Very traumatic experience here. Took my wife in extremely sick and delirious with an infection a week after a botched surgery at another via christi facility. Lady @ reception was very rude and did nothing to help us. After 2 hours of my wife crying in pain and completely confused the receptionist called security on us who told my wife she needed to be quiet. We realized there was no help here and immediately left and went to Wesley ER. Wesley got us right in and diagnosed it as sepsis and did an emergency surgery and saved my wife’s life who was very very sick after we wasted 2 hours in your so called emergency room. Will never return to any via christi establishment for anything.

Absolutely terrible. The staff, with the exception of one very nice older lady at the front desk(forgive me for not getting her name), are, and was very disrespectful, with terrible attitudes towards all patients in person and on the phone. Not to mention the doctor (Dr. G)I saw was very belittling because I didnt think the same way as he did. This place has gone down hill fast, and it all started before they moved from eberly farms. I will be finding a different PCP after this experience, which is sad because I love the pediatrics staff, and doctor for my children.

Ive never had any problems with this hospital I love the short wait times in the er. I will go no where else in an emergency.

The facility is beautiful and clean. But we had an overnight surgery procedure and the nursing staff was awful. They didnt know why my husband was there, his name, and they were never there when we needed them. We will never use this facility again until a new management or rn policy is in place. We were treated like we were not a priority. The first nurse we had didnt have the correct name and turned my husbands dinner away after fasting for over 16 hours because he already ate a sandwich, he was obviously still hungry. It took over an hour for pain medications to be administered. Even when vital alarms were going off, not one nurse came to check on him. I ,with absolutely no nursing experience, had to figure out how to fix them after calling the nursing station multiple times.Do not reccomend this facility for anyone! Please do not go there!!

This place is awful All the staff is rude The doctors dont listen to what you say is wrong with you. They just care what their opinion is not yours. I never coming back here again
