of care.

In town on a work assignment from out of state. Selected AFC based on reviews and comments.Cannot say enough good things how I was treated from check in to seeing the specialist. First rate treatment all the way. Thanks to Amanda and the staff for getting me all fixed up!!!

They charged me for services I did not receive. They said it was a copay. And have yet to credit me back as they said they would, and it’s been over a week. They charged my card and then told me they had no x-ray technician after the fact. So they wouldn’t be able to see my daughter and they wouldn’t be able to refund me either because it would have to go through “billing”. They didn’t even so much as take vitals, absolutely no services were provided but they were quick to charge my card. Incompetent, unprofessional, they keep giving me the runaround when I call. So basically, I was charged for walking into the lobby. Do not recommend going here unless you want to be robbed in a time where you need urgent medical care.

I waited on a virtual appointment for over an hour with no communication whatsoever. When I called to inquire about why I was still waiting or how long I was expected to continue to wait before moving on with my day, I was first told that the reason I was waiting was because they couldnt x-ray me until much later. When I asked if I was just going to have to sit and wait without being told what I was waiting on, I was told that the office was short staffed but they could get me checked in within 10 minutes (I had been checked in for over an hour)

The wait time was a little longer than I expected for an urgent care place, however it also happend to be busy so I understand. They did well and were extremely kind.

My family has been coming to AFC for years, and theyre wonderful every time! Highly recommend!

Ive been seen here a few times. Each time, Ive been seen promptly, treated with kindness, and been given the treatment I needed. Dr. Mansoor, Amanda, PA, and the staff were all extremely helpful.

I was incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service and overall atmosphere of this clinic on March 10, 2021. There were issues with the insurance card website upon inputting the information and when the staff was asked questions, they were extremely disrespectful in their service and tone. The website was mismanaged, and obviously the front desk staff is too. I didnt even make it past paperwork.

Great place to get treatment! They had us in and out quickly, the staff and PA that treated me were very kind and helpful. We are AD Military and just visiting family for a couple days and I can honestly say this is one of the best Urgent Care clinics we have ever gone to during all of our travels and assignments. Keep up the great work!

Went here for a rash my 2 year old daughter was dealing with and received quick, kind care. However, she was prescribed medication that only made her rash worse and caused a chemical burn on her private parts.The package the medicine came in specifically said not to use on patients under 17 years of age, not to use on diaper dermatitis, and not to use on virginal area.The nurse was clearly uneducated and lacked knowledge of this ointment she told me was safe for my little one. My daughter is now in more pain than when she started thanks to the care given at this facility. Will NOT be going back.

I went in for extreme sacral, coccyx and back pain. I worked with Dr. Mansoor and Nurse Roop (Rupshikma) as well as a PA student. The receptionist was able to get me in quickly. And the doctor and nurse were very polite, compassionate and able to come up with a plan for me.The facilities and place was also clean and smelled fresh as if they clean constantly.I am very pleased with this place and would come here again, although I hope I dont have to because that would mean I am sick lol.Than you AFC!

Dr. Marsoov Rupshikha and Tira were personable and quick. They are kind and treated me very friendly. They are precise and provided me with exactly what I needed. I was in and out much faster than I expected, and they were thorough with their disinfection routine.

Everyone in the office was super nice! Rupa and Ebany heped me out immediately and were so cheerful. Dr. Mansoor was very pleasant and attentive to me. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I will most definitely use them again.

Every person in the office is VERY NICE ... Dr Mansoor is an amazing person, she explained every detail of my tests and medicines to me. She made me feel very comfortable. Ebany was an amazing nurse she is really good at drawing blood and really good at giving them steroid shots and she was very nice and she knew what she was doing and seems she has had a ton of practice. The Dr. Mansoor was amazing as well she was super nice and helped me a ton and I’m grateful for that. But this place I would highly recommend for getting a check up since they have amazing people here!

