Wow! My experience with Kelsey at The Pushy Goat in Wichita, Kansas was relaxing and rejuvenating! Kelsey easily delivered the best organic facial of my life!As I walked into The Pushy Goat, I instantly felt at home with all the plants, lighting and warm touches throughout. Kelsey’s sanctuary was inviting and cozy, complete with salt lamps and various decorations, which added to the soothing vibe.Kelsey welcomed me to her room, instructed how I should prepare, and left for a few minutes while I settled in and enjoyed the steam on my face. After cleansing using an organic product, she derma planed my face (an add-on option which I highly recommend). After that, Kelsey did extractions and two masks specific for my skincare needs. While the second mask working its magic, Kelsey delivered an unexpected and stellar hand and arm massage, using both her hands and a hot stone. The pressure she used was perfect (for me), and got me into a zen state of mind. I noticed myself tuned into the relaxing music, enjoying my mask and simultaneous massage, while being totally checked out of my head.Finally, Kelsey finished my organic facial with products specific to the needs of my skin. I highly recommend Kelsey’s services! I’ll be investing in my facial skincare health by way of booking an organic facial with Kelsey every time I’m in Wichita!

Massage was PERFECT! so relaxed and want to go back for more!! Also love notes for me. I am deaf and she wrote notes and left them all over for me to read because I cannot read lips through the mask. That made me feel so welcomed and special. 💜

I hope theyre ready for me because Im moving in!I was coming back to the area to treat my friend for her birthday. We planned to go out Friday and now that we are...older...we thought a spa day would be a good idea. I only knew of a couple in the area and just figured I would go with one of them but was SO happy to find the Pushy Goat! It was definitely not your cookie-cutter variety spa. Its tucked away in a quiet little nook of town and the inside was just my style: super eclectic and comfortable!We were greeted by our massage and skin Goats and then directed to our respective rooms. I was directed to undress to my comfort level and leave my stuff in a vintage suitcase. The Goats would then move our stuff for us from room to room!I undressed and stretched out on a heated massage table which surprised but delighted me! And then the magic happened. It seems like in past massages, the therapists have worked too much on my bones when what I really need is a lot of work in my muscles--according I carry a LOT of tension EVERYWHERE. I was so relaxed and comfortable. The hour flew by and I was sad to move on to my facial.I threw on the robe and slides provided and headed to the next room. I warned my Goat that I had never had a facial as both an apology for the state of my skin and a warning that I might react strangely. She was so nice and walked me through everything. I pulled on the terrycloth cover and laid down on another heated bed. Seriously...I never knew how much a heated bed would add to a spa experience. It was glorious!I was impressed with the high-tech equipment and organic Eminence products. My Goat was so incredible about explaining every step and checking on my comfort level. She was also super fun to talk to! The time again flew by and I was so surprised by how much I loved it!One additional note: Im not a skinny girl so Im always nervous when I have to use a provided robe. Both the pieces I needed to wear provided ample coverage. I SO appreciated that!This place is just amazing and we seriously need to open a location in Arizona for me!

I absolutely love the Pushy Goat! I have had mediocre massages before at other spas and thought I was satisfied. Needless to say, I wont ever be going back to those spas. Jen and her staff at The Pushy Goat have it just right! The atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. They put you at ease, answer any and all of your questions, adjust the massage to your needs. Lauren is amazing at doing a deep tissue massage! One of the best massages I have ever had. She’s friendly, yet lets you relax and does not chit chat during the massage. A hard combo to find! I would highly recommend The Pushy Goat.

Ive been here many times and its always a very relaxing, positive enjoyable experience. Ive never had a bad experience here and I definitely always leave with a smile on my face and I intend to continue going here for either massages or spa days. The goats that Ive encountered have always been very kind and professional and GREAT at their expertise and craft.My only qualm is that the last time I was there I had a spa day and I didnt enjoy carrying my belongings around in a suitcase. With my purse (which is the size of a small suitcase itself) and coat, shoes and clothing it was quite heavy. My only suggestion would be to invest in some lockers. That way people that have a spa day dont have to lug their items around with them from room to room. Just a suggestion. Cheers!

