I have been a patient of Dr. John Lewis for about 40 years. I have been very satisfied with the dental care that I have received at his office. Dr. Lewis always answers any questions I have, including some general dental questions I have had, not directly related to that days procedure. I would recommend his practice to anyone.

From Connie in the front office to Jennifer the assistant, and then Dr John...(Lewis)..😉What a great experience. Connie at the front desk was very pleasant and such a nice person. She made me an appointment right away.Jennifer the assistant was a very pleasant and caring individual...and then theres Dr Lewis. Not only did he take care of my adjustment for my dentures, but he also had my old lowers fixed that looked perfect when he handed them back to me.Not only would I recommend Dr Lewis, but you are missing out of the best dental experience one can have if you dont make your next appointment there.Dr Lewis certainly knows what hes doing.. Dr Lewis and his staff are awesome! It takes talent (in my experience) to numb someone up without making them cringe and Dr Lewis has the magic touch. His staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable while also doing a fantastic job. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

My dentist retired and I needed to find a new office to take care of my teeth. A family member referred me to Dr. Lewis. Everyone in the office was welcoming and gave me great service. Im very happy to see that theyre taking COVID-19 seriously and looking out for both my safety and my health.

Wichita Dental Group has been amazing! Not only did Connie, the receptionist, talk me through which insurance is best but she made sure I knew exactly how much everything would cost before my appointment. They are very open & honest. They make my comfort their #1 priority every time I go in, its made a huge difference in the way I view going to the dentist and getting shots, fillings, etc. Even Dr. Lewis assistant was so sweet, she slightly rubbed my arm as I was getting shots (I was very nervous) and its just the small things that resonate with me! Im actually excited to go here. Theyre the best!

I recently had the pleasure of being at Dr. Lewiss office for one of my clinical rotations. I simply cannot find words great enough to describe how wonderful he and his staff are! I have seen first hand how his patients get treated and it is heart warming. This office truly cares for each and every one of their patients. I was greeted promptly and made to feel extremely comfortable even after I was taken back to a room. It’s been years since I’ve been to a dentist because I have not had the greatest experience with one in my past. My fiance told me about this office and I wish I met Dr. Lewis and his team sooner. His team was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lewis took his time to answer all my questions and he explained everything in detail. I actually felt comfortable to be in a dental office for once.

Dr. Lewis is the best dentist I have ever had.The first time I visited his office, I had a terrible cavity high on my back tooth that I was told elsewhere would need a root canal and a crown to correct. Dr. Lewis took one look at it and gave the most professional opinion I can think of which was, we cant be sure yet. He talked me through everything he was going to do, including his plan if he found that it needed a root canal. A few minutes later the cavity was filled and I had saved a huge amount of pain, time, and money. He also managed to notice issues with my teeth that my previous dentists had ignored or told me werent a problem.He and his hygienists do a fantastic job in the way they work and in the way they explain things. His hygienist was the first person to explain to me why 6 month cleanings and flossing are so important and I can tell you I plan to never go years without one again.Himself, as well as his hygienists and front desk staff are always very careful to make sure my insurance will cover my procedures without any extra hassle.My only complaints about this office are the limited hours and out of date reminder system (just send an automated text guys, quit calling me). Aside from that, I have never felt better about needing to visit the dentist.

Any time anyone asks me if I can recommend a dentist I happily tell them to go see Dr John Mills and his team at Wichita Dental Group. Having gone there for decades, Im absolutely confident that they will be cared for in the best possible way with minimal discomfort if any. I started seeing Dr. John Lewis just over a year ago because I needed some extensive dental work done. I was nervous to say the least and hadnt really had a good dental experience for many years since my last dentist had passed away. I set my appointment and went in and was so pleasantly surprised at the amount of caring that you are greeted with from the start. I had to have some teeth pulled and some healing time before I could get a bridge and when I got it there was an issue with it, NOT because of anything that Dr. Lewis or his staff had done, it was the lab that didnt do their job but no worries Dr. Lewis took care of it and it didnt cost me anything more. I was so relieved to know that Dr. Lewis stands by his word and his work! I will never use another dentist and have and will continue to recommend Dr. John Lewis and his staff to anyone who needs a great dentist! I have also now referred my family members to Wichita Dental Group as well! They are the absolute BEST in Wichita, Kansas!! Thank you Dr. Lewis and staff for all that you do to make your patients dental experience the best it can be!

