The staff are kind, courteous, and efficient. Very professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Robertson is the same and even provides you with his own personal cell number so you can reach him with any questions or concerns. 10/10 experience and I would 100% recommend going to this facility.

Dr. Robertson and staff are AMAZING! They made me feel so safe and welcomed. The girls are the sweetest! Dr. Robertson did a really great job explaining what was going to happen and was very nice too. My experience was a happy one. I for sure even forgot how scared I was to have my procedure done. Office is clean and organized. BIG plus, they have very fluent Spanish speaking team members! I will definitely always recommend Dr. Robertson to friends and family!

Very caring and professional staff. Dr Robertson made sure to explain everything along the way and that I, as the patient understood what was about to happen. His staff made me feel very well taken care of. I also experienced how meticulous he is when training his staff and that made me feel that I would be in good hands ahead of my procedure. It has been my best experience with any dentist or oral surgeon.

Just got done with my wisdom teeth removal and the entire process was awesome, friendly staff, came in a bit early and they started early as well. Before injecting my arm for the needle to eventually put me under, they numbed the area with a spray so I didn’t feel the needle (the little things like this were nice to see). Also gave me a warm heated up blanket before starting the procedure. I made sure to write this review because before going in I saw the 3.5 -5 star rating and said oh well, after the visit I am surprised to see such a low rating and had to let others know of my experience. Thanks again Dr Robertson!

I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Very unprofessional staff and not worth the time of day. They do not care about their patients and make that VERY clear.

Was referred to Dr. Robertson by my primary dentist. I needed to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. He did an amazing job. The procedure was painless and quick. What more can you ask for? I’ll definitely go back to him when it is time to remove the others.

I was referred to this office by my dentist so I had no qualms or did much research. After pin pointing down a time that would work with my daughters hectic schedule we booked an appointment around the holiday to allow for adequate time to heal before resuming sports. We scheduled our appt in September leaving enough time for them to figure out our insurance, billing and so forth. We were told oh you have this dental insurance great you will be well taken care of. No email confirming price or coverage nothing until the day before her scheduled surgery. We were shocked that we were responsible for the full surgery and needing full payment the next day. Their only response. Oh sorry you don’t have Kansas you have out of state and they don’t cover oral surgery but your medical provider might have coverage. We checked and we do however their office is out of network. We proceed because by this time we can no longer wait several months to schedule with a different doctor. After a month of them not turning it in on our insurance we call and they state this is a courtesy and we didn’t request they do so. Even though I have emails confirming they will after service. If I could go back and do it all over again I would absolutely not go with this office. This has been a huge learning experience for myself and my family. Not to mention they took zero responsibility for their mistake they continually pushed the blame on others within the office.

I would have to strongly disagree with the bad reviews! You go here to basically get what you need done quickly and efficiently! Leave happy and you don’t have to worry about what was bothering you anymore!

Dr. Robertson and his staff have been nothing but wonderful to me. Dr. Robertson spends time to make sure you fully understand the procedures and explains everything in a language that I can understand.

Had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed, no insurance, no healthcare, etc. Gave me a 20% discount which was pretty awesome and they got me in at a timely manner. Pre-op instructions and such were conveyed, however they didnt give much information post-op and the only time I actually spoke to Mr. Robertson was for about 10 seconds before he injected me with more drugs and I passed out. Mouth was absolutely disgusting after leaving and Im sure thats normal. Overall painless and professional surgery, however they could definitely improve on providing instructions for what to do afterwards, what to be cautious about, when stitches will come out, possible side effects, what theyll be prescribing, when you can start using their mouthwash, etc.

East Wichita Dentist with Dr. Koepsel referred me to this dentist. Dr. Robertson and his dental assistants really helped me through my first procedure. I stayed awake with local anasthesia to pull one tooth, and when I was getting nervous, they talked me out of my anxiousness. Im so grateful for them all and for theyre compassionate work.Now I have to schedule to get my wisdom teeth out. Because of their structure I have to be put under, but Id trust the office the most out of all the ones in Wichita.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable even though my anxiety was thru the roof.. Would definitely refer anyone whos insurance is accepted.. My mom has implants placed on her! We had a great experience! She was in no pain whatsoever after surgery, Dr and his assistants made sure she felt comfortable. They gave my mom a warm blanket so she wouldn’t be cold for surgery! They also gave me one while I waited on her! Receptionists called us to confirm her appointment and gave us detailed pre-op instructions. Once she was in recovery Dr stopped by to discharge her and explained to us how everything went and also gave us post-op instructions! I was very pleased with them and their work! Her implants look great and she is doing very good! They also called a day after to check on her which I really appreciated

I was upset that my appointment was lost, and I had to set up a new one. However they were completely professional and got me in the next day. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work, they were great at keeping me calm. I was afraid that I would wake up in recovery in excruciating pain, as I did at a previous oral dental office. I woke up not feeling any pain which I was very grateful for. I would recommend that you go here for any Oral Surgery needs.

Dr. and his staff very friendly and caring. Took very good care of my daughter when she had to have 7 teeth removed. They got her a warm blanket let her keep her stuff animal. Call the next day and then a.couple days later to see how she was doing. I will be referring them to anyone I know that has to have oral surgery.

Dr. Robertson is very kind and informative. His bedside manor is impeccable. You feel like a person and not a profit. His staff is very sweet and down to earth. The new office vibe is very relaxing and cozy. Plenty of beverage options which is a plus for your driver :)...the rooms are a little chilly as with any office so dont forget your sweater! But if you do, they have super soft blankets that smell AMAZING!

Excellent customer service from the staff of the reception to the doctor, all it’s super clean and modern. They extracted my 4 wisdom teeth and I didn’t have any pain. They helped me also with a really easy instructions for the post surgery care and the best part, very affordable cost. I recommend them 100%

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and along with that, my engagement ring did not leave the office with me. I have contacted the office manager and her response to me was, “it looked like you had something on your finger or maybe you took it off while you were sitting in the chair and put it in your purse, but I can’t zoom in well enough to see if you had your ring as you were leaving.”I will make sure you will not get away with this and make it known what kind of facility you run. Material things can be replaced but the fact that you have staff that could steal from helpless patients is just unbelievable. It’s no wonder you rush people out the doors as fast as you can, so you can see what you’d get away with. Unbelievable.

Had surgery back in March 2019. The process didn’t hurt in recovering. I had 8 teeth removed that day under anesthesia. Didn’t use the medicine i got prescribed because I was in no pain! Dr. Roberston knows that’s up. Anyways besides that. It’s a good place and they care of you.

My husband got his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Robertson. We had an amazing experience with his professional, experience office staff, friendly office manager and most of all an amazing Dr. To patient communication and after care instructions. Dr. Robertson is the best.

My first impression of the office upon walking in was that it was very clean and spa-like, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I was very nervous before my implant consult but Dr. Robertson set my fears at ease, he took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable with Dr. Robertson after he answered all my concerns and scheduled for my implants right away!

Not good. Office staff terrible. Act like they have no idea what they are doing? Talked to same staff several times and got different information. Wanted money...all the time.

They were great when it came to treating my husband. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is wonderful and very caring.
