Dont go here if you dont want your loved one treated well. My mom is a bigger lady, because her knees are extremely arthritic, and cant move well. Instead of providing a good environment for her recovery its all been judgemental. Everyone has been fat shaming her, but dont ask/care about the reasons. Based on other reviews I did not want her to go here, but with her insurance this is all we could do. The negative reviews are 100% accurate. I recommend going somewhere else if you can! The only reason this is rated 2 stars is that there is one good nurse there.

I was at your facility, in July, for carpal tunnel testing. The young man who performed the electrical test was very kind, informative and caring. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how it may feel.The doctor (and I use the term loosely) that performed the nerve transmission testing was rude, dismissive and practically non verbal. He did not explain what he was going to do!! There were 3 needles that he jammed into my arm, so severely that it caused extreme pain and they bled. I had to ask for something to wipe the blood because he did not offer.

I have a friend who was just transferred there and staff is telling them she doesn’t need her walker, um yes she does to get better and learn to walk and bear weight on her injured leg. I expect my friend to get the very best treatment there that she deserves! I will be getting daily updates from her regularly throughout each day she is there and I expect it to get better!

Some nurses are nice and caring. Food is good and are given options. No laundry is available.

Didnt manage pain or get in pool...but overall wonderful therapist

My husband was there for 3 weeks. We were very happy there. Nurses and Doctors were great and the Physical and Occupational Therapist were Awesome. I would highly recommend Via Christy Rehab Hospital. 100%

I was there for 10 days and had excellent staff assisting.

Staff is unprofessional. They do not advocate for their patients. They treat you like you are naughty 3-year-olds at a day care center. If you express concerns or frustrations, they retaliate by withholding meds and other treatments.

Did not appreciate the way my grandson was treated. Bedsores, they gave us a 3 hour notice that he was being transfered to another facility.facility. the social worker mr.d acted like he did not care at all. He was in a bad accident and they wanted him not to tell or scream because of the pain. No understanding

Very unsatisfied with their service. My husband got there on a monday only showered him on weds an i had to shower him my self on Sat. Because weds. Was the only shower he got. They take his food trays in an sit it on his table dont set anything up or help him eat he ate every time family was there because we had to help him. Their supposed to do physical therapy in 30mins blocks each an wen i was there all they did was stretch each leg had him walk up an down the stair case 2x an was done!!! Not even 15mins. I do NOT recommand this place for loved ones. Some of the nurses are very rude an unprofessional. Onw nurse was outside his door listening an laughing at everything he was saying hes tjere for a traumatic brain injury so hes very confused

I have nothing but good things to say about the physical and speech therapy for my wife and the only bad thing is every 3or 4 months I get a bogus bill from the billing department and have to fight with them each time to get them removed for my wife Ana. Gerald Schroeder.