I live in western Kansas and was in town on business. After I loosing a crown the night before, I was afraid I would not be able to get it fixed until the end of the long holiday weekend. Not only was I able to get In to be seen, (very last minute) I had one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. John was extremely informative, caring, and passionate. I would recommend him to anyone.

No one is excited to have dental work done, but a good environment and nice people help! I was very hesitant to try a new dentist but am so happy I did! Dr. Lewis and his staff took their time to explain their processes and what needed addressed first, making me feel very comfortable.

They clearly don’t want to take on new patients. I was literally laughed/scoffed at by the lady who answered the phone today when I asked if they took my insurance and if she could find out. She said she could o my find out if I was a patient of theirs. Well...that’s what I was trying to potentially become. She was very rude from the start to the finish of the convo. As soon as we hung up I called another local dentists office whose receptionist was incredibly nice and miraculously told me if they took my insurance in a matter of one second. So, I do not recommend this dentists office to anyone. There’s no reason to be rude to people asking for information regarding your services, that’s literally your job.

I had to go in for several fillings last week. What had surprised me was that it was absolutely painless and I was very taken care of. The whole process was extremely quick and easily the best experience Ive had in a dental office.

Dr. Lewis and his staff have incredible service and care for their patients! I flew in all the way from Atlanta, GA to have Dr. Lewis perform a treatment for 2 cavities. I grew up in Wichita, KS and trust the care that Wichita Dental Group gives. For the 2 cavities treatment, I needed 2 shots to make my gums numb. This is one of the scariest parts of going to the dentist - but Dr. Lewis has such care and is so gentle that I hardly felt ANY pain during the shots!!! It has always been this way through the 20 years that Ive been going to him. The staff is so friendly and I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. If you need a great dentist in the Wichita area, THIS IS your office to go see!!

Been a client for more years than I wish to say. Certainly have received expert care that actually cares. This is not one of those big dental mills and I appreciate that. Plus you get one of the best views in Wichita for free!

Dr. Lewis and his staff are bar none the best. Its been years since Ive been to the dentist strictly because of a dental phobia. Due to an immediate emergency need, had to visit the dentist. The Wichita Dental Group was the only office open and available to fit me in. Now I can say my phobia is gone. Dr. Lewis listened to me and took his time and made sure I was comfortable and the two extractions were virtually painless. I recommend these folks as your primary dentist, period. Thanks Doc

I have been going to Wichita Dental Group since I was a child. Forty years later Im still there because the staff is phenomenal, personable, and always cheerful. You are not just a number to them, you are family. Dr. Lewis is one of the sweetest dentists you will find.

Ive been going to Wichita Dental Group since 1976. First to Dr. Tonk Mills who retired a couple of years ago and then to his partner who now heads the practice, Dr. John Lewis. If there are better dentists, Im sure I dont know them. Dr. Lewis graduated from Northwestern University Dental School and continues to take courses and keep up with the newest dental techniques. I was a person who had fillings in every tooth in my head before I moved to Wichita, KS. Drs. Mills and Lewis and their excellent hygienists have kept me pretty much cavity free, and Ive never had to have a root canal. I had to have a crown two years ago and Dr. Lewis made it with a new translucent method that it looks exactly like my real teeth! Cant say enough about the entire staff.

Wonderful dental office! I dislike offices that make me feel rushed and anxious, but Dr. Lewis took his time with me to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything he was doing. The staff always made sure I was helped if I had any questions.

Best dentist I’ve visited in Wichita, I happily recommend them. Mckenzi was lovely as well.
