Had an amazing experience at the spa. This was my first visit, so I wasn’t familiar with the area but I really enjoyed this section of Douglas. Not only was the spa great but walked across the street to a restaurant right after and made a day of it. Had a great massage therapist, she was very good at communicating and giving me the treatment that I requested. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful spa! No detail left unattended, from the the tiles, and rugs, and wall colors, to the offerings of chai lattes and water after your services...Jamie has thought of everything. The staff (all of them, not just the person working with you) is so sweet and generous. You will leave feeling like youve just given yourself the greatest gift ever!

Okay so, I’ve been to a lot of other massage places in Wichita like Massage Envy or Serenity Spa. Remedy by far has the best pricing out of all those other places. Also, they provide tons of service options for you to pick from. My hubby and I like doing their couples massages, and they even allowed for me to bring my BFF in for couples facials, which is something I didn’t even know was possible.I recently went in for my pre wedding massage and facial & I kid you not, brandy gave the BEST MASSAGE I have ever had in my entire life. That’s saying a lot for me cuz I’m supes picky and have been doing massages for years. ASK. FOR. BRANDY. Also, Mary with facials is extremely knowledgeable and amazing at her job as well.Their location on Clifton was also just the cutest thing ever. I know they moved, and I hope this location has the same peaceful ambiance as the other.

My massage was only 30min despite paying for a 45min massage (I timed it on my phone). I was on time, as I was told my appointment was at 11 and I paid more for the extra 15 min yet didnt receive it. Is getting undressed and dressed again a part of the time limit? Based on previous reviews it seems to be a common occurrence and if I would have read them before I wouldnt have purchased a massage at this spa or would have made sure they knew I was timing it.Despite this, the massage was good but not good enough for $70+ for 30min.

If you love a beautiful vintage College Hill setting and friendly, talented massage therapists Remedy is for you. Maria worked on my neck and shoulders today, so I can turn my head again. Thank you Maria! My husband and I recently scheduled a couples massage with Maria and Kristen. We cant say enough how much we appreciate them, both are fantastic. The Sunday appointments are wonderful.

I cant even tell you how amazing this place is! My husband and I have been going there for over a year now. We live over 160 miles away, but we try to get a massage every 2 months there. I have tried other places and have been disappointed that theyre not as amazing as Remedy Massage. Definitely will be coming back for the years to come. Ive recommended this place to several friends and family and they love it as much as I do.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m seriously disappointed with the service I received today. I paid 230$ for a 90 minute couple massage and was not satisfied. They didn’t give me my full 90 minutes regardless of if I was 5 minutes late. Smh that is so rude after all the money I paid to try and say you cut my message 15 minutes short because I was 5 minutes late.This was me and my husbands first time out since having our baby girl in 5 months. Very disappointing. Amanda Demint and Susan Deibert very disappointing and we will not be back.

It is a very relaxing environment. I saw Faith and got dermaplaned. She is very professional and I recommend her to everyone. My skin is glowing and I have gotten a lot of compliments on how fresh and clear my face looks.

I am very disappointed at this place. Everyone knows when an emergency happens we would cancel everything even if it was in the last minute. Because I cancelled in the last minute and they told me they need to charge me fee of $45. The funny thing about it is that my massage is $40. Then I realized I was I was going to pay more than what I was getting therefore I asked if I can come later on but I didnt realized what time they closed so thats my fault but if I have to pay more than I would rather do it instead of paying for nothing. But really, how cheap can this place be, so be careful. And get a new girl for answering phones because all she knew was to say I dont know

I cant say enough good things about Remedy Massage, and I recommend them highly! The owner is the most knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist Ive ever met. She has helped me recover from a variety of issues ranging from repetitive-use work injuries to surgeries. Her facility is beautiful, as well as being warm, welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. She and her staff are always professional and caring.

Remedy massage offered that service so it was a win for me! We had a great experience from the minute we walked in; we were geeeted, offered refreshments and had excellent service. Jamie was my husband’s therapist and Kristen was mine. They both did fabulous. I wish I would’ve found this place sooner, but will definitely be back!

Mary is both skilled and passionate about esthetics, and the skin care products at Remedy are unparalleled! Kristen is the rare massage therapist who delivers a true deep tissue massage while still providing a relaxing experience. Im looking forward to trying a Hydrafacial (Remedy is one of the few places that offers this service!) soon as well as another deep tissue massage!
