I believe one of the things missing in most salons is LISTENING. Its not the same as hearing. This salon sits down with you. ALL things are written, cost is discussed up front. Coming from AZ, SC and Maryland, I feel as though this is the first salon that listens to what you want!

I was referred from a friend and I do not regret going here. All the staff is so smiley and fun and professional! I was very nervous for my first waxing but Stephanie made it so easy. Painful, but easy. I was nervous for the 2nd go around but once again it was So easy and way less painful. I will be continuing my services with her and this company.

I really wanted to like this salon, but I feel like my color was just okay especially for the price point.

I was referred to Lindsay by my cousin. She fixed the mess I made of my hair over the covid-19 shut down. It was a disaster. And thanks to Lindsay, I love my hair again. She is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice and they make you feel so comfortable. Extremely impressed.

I have been coming to Mary Kate and Co for 10 years and my hair stylist, Meghan, is so amazing. All the ladies are so sweet and always take the time to say hi to me no matter how busy they are. Of all the salons I’ve been to in Wichita, and I’ve been to mostly all of them, this salon is by far the very best in every aspect. I would never think about going anywhere else. They have the best Great Length extensions and I am addicted to them! Thank you all for making the salon feel like my second home! ❤️

I called to see about applying for a stylist position;The phone should never go to voicemail mail during business hours. This would effect me from gaining, future clientele, and possibly hinder current clients appointments.Very unprofessional!

If you have never been to this salon you are Missing Out! Ive lived in NYC, Chicago, L.A., Las Vegas, London, and Austin, AND Mary Kate & Company far surpasses any salon I have even gone to. My Stylist Meghan Clarke is amazing, but it seems everyone who works there get the same rave reviews. The Salon itself is 5 star. Its design and function is great. Everyone who works there seem to be happy, no back biting stylists around. How refreshing! They even have back lounge for snacks and complimentary beverages while your color is processing. This salon is TOP NOTCH!

So wonderful. The stylist cared, and really helped me shake my hair up. I left feeling new, light, and beautiful. The follow up call was a delightful surprise and the free coffee was much appreciated. Simply loved the attention to detail in all aspects.

As always my experience at Mary Kate and Co. was excellent! My favorite of course is Veronica, but I can say everyone there is friendly and always makes you feel welcomed. It’s a good feeling to walk into a place where everyone looks and shows they love their job. Great job to all!

Everyone is so friendly welcoming. The newly remodeled shop is very nice. I loved the complimentary coffee and snack bar! Jasmin is amazing with her color and styling. She listened to what I wanted and worked her magic. They have a rewards program and were up front with me if it would be worth me signing up this far into the year, or waiting until next year. Pricing is reasonable too.

Each time I enter their salon, it amazes me how it begins to change my outlook on life. Theres something uplifting in how they treat their clients. You truly feel part of a community. Keep up the great work. Your new space is the envy of the west side.

Where do I even begin with this AMAZING company!? If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!!I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now and these ladies impress me more and more each time I go.I’ve had Britton & Ashlee both color, cut and style my hair and both have been fantastic!! They each have their own styles and I love that about them! I can either show a picture or tell them what I’m thinking and I get honest, straight forward answers on if that works for my hair or maybe we should try something else instead. The prices are reasonable and your stylist will go over every detail with you from start to finish. These ladies always do a consultation with me every time I sit in the chair and go over my options before doing anything to my hair. I’ve always said, “you get what you pay for.” Thank you ladies both for making me feel so beautiful every time!The receptionists/CSR’s are super sweet and know me by my first name, which if you ask me I think that’s pretty stinkin’ cool! Being the first face someone sees when entering a company is hard work but I’ll tell you want these girls never miss a beat and always have a smile on their faces! They always offer me a drink & snack before I can even sit down and I loveeee that!! They also help me get stocked up on products and get me set up for future appointments. I know sometimes being the front and center can be hard and maybe you go unnoticed to some but to me I see professionalism and genuine happiness. These girls love their jobs!Everyone that works here is so down to earth. It really makes getting your hair done that much more enjoyable AND makes me want to come back for years to come. Even though I live in Derby now I will always make the drive to come here!

