I love this office! Assistant Danielle Green has the best attitude & is very personable. She took care of my 9 year old daughter up to the point of cleaning then Amber came in and we made it though her cleaning with ease. She was very knowledgeable with the questions I had & very personable as well. Dr is quick in & out. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience. Im 28 and a big drama queen. I freak out over everything. When I went in everyone was extremely nice. Shaina was the one to call me back and do my x-rays. She helped me stay calm. When my anxiety started to get high, she came in and was just talking to me. She had no idea she was helping me. Ill have to tell her the next time I go in. Just her personality and being there, was very positive and helpful. They didnt waist anytime to let me know what they thought was best to do to help me. I was a walk-in and had 2 teeth pulled the same day and going back in 3 days to get another one pulled. Overall a great experience. Thank you Smilepoint Dental & Orthodontics.

We had a great time here. We hadnt come to the dentist in a while but it wasnt a problem at all as the staff was very helpful. Assistant Danielle Green was especially helpful in explaining the procedure to us (my son needed a root canal) and making my son feel as confortable as possible. I highly recommend this place!

My daughter lost her first tooth yesterday prematurely and as a worried mother I got extremely concerned. I called the office to see if they had any available openings and to my luck they had one.. I spoke to Mariah the receptionist and she was able to get my daughter in at 10. So awesome!! As soon as I got to their office she showed me the tablet which had all of the forms.. so much easier than shuffling through paperwork and trying to keep it organized. As soon as I finished filling the forms Shayna called us back to our room..She has great bedside manner spoke to my 4 year old with great care and made sure she was heard.. took an x-ray right away and said Dr. Espinosa would be right with us. It took the doctor less than five minutes to see my daughter. Again, great bedside manner. She asked my daughter how it happened and if there was pain, she did a full thorough check and looked at the x-rays and explained to me everything. I have two children and my daughter is the oldest. This was her first ever tooth to lose and seeing as shes four years old I was majorly concerned. After hearing Dr. Espinosa talk about the teeth and give my daughter the full examination I am so much more relieved and grateful to this office and their amazing staff. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out we are just so very grateful for all of the kindness and compassion shown. Definitely recommend this Dental office and their amazing staff.

The girls are always so great here at the office; the managers and top personnel are very organized and super kind with my kiddos. Shaina was super awesome and always treats my kids with kindness and respect when we come. Everyone has great bedside manner and I always recommend this place when they need work, plus the payment plans make it an easy choice.

I went to them when I needed help with a painful tooth! I needed 3 wisdom teeth pulled and they assure me that they could get the job done!! They said that my insurance didn’t cover certain things so I had to pay out of pocket. At the time I didn’t care cause the pain was unbearable so they set me up with a payment plan!! 900.00 later they pull out 1 in half tooth. I did end up putting 400 down and set up 92. A month to come out of my scoping.. the day I went in They said there was a problem with my back left tooth. So now I had to see a surgeon and that was gonna be an extra $75 just for him to come and see. It was one problem after another! So basically they left half a tooth in me and never even touch the upper left tooth!! I end up having to go to another place which by the way was so much better and my insurance covered it!! I only pay $50 and got my teeth cleaned!! I. Called smile point to see if they can adjust my bill and I want to pay for the services that they did do, but now all of a sudden they don’t return phone calls, or leave you on hold to just hang up the phone.. lesson learned don’t go there!! Over price!! I wasn’t asking for a refund but I feel as if they could of just give me some of my money back 900 just for 1and a half tooth to get pulled that just ain’t right!! But they make sure to take out the money out of my account every month… just be very cautious when going to them!! Make sure that they are doing what they said they will do.. I never got the cleaning done but they did do one filling for me… so basically I paid 900 for a filling, and 1 and half tooth to get pulled.. cause the cleaning wasn’t even done!! Even when they said they did it!! Like I stated before I end up going somewhere else!! Victoria Community Health Center did what they set out to do!! They were so amazing and great!! I will continue to go there!!!

Smilepoint dental & orthodontics is a great dental facility. They always great everyone and nobody ever sends out a bad vibe. Dawn and shayna are great and always explain what kind of work my kiddos need, they do not ever just tell me and not explain. Thank you ladies for always making my kiddos comfortable and being kind.

After seeing all of the great reviews, I made an appointment for my 8 year old daughter. From the time we checked in till we left, all of the staff was super nice and caring! Nicole checked us in and she was so nice and explained the paperwork. Maya Haynes and Amber were awesome! They made sure my daughter knew what was going on at all times since she was so nervous!! Dr. Espinosa was very nice! Lisa, the manager was also great! She talked to my daughter for a bit and now my daughter says she wants to come visit her all of the time! I would 100% recommend this dentist office!!