Dr Mansoor was fantastic! We have gone to her twice, both times on holiday weekends. We took our grand-daughter once and she treated me the second time. She is excellent and really listened. I wouldnt go anywhere else for urgent care. Thank you Dr. Mansoor.

Had to find an urgent care at the last minute due to a bad reaction to poison oak and we are new to the area. Not to mention it was a holiday. Dr.Mansoor and Roop were amazing. I was seen and treated quickly and my shot didnt even hurt as much as it had in the past from other providers. The office was immaculate and I felt they were concerned with my needs and answered all.my questions. I will definently use this provider again.

While I was waiting in the lobby I heard a lady upset that she had to go do her urine test again because they lost the result. Reading up on some reviews, seems they misplace a lot of test results. I wonder if they charge you twice for doing it again. Also the doctor there is always wanting to inject you something that you dont need. Now Im thinking this place only care about selling for money instead of your health

This clinic was fantastic! I was having some really scary chest pain that I thought Id have to go to the ER for but I ended up trying this establishment first and they got me well taken care of. I feel confident that I wont have any more issues going forward and I know where to go in the future if I need help when my doctors office is closed!

I came in here thinking I had a simple case of bronchitis. But came to find out I had double pneumonia and a partially collapsed lung. Dr Mansoor took excellent care of me over the following week. And he was quick to address all my concerns. The staff was also very friendly. If it weren’t for him or this place I most likely would have had to go to the er or even potentially be hospitalized. And they saved me the time and money from having to do that. Would highly recommend anyone in need to seek treatment here.

I contracted COVID-19 a little more than weeks ago. I went to AFC clinic to get tested and treated. I was welcome and treated like a normal patient. I received an awesome treatment by everyone at this clinic, especially Dr. Mansoor and Nurse Hayley. The staff of this clinic is life savior. Staff is no less than saints and angels.I’ll always be indebted to them for treating me through this tumultuous ordeal.

I came here recently for a needle stick injury, I was in and out quickly and the staff is very efficient! I get very nervous when getting blood drawn but nurse Rupshikha did great, they all made me feel well taken care of!

This place is terrible its owned by the providers, and all they care about is money. They genuinely do not care about your well being and will try to milk you. If I could, I would rate this place a zero. The older male physician is absolutely rude.

I had to come here when I got bit in the face at work (veterinary clinic) and they immediately got me and and did stitches... months later you can barely see the scar and I know I will always come here if I need anything urgent again!

Highly recommend urgent care! Every time I’ve visited I’ve been taken care of by Dr.Mansoor and Ebony, and they are very professional and polite while still treating me with professional care and diagnose going back every time!

I want to thank the front room staff, Ebony and Dr Mansoor for the quality experience they provided me. Two days before flying to Wyoming the first of October, I knew I was in trouble because the Kansas winds and pollen count were the highest I remember in years and my sinuses had been clogged off and on for several weeks and were starting to make me cough and affect my upper throat. Because I have year round allergies, I knew what my problem was but this year one always has in the back of their mind the chance of having Covid-19. The front office got me to a room quickly, and Ebony was reassuring in listening to my story. When I met Dr Mansoor, she was at first careful because of the amount of Covid patients there are but really took the time to listen to me and made me feel at ease that my symptoms were indeed allergies. She prescribed antibiotics and steroids to help ensure my trip wasn’t ruined. I can’t say enough about the considerate kindness and assurance that I was given. Also, BTW Ebony gives painless shots. From someone who had years of allergy shots and knows. Thank you to all of you ladies.

Dr. mansoor and the nurse rooper were very kind especially with the fact that i do not like shots. most doctors are pretty rude when it comes to my fear with needles but at afc they are very patient with me and i honestly prefer them over my regular doctor because it is also a lot quicker than making an appointment and then maybe having to wait a couple days to a week for the appointment.

I had to go to this place 5 times to get a simple urine collection eScreen. 5 times. 2 of those times, they were closed during office hours. 2 other times, they said they were lacking some special staff to have me piss in a bottle. Abhorrent service. Even when I did get in, it took me 30 minutes to get out.