This is a wonderful and classy salon. The girls are always friendly and professional. I do appreciate how they sit down with you at the start of each appointment to go over certain hair issues or just to analyze your hair. They also go over the products used and what they are for. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of a color issue. I ended up hating my hair color (gorgeous color just not right for me) and I ended up having to pay more money to get it fixed. This was due to discussing the color I had wanted beforehand (even though I feel like maybe we had 2 different ideas in mind.) They did work with my budget, which was greatly appreciated. However, I feel they should have fixed the issue without me having to pay more. I did love my hair cut though!Update: had to take away another star for my review. After fixing the color issue I was left with 3 different colors, red on top of my head, super light blond on the bottom and black underneath. I ended up going to Sallys and picking up a Color Fix box and stripping what I could from my hair and some color for after (yet another $30.) I shouldve just done that in the first place. After all is said and done, unfortunately I wont be back. I do stand by my comment that the haircut was perfect, just be VERY cautious about color and make sure you BOTH are talking about the same color. If you agree, and end up not liking it, you will be charged to correct it.

I took my fiancee here to get her hair done and it was a really neat place, laid back with extremely friendly staff, for a change I didnt have to be the one awkward dude sitting in the waiting area. Id definitely recommend it to anyone whos looking to get some reasonably priced and quality work!

Was referred to the salon by a coworker and I have to say I was impressed by the staff. On the first visit a brief review of the salon and the services they offer, got coupons for use in future visits. I can honestly say that I have yet visited a hair salon where I felt so relaxed in for the short time there. Kylee pulled up a chair listened to my requests and comments and it seems as though the 45 min there was just a brief moment. I felt confident to schedule more visits in the months to come. I look forward to see how this salon continues to impress me over time. The price was not overly expensive and even if its a little above what I have typically paid for, if I have a relaxed and confident feeling about it I would gladly pay a smidge more, drive a little further for a great feeling that the beautician listened and could follow through and I felt good leaving the salon.First impressions...5 stars!

Ive been going here for over 3 years now and i LOVE it! Ive been seeing Mazey for the 3 years and shes the best! Im personally transgender and have been out since the beginning of this year so shes been through that with me.But besides my personal experience the place has incredible service, they are constantly keeping a really well kept conversation with you, they have snacks and drinks for the people waiting (and the seating is reaaaallllyyyy comfortable 💕). Kylee did my hair last night and I absolutely love it!I had previously wanted to go darker (which she did the color on as well), and the color was great, but after sometime trying to adjust, it just wasnt me (personal preference). At last nights session I asked that she put more blonde it to lighten it up. I know going from dark to light is a process, but it turned out a lot lighter than I thought it would. And the dark I had done before, actually gave it a good foundation/contrast.I am very happy with the outcome, to be honest, I love it as stated before, and I am glad I became a customer of Mary Kate & Co. All the employees there are very nice and do a great job!

I just returned from the salon, my first time there. Mazy is a true genius and a superstar, and I do not give that kind of praise out lightly. Actually, the whole team at Mary Kate & Company is amazing!For years (for a variety of reasons), I wore a ponytail constantly. My hair was too long and too frizzy and the top was very obviously thinning. After radiation, my hair exploded with white/gray patches. I don’t kid when I say I looked atrocious.With a long overdue trip coming up, I decided to get the white hair covered. I wanted a few highlights as well, and to get a cut. I first went somewhere very inexpensive and ended up with no hair cut, no highlights, but red/orangey hair in varying shades. I was beside myself. Good Lord, it was dire. I actually cried.Then, I made an appointment at MK & Co. to get it fixed, and today I sat down in Mazy’s chair. Somehow, she got the new color to come out beautifully over the orangey/red and put just a few subtle highlights in, which I love. The cut is simple and easy, but it’s one I know takes an experienced hand. Also, if I can manage to do it like she did, she showed me how to camouflage the thinning on top. The cut is perfect. The color is perfect. We were kidding around after I told her I didn’t know how she did it, and she said it was magic. Well, she really was magic for me today, she and her co-workers!!I can’t recommend Mazy enough. I can’t recommend Mary Kate & Company enough. Everyone there helped me in some way over the past three days, and you’d be lucky to sit down in any one of their chairs!! Thank you, Mazy! Thank you, ladies! You worked a miracle. ❤️
