If you want quality care I would definitely steer clear of this office. There is one great doctor here as well as a few of the nurses, (Ebo) but aside from her the rest of the staff acts like you’re a waste of time. God forbid you be overweight and want to be seen for anything else because the first thing out of their mouth is “oh your weight is concerning you have pre-diabetes”. This has happened to me several times in this office it’s not only degrading but sad because they will completely skip over the reason you are needing to be seen. Last time I went in I had a cough, runny nose, and a bi-lateral ear infection. I was given a steroid shot, no antibiotics or anything for a cough. I had to see another doctor due to worsening conditions. Long story short don’t waste your time or money here they have no concern for their patients.

I don’t understand how they have 1pm appointments if they don’t open their doors from lunch until right at 1pm or a little after.. also, have to call several times to get ALL questions answered. Even then, it isn’t even complete. Detar could do a much better job with availability and the actual operations of this service provided under their name.

At first I really liked this clinic. Until it took nearly a month to have an apt to have an iud replaced. Then the dr had to dialate me 5 times just to put the thing in. Now I’ve been waiting 3 days for lyrica......... because the dr wrote the script wrong and everyone there keeps saying “we sent it again and again” but there’s nothing there. Claiming lyrica is a controlled substance and needs to be approved except I was told it was approved while I waited in the office for 45 min... never got approved. Never got sent. I’m so done with this office! I’d give it a 0 if I could. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Hell a vet would be better equip than this place

Personnel needs to be better trained, they had no answers to any of my questions (which were very general) such as how to get started on paperwork or even what I needed to bring in with me.

I saw doctor Sidney Ontai, first of all it is a training facility for ATM doctors. Second of all I was referred to him for follow-up care. He did not even want to prescribe me any pain medication and told me to drink through a straw for a month. With my body-mass he said I should be ok. How is that acceptable? He then wrote a prescription for one pain pill every other day for only 10 tablets.. No pharmacy in Texas will fill a prescription for pain meds for over 2-weeks when that is a 3 week prescription. I was despensed 3 pain tablets and wasted gas + a visitation for $4.00 worth of tylenol COD, since legally that was all Walmart could despense the way the prescription was written. The Pharmacist never saw a pain med written for every other day.. it is as needed for pain..

They open at 8 am but they didn’t answer the phone until almost an hour later. I called for an hour to try and get a sick appointment and there are none available.