I was seen quickly and everything was very efficient from the time I steps into the urgent care facility. Dr Mansoor and nurse Rupshikta were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Today I visited for a knee xray after a recent fall and we were taken back extremely quick. My nurse was Ebany and they repeatedly called me this gorgeous patient, and was just one of the sweetest nurses amongst the amazing staff. Dr. Mansoor ordered an xray and was shocked at the results but none the less was happy to make sure I was going to be okay over the weekend, before my actual doctors appointment the following week.Overall this place is clean, inviting and understanding. Ive visited in the past and they have never disappointed me or my mom.

If I could give negative stars id give them -1000. I hope this place gets shut down. I let them know up front that i couldnt afford anything beyond my co-pay. i was willing to just leave. I was very honest and open with my financial situation and they helped me. I was relieved until they sent me an outrageous bill. I am so distraught. I dont know what to do. They just keep calling me and asking for money I dont have. How can any decent human being work here and be okay with this. I thought they wanted to help me but really they just want money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! dont go here if you arent well off. They were nice and helped me medically but all they want is money. Please go somewhere else if you dont have the money to pay out of pocket.

If only I could rate this place zero stars.. This place is the worst, very unprofessional, and they only want your money. Look elsewhere for better service and better providers. The greed is real here.

I arrived and was checked in promptly. The nursing staff is efficient, they have a X-ray tech and lab on site, and doctor care was phenomenal. They got me in, diagnosed, and prescribed medication for me so that I was on my way to a healthier me.

My baby had a fever and wouldnt eat or drink. I wanted to wait for his pediatrician on Monday, it was Saturday so I decided he need immediate care. It was 7:30 when we got there. They were in a hurry to close and go out for the evening is what the conversation was about at front counter. We were seen in under 5 minutes but unfortunately my babys examination was even quicker. The Doctor look in his mouth for a second and diagnosed him with strep, no other test were given. Called out antibiotics and sent us on our way. Which I guess is a selling point to immediate care but at what cost? My baby went to the pediatrician and was given a strep screening which was negative. So he was on antibiotics for no reason. Instead he had hand, foot and mouth which is a virus. Nothing the lady did helped him and only cost us the inflated immediate care cost.

Dr. Mansoor is great and very knowledgeable. They discussed treatment options with me and allowed me to decided my plan. I really appreciated it versus just reviving prescriptions and being sent on my way. Also, when I had questions they were fast to respond and went the extra mike. Definitely my favorite immediate care in Wichita.

Ive never been to an urgent care before so I didnt know what to expect. But they really put the urgent in urgent care. I was in and out within 25 minutes! A woman name Thanh assisted with my visit and she was great!!! Super informative and really nice. Nichole Thornton gave me my check-up and she was great!!! I wish she was my regular practitioner because she was thorough and very kind. I know that if I ever have a medical emergency I will be going to AFC again!

Came into the clinic late last night minutes before closing actually. Now we normally wouldnt do something like this but really needed to be seen. From the time we walked in we were greeted with smiles Trista who brought us back and was our nurse for the evening was very kind and thorough I have to give her five stars for her great attitude and friendliness she really made us feel at home in this place. Next the Dr Nichole she was very attentive and quick she came in ordered us a strep test and right away was back with answers. These people are really on their stuff . I highly recommend this place .

I went for shoulder pain. While triaging and asked about allergies. I told my allergies and proceeded to keep getting asked about them. Why are you allergic. Oh my god that must be horrible, and well you get the picture. In the room, the nurse came in and asked about my allergy again....then the doctor, if you want to call her that came in and looked at my shoulder for a minute and said Im giving you a shot and a sling. Well the shot was covered, however the sling was 50 bucks....no I can get one somewhere else for cheaper. I asked about a doctor note for work and was looked at and she walked out the door. I left after it felt like I was being ridiculed for everything. Please give your staff training on how to not be rude at the office. Will not go back