I went to the Pushy Goat for the first time yesterday. I received a 90 minute CBD Oil massage from Anne and a Yam & Pumpkin Enzyme Peel with Megan. Both services were amazing! I loved the quirky, cozy atmosphere and the laid back feel. I appreciated how after my massage, Anne explained to me where I hold a lot of my stress. She was very thorough and the pressure was perfect. Megan, did a great job listening to me and answering my questions about my skin. She also sent me home with a few samples to try. My overall experience was relaxing, positive, and therapeutic. I highly recommend The Pushy Goat and cant wait to go back again!

Got a couples massage with my wife. The place is very welcoming and relaxing. Heated massage beds are a must I didn’t know I needed. Anh and Megan were professional, knowledgeable, and talented. Price is terrific. The girls really figure out what YOU need and don’t just do the same routine for everyone. We are both feeling better than we have in a long time and would recommend The Pushy Goat to anyone needed some TLC

I highly recommend Kristen and the rolfing method. Kristen takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer all questions before beginning. She is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable through the entire process. I went to see her for low back pain and had relief after just one appointment.

Both of the massage therapists I have seen tailored the message to where I needed it the most. I always leave with less pain and more mobility! They also help identify other services that can treat my chronic pain. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and healing. 🌈

When you walk in the Goat, a sense if calm comes over you. Its a lovely, warm place with no foo-foo pretenses. Anh gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had -- and thats saying something! I have Fibromyalgia, plus osteoarthritis in my lower spine, and she knew just how to work with both. Thats a gift. I will definitely be going back!

Ashley gave me the best massage Ive ever had AND walked me through a postural assesment, which explained the tightness in my back I experience chronically. She worked out the knots, but then also gave me tips on how to change my posture to alleviate pain and pressure. I also received a facial with Kenzie; I walked out glowing! She walked me through a pre-wedding skin care routine and really listened yo my questions/concerns. Im so glad Ive found The Pushy Goat!

I have been going to Jennifer Sauer for a couple of years. She does fantastic deep tissue work (my preference) but has skills in a large variety of techniques. I love that I dont have to tell her what hurts - she finds the spots. She coaxes the tightness out rather than using brute force. Personalized approach depending on your comfort level and needs. Ive been having pain in my back/shoulder area going on over 6 months now. Ive had 4 deep tissue massages, 2 regular massages, 6 acupuncture appts, many dry needling appointments and the pain never seems to go away. Id get relief for 2-3 days and it just comes back. I saw a post on Rolfing so I figured Id look into it more.Had my first session with Kristan and it was a great experience. Rolfing is completely different than that of traditional massages or body work. Rolfing is supposed to manipulate the fascia to release muscles. It isnt what I expected but yet I enjoyed it and will be going back for more sessions.Kristan will watch you walk around and watch how you move to underatand what it is your body needs. She is super friendly and knowledgable in what shes doing. After my first session my ribcage was freed up. I didnt even realize this until after. But when I was breathing I was completely restricted and my ribcage wasnt raising with my breaths. By the end they were raising and releasing with ease with each breath. My body felt lighter. Its been a week since my first session. I still have mild pain in my back/shoulder area and will update my review as we work through by sessions if I get relief.**Update*** Ive done 3 sessions and I feel amazing. Rolfing is generally recommended for 10 series. But if you arent able. I suggest at least trying the 3. Its worth it. My body feels amazing. When I first read an article and the lady stated I walked freely and felt like I was floating I rolled my eyes and thought. Yea, ok. But its true. I can walk with my feet straight. Squat without having to turn my legs outward. My arms actually sway when I walk. My body isnt glued together anymore. And thats after only 3.I highly recommend trying rolfing and seeing Kristan.I will say to Wear something comfy. Some shorts and a bra as you will need this during your session. ( I was told I could find this on the website but I looked twice and couldnt find it. )
