I went in for a shampoo and cut. I was told the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. While I was waiting, the woman ahead of me requested a shampoo and cut. Then the beautician did something very odd that I have never seen done before. She told the woman that she would cut her hair first, and then she could wash out all the little bits. To the best of my knowledge, beauticians ALWAYS shampoo first, and then cut. Well, after I had waited 25 minutes the answer was forthcoming. It seems that one of their shampoo sinks doesnt work at all, and the other one has no cold water... only hot. She then proceeded to tell the woman, Well, I guess you wont get a shampoo today. I have no doubt that the beautician knew all along that the sinks didnt work. There was also a teenage boy in there who was getting a bleach job on the top of his head. She had him sitting under the dryer with the bleach in his hair. I cant help but wonder how she expects to wash the bleach out of his hair. I will never go to that place again.

Got the worst haircut of my life 2 weeks or so ago from Leann. I gave her a card with the directions that Marsha used for years. She promptly buzz cut me nothing like I said. Found out later she is friends with my x wife and bragged about butchering my hair immediately after I left. NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. Scandalous at best.

My grandmas hair looks like a mans buzz cut on the side and then on top it’s somewhat long and she had a picture that she brought with her, (not what it looked like at all!) she said she rushed through the hair cut because she had to be somewhere... she should be ashamed for taking advantage of my 83 yr old grandma and taking her money for what she wants to call a “haircut” but really has Jennifer actually even gone to beauty school?

WORST hair cut I have ever got in my whole life. Period. So bad that i have never done a review but this i couldnt keep to myself. I feel like she ripped more out of my hair brushing it then actually cutting it, way too rough and unprofessional. Instead of using the thinning shears like scissors she dragged them through my hair. Never even parted it in sections to cut it.. Terrible service, I should have spoken up when I had the chance. Guess this will have to do

Sucked man my barber did a horrible job on my fade, its extremely uneven on a very simple haircut and now I look like a dick at work for the rest of my day. Worst haircut of my life, not worth $1 of the $16 I paid. Pissed .

My friend got a ridiculous cut there and they did it perfect. However I do think they should have more hair dressers because there was a bit of a wait even though it was the middle of the afternoon.

Yesterday I went in there for a buzz cut and left with a bald spot the size of my thumb! my barber never said anything, let me pay her and tip her and walk out with a hole in my hair. needless to say im never going there again.
