Got my daughters first haircut and my hair trimmed today, by Robin, in the towne east location. She was wonderful! She was so patient with my daughter moving her head around and touching her hair. She was amazing! My baby is all ready for kindergarten now and my hair looks a million times healthier. Definitely recommend her!

Took my daughter to their location in the mall and the ladys made time for her haircut when they where busy and they treated her just like she was their own daughter and she loved it, and just today received a post card and that really means a lot. My wife and I will be using them in the future it really made a deep impact and made life long customers.

Libby T. at Sugar Salon is THE best! She has been amazing in doing anything I’ve ask. She’s taken me from dark brunette to red and (finally) landing with blonde (I promise forever this time!) The salon is gorgeous with the cutest decorations. Every aspect of my experiences there have been top notch. If I ever move from Wichita, I will be planning trips back in town to get my hair done. 10/10 Recommend.

Everyone is always super friendly!!! I love I finally found a salon in Wichita that gives off the small town vibes (I grew up on).

We gave this place a try after several recommendations on Facebook. We decided to have our hair cut by a Junior stylist. I provided pictures of what I wanted for both my daughter and I, and explained how short I wanted it cut. Amber missed the mark totally with both of us. I had to ask her to recut my daughter hair and it still wasn’t done like I asked. I knew I shouldn’t have her cut my hair at that point but I did anyway. My hair was nothing like the A-line lob I asked for. She couldn’t even cut it straight and cut it 3 inches too short because she just picked up the scissors and cut without looking then realized her mistake. I don’t understand how someone with 2 years of experience at a nice salon can still butcher your hair. The next day a senior stylist fixed my hair to make it look better but you can’t fix hair once it’s already 3 inches too short. Good thing we don’t socialize during this pandemic or I’ll be wearing a hat for several months.

Love, love, love Sugar Salon! 6 years ago Susan fixed a very bad haircut from a well known salon here in town and Ive been going to her ever since. The atmosphere is wonderful and all of the girls do a great job!!

I have been going to Sugar Salon for the last few years! I have had the opportunity to work with two of their stylists in that time-definitely recommend Libby and Skylar! Just got another fabulous cut and color. Always so natural looking and they walk me through styling recommendations.

I am from Edmond, Oklahoma. I had highlights put in my hair by a Hairdresser in Edmond and my hair turned out an ugly green/gray color. I am getting married this Saturday and was desperate to find someone to fix it. I read the reviews on this salon and called and explained what had happened to my hair and see if they could fix it. The receptionist was so sweet she talked with Susan the salon owner and scheduled me an appointment for 2:00. Everyone that works there is friendly and the atmosphere is so positive and all the stylist get along so well. Susan looked over my hair and even talked with another stylist and they came up with a plan to fix my hair color. When Susan finished with my hair I couldnt believe how beautiful my hair was. Thank you so much Susan for fixing my hair so my wedding would not be ruined. Even with how busy that salon was Susan made sure all the clients were well taken care of. I have already rescheduled my six week appointment with Susan. The two and a half hour drive is well worth it.

The gals are very nice and really care about your hair and its condition. But. I wanted something more bold and I think they are more conservative with hair. I am not sure if because I am an older person that they arent comfortable with a bold style for and older. Not sure. I showed pictures of what I wanted but the color ended up what they felt comfortable with.

I went to Sugar Salon because I had just received a really bad haircut from a different salon/stylist. I was lucky enough to get Shawn who literally transformed my hair and made it look FABULOUS. She is so kind, intuitive, knowledgeable, experienced & skilled. Shawn made me feel really good about my hair again. I highly recommend this salon and Shawn in particular. LOVE!

The gals here made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door! Prior to Michelle caring for my hair, I have had traumatizing things happen to my hair and it’s because of those things I’m very cautious and difficult to please. The staff here took their time, explained everything in detail and helped me relax. I’m beyond pleased with my cut and color as well as amazed at what little time it took with no rushing! I will be going back and would recommend Michelle or any of the other gals, to everyone!!

Been going for several months. Loved Michelle, she was great.Said that Michelle didnt work there anymore would I try someone new giving me 10 off .I said sure . My hair is butchered, charged me 20 more . I always leave a tip but never will return. Luckily my hair will grow back. Never had my hair cut the way that she did or blow dried the way that the new person did. So upset. I will never go back but at least they attempted to contact to make it right. My hair is so butchered, I absolutely hate it

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and Skylar made it happen! I am so happy with the color the cut, the whole experience. We cut off almost 12 inches! Definitely recommend sugar salon to anyone, the ladies were all nice and up lifting.

Michelle cut and colored my hair today. She did a great job and her scalp massage is to die for!

I had to do what I had to do.... I needed a hair cute terribly. My ends were damaged from years of bleaching the ends for crazy colors. I put all my cards on the table and put my trust in my stylist. I was reluctant to get it cut but I was going to go extreme and do a crazy style by shaving part of the side. She explained to me it wouldn’t really work for my hair since it’s curly and wavy mix. (I probably would of regretted it too) She did such a great job washing my hair and adding some treatment for dry scalp. I am very satisfied with the hair cut since she didn’t cut it shorter than I wanted. (I didn’t take a picture so had to get one from a video) I also can’t remember the lady’s name who cut my hair.

Shawn is awesome! She really did a wonderful job with my hair. Some people have snickered at my hair type because its coarse and wiry. And I was kind of afraid I would get that here. But she made me feel good the whole time and complemented my hair the whole time. She listened to what I wanted and left feeling like a million bucks. Everyone there was really nice. I highly recommend this salon.

My son and I were in the salon for haircuts yesterday and Skylar did an awesome job!! Finally someone listened... I love the cut!! Thank you Skylar i will definitely be back!!

Just had my first experience here at Sugar Salon. I was getting a trial run done on wedding hair and Stacey took care of me. Everyone there was really nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. The inside is clean and current and it doesnt feel stuffy, very nice without the sterile feel some salons give me. I was really impressed with the offerings they have. Stacey was really sweet and I felt comfortable talking with her about hair plans for my wedding, she made me feel very welcomed. Besides for my wedding I will definitely be back!

I adore this salon... I happily drive here from KC to get my hair done by Libby because shes just that amazing. The decor is great and everyone there seems so friendly... highly recommended.

Enjoyed my experience at Sugar Salon. I got my hair done by Amie, but the rest of the staff is also very friendly, especially the receptionist. I think I found my go-to hair salon in Wichita. Services are a little pricey, but it’s worth how much it cost. I got a balayage and cut and spent around $150.

Libby T. is wonderful! Talented hairstylist with extraordinary service. She is also amazing with kids. Cant wait to go back for my next appointment!

I have looked and looked and i am so exited that i FINALLY found my forever salon! It was decorated beautifully and was so comfy! Megan cut my hair and i was more than pleased:)! Keep it up girls!
