This is the best primary care office. The staff is always so kind and helpful and will go the extra mile for you and your family. And Dr. Vazquez is the best, hes so knowledgeable and informative about your care. You never feel rushed. He makes sure all your questions are answered before going to the door.

I had gone through something absolutely heartbreaking and Dr Ortiz sat and listened to me and was very kind and helped with that issue and also helped with several other health problems I had. When I had arrived at the office, the wait time was very minimal. Gloria, at the front, was very kind and helpful and his nurse was wonderful, too! If you are searching for a doctor, I highly recommend Dr Otiz!!!

Very kind and caring staff. My first visit was a pleasant one. No long wait and they were able to get me in before my appointment date, due to an injured ankle so while I was there, he went ahead and saw me for a first visit. He listened to my concerns and is pinpointing everything in priority order of main concern. Dr. Ortiz is the best and nicest physician I have ever been to in Victoria. He is caring and gives his patients all the time we need. I’ve referred him to my husband and all my friends and they are actually now patients of his. They love him too.

Doctor was able to see me immediately without an appointment. It was a slight emergency.Dr Vasquez is always helpful and cordial. He examined my emergency and gave me the results immediately after X-rays.

Javier gets down to business with manners and expedience. The nurses and receptionist are all polite, friendly and beautiful.The one drawback is that you are still required to wear a mask. Texas does not require them anymore. Get over it already!
