I haven’t been to this place since 2013. I finally have a NEED to see a doctor and the extremely rude receptionist says I won’t be able to be seen for 5 days when they have time for “new patients”.I’m not new, I just haven’t had any medical needs in the past years. But now I’m screwed because I didn’t feel like throwing away money for an unnecessary visit.So much for retention.Parma, when you read this, just know that half my reason for posting in the first place is the attitude your receptionist imparted. My name is Susan Huerta my husband been seeing Dr.parma for over 25years weeks like the doctor but not normally his staff member shes always so rude with my husband and we dont know why so were looking to find another Dr.soon where my husband can be treated with respect.my husband is not the only one one shes rude too a few of my friends that sees Dr.parma to.

Canceled an appointment because of insurance change. And yes I canceled it. They still bill me over a year later. Sent them back several times. Maybe THEY CANT READ
