Dr.Josh has been amazing. I have had plenty of Drs in the past that you never could get in to see, and if you did they could not be bothered to spend more the a few minutes. Dr.Josh is always quick to get back to me, is amazing at offering options and making plans for issues that come up. My husband, who have never liked any Dr even likes it here.

I have been going to Atlas MD now for more than 2 years and Dr. Doug MD is the one that follows up with me and my family. I must say he has been there for us when we needed him, even took time off his busy schedule to accompany my son with severe allergies to a COVID appointment just so that we would feel safe. Now, no business is perfect, and i would know because i am also a business owner. But, for me and my family, its extra peace of mind. If you need specialized care or a referral , ask for it. Thank you Dr. Doug for all that you and your staff do.

My wife and I had looked into traditional insurance and it was way too expensive. This has been a great alternative to that. My wife has gone to Dr. Michael for about 3 years now and I just started as a patient the end of 2019. I had not been to a Dr. in about 25 years prior to going and had a lot of anxiety. The staff was very caring and helped me through my anxiety. I cannot thank them enough for making my visits easy. I ended up being diagnosed with Colon cancer. I was referred to a Surgeon and Oncologist that took excellent care of me. I really like the fact that I can send and email or schedule a phone call and deal with issues that way instead of having to go to an appointment every time. If I need meds I can call for a refill opposed to having to make an office visit for just a refill. My test results were emailed to me with an explanation and if I wanted more information I could call or email.

I cannot even describe my experience here as helpful. Josh Umbrer was my physician for quite a while. At the time of seeing him, I was struggling with abdominal pain and increasing weight loss. No one ever noticed here. Without doing any blood tests, physical checks or labs, his solutions came up empty. At one point, he concluded that I was a hypochondriac, making my symptoms up.Well, the funny thing is that I wasnt.6 months after leaving him, part of my colon, the ileum, fell apart. I was rushed to the hospital where if Id waited more than an hour, Id have died. I was only really saved because after leaving ATLAS M.D, we went to Dr. Scott Hane at Via Christi of Andover. He saved me just in the nick of time.The only thing I can say Im grateful for from Josh is making us leave him so we could get some real help. If Id stayed with him, I would have died.

I have never had such caring health professionals!The receptionist is always pleasant, the nurses are friendly and kind, the doctor (mine is Dr. Jarred) is quick to return calls, in minor issues, lets you send pics or email him. He will answer an after hours call and go above and beyond to help you.Im very grateful to be a member of Atlas!

Might as well be a cheap pharmacy. If you need meds, theyll give them to you. If you need a doctor to listen or actually help you get to the root cause of an ailment, put your money somewhere else or in a savings account. As a restaurant owner, I dont have tons of money to waste and I cant be down for long. I could have saved the $50 a month instead of wasting it as long as I did believing they would be there when I really needed medical help. My take, another broken sick care system.

I would like to say thank you to Josh his lovely wife Lisa and the rest of the staff for the exceptional and compassionate care I received while a patient. I started with Dr. Umbher from the very first day his practiced opened and I believe I was patient number 0001 and stayed with him and his practice until October of 2018. My wife Pam also joined a little later with a little convincing. Both her and I recommend this practice 100%!

What a blessing they took me as a new patient. Very affordable and excellent care. Staff is always ready to help!

Wonderful facility, Atlas has doctors who actually listen and care about your needs. Felt like I actually got to explain what was wrong and that I finally found a doctor who is understanding and who truly wanted to find the correct medication for me. Getting a membership here was an awesome decision.

I have been a patient here for 7 years and if Dr. Doug moves out of town, I think I would move too. He treats me as a person, not just a patient. He has helped me manage multiple issues and I trust him and his staff completely. The office is able to offer many prescriptions at wholesale cost which saves lots of money.

Very unprofessional. No good doctors here. Wish I could give 0 stars. All about the money not about the patients and figuring out whats wrong with them. Drain on $$$ is all youre going to find here. Health department is cheaper. Ya Atlas try to be slick about your answer. By the way, I find it.... interesting that all these new reviews about these patients that have been going to Atlas for years just started posting reviews in the last year or so saying how great Atlas is. Hmmm....

After going to another doctor with the same problem and being referred to Google, I found AtlasMD. The doctor clearly explained everything to me and really stayed on top of my situation. Very honest doctors. Very easily reached through email, too. Great quality and service. Thank you!

New patient, only two months so far, but, I am finding their level of attention and care to be wonderful. Had a recent scare that turned out to be nothing, but, would have had to go to an ER or Immediate care and spent several hundred dollars to find out that it was not the major health crisis it was appearing to be. I think well be long time customers!

Dont let this place fool you. Their just like any other company and all about the bottom $$$. I enjoyed Dr. Michael and thought he was a good guy. I had some skin issues that they tried to treat and they decided maybe I needed to go to a specialist since I was not getting completely better. So since there was nothing more they could do for me and my status was changing, I didnt know how much I would be using them. I thought it would best not to keep piling on monthly fees when I would not use them anymore. So I was told to go ahead and write a 30 day notice to stop billing me which I did and I retained a copy of it as well so I know it was sent to the office staff. So after 30 days notice was written I still received billing 3 months after. So once I seen this bill I called them and talked to there secretarty/front desk staff and she apologized to me said they never received this letter. So she said she would cancel me in the system and get this taken care of. I am sure I wasnt thrilled about the extra $$$ as I struggle to get by as it is, but honestly mistakes happen. Whats not a mistake is when my situation has changed and I wanted to rejoin this program they said they would not be able to except me after past billing issues. REALLY??? WOW!! I told everyone about the good Doctors up at Atlas and I also warned people to watch there fees and billing as I have had trouble with the front desk/ billing staff. Its to bad this place is all about MONEY and not helping people in their own community. BILLING ISSUES FRONT DESK ISSUES GOOD DRS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY.STAY OUT OF THIS COMMUNITY IF YOUR COMPANY HURTS RATHER THEN HELPS!!!!

I twisted my knee late on a Friday night. Was it bad enough to go to the ER? I tweeted @atlasmd and got an immediate response with questions. Together we determined it was not but what to watch out for and the next morning a message was waiting for me, asking how it was overnight. Later in the day another query, making sure it was okay. Two days more with follow up initiated by @atlasmd and it seemed the knee was fine. This alone saved me time, money, angst and my knee is fine. I followed the care recommended and did not have to worry about whether I should or shouldnt go for further care. A month later, when I had completely forgotten about my knee being injured, I was again asked by the good doctor how it was doing.The follow up, the easy and instant access, the actual in office care is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Josh saves me time and money! He is quick to respond and a great Doc. We have emailed, texted and even done facetime to figure out issues with either me or my kids. No more waiting for hours to be seen in a doctors office. OUTSTANDING business model with an OUTSTANDING doctor group. I highly recommend them.