The whole staff is absolutely amazing. Danielle is the Sweetest and makes sure you are ok through the whole experience. Ive had a few appointments here so far and never had a bad experience. The dentist always makes sure you are doing alright the whole time she is with you. The front desk staff have always been welcoming and very nice. We absolutely love Smilepoint Dental & Orthodontist. The ladies that work here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Believe me, I always have questions and they help me to understand everything that is going on with my daughter. Danielle Green is one of the ladies that I always hope to get to tend to “us”. I havent been to the dentist in 8 years because of a terrible experience with my last dentist. Recently, I cracked a tooth and needed immediate assistance. Smilepoint dental fit me in next day and were very attentive. The staff were all conscious of my comfort level, especially Dental Assistant Danielle Green. What else can I say but amazing, caring, and most of all very concerned about patient comfort. I was nervous and scared to say the least, but with help of Danielle, Dr. Espinosa, and the secretaries at front I felt very comfortable. They have amazing staff and lead by a very kind and friendly manager Lisa K who definitely made me feel welcome. I definitely will come here for all my dental work and recommend all of my families work to be done here as well.

Ive been to this dentist office several times and have yet to have a great experience. The hygienist that work there are great but thats the only exception. Every time I go in there is always an issue. Have asked to speak to the owner several times and get redirected back to the manager that I dont want to talk to. Im a self-pay patient so from the time I schedule my appointment and get a price it changes as soon as I get to the office. Needless to say, I will be finding anther dentist really soon. Hopefully this will get the owner to contact me.

If you have little ones that aren’t a big fan of dentists offices I totally recommend going to smile point dental . Danielle , amber and dr Espinosa all did an amazing job with my little one. They also give out coins so the kids can get prizes when they leave ! 10 out of 10 for sure!

It was our first visit. I took my sister for an appt on Monday 5-3-21. As soon as i Walked into the building I was very impressed. It got better. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We met Nicole Z. first and she was so kind. Then when we got to the back everyone was also kind. Dr. Espinoza made my sister feel so good about herself and explained herself where we both were very satisfied. She took her time with us and was very gentle with my sister. Then we met Lisa.K. Jamie and Dr. Espinoza at Smile Point Dental in Victoria, Tx. Are just fantastic!! I had a root canal done in a front tooth and had a gap between my teeth. Dr. Espinoza was Awesome in making my smile look completely natural, right down to the perfect color shade and even closed the gap between my teeth that had embarrassed me for years! Jamie and the rest of the staff were so sweet and helpful and explained every procedure in detail so I could understand. I would recommend Smile Point Dental and Orthodontics in Victoria to everyone! Good !! I finally finished my treatment after almost 4 years and I can tell you that the results were fatal, even though they put the braces on me twice because the result was not what I wanted, it was not much difference my teeth seem to be going away Leaving their place I can say that they were worse, as they tell me after almost three years that I needed extractions so that my teeth would look good, why not say it at the beginning of my treatment. The doctor is not professional at all, he just looked at me and said that everything was going well and now he said it was because he did not want the extractions, I could not invest more money because I do not have it. The worst thing that invested 5000 dollars to look worse. I do not recommend this clinic, they are not professional.

Unfortunately I have to switch both of my kids from this dentist office. Shayna Mathis an employee there used patients phi to contact my husband. I believe it’s very unprofessional for the employees there to use there personal number to confirm appointments and it was done in order to get to know my husband.

My experience with moe was great she did great on my teeth and was very funny and she’s great at what she does 10/10 experience.

My experience was wonderful. My boys were very well taken care of from the front desk all the way to the dentist. Other than one rude and disruptive client causing everyone grief it was absolutely amazing. They handled that situation well also!!

I highly recommend smilepoint ive been to other dentist and the wait is always long and they are rarely friendly . Lisa kennemer was very honest, sweet and understanding of my situation she helped me with financing and told me what i needed and didn’t need . Amber howell was amazing and offered to stay late so i didn’t have to reschedule i waited maybe 5 minutes before they brought me back! I loved the staff so much the first time, i now bring my kids here as well!!

Was not in a private room. Shared an open room with another patient who was barely 6ft away! We are still in a pandemic NOT to mention privacy!! I dont want my teeth and gum health discussed with a stranger sitting 5 ft from me who is getting work done as well. Where is the privacy??? Then had to sit there for almost 40 minutes while they came up with a care plan! How does it take 40 minutes do decide that??? The lady did explain that it was taking longer because we were waiting to hear from the insurance. Heres a thought....let the patient know that! Instead of leaving then in a room with soneone coughing heavily!!Then when told the amount the lady just stood there like ok are you going to agree so we can get you booked?? It wasnt until after I asked about insurance coverage that she explained. Telling me yes actually your crown is covered but the $460 is lab work. At first I was told my crown wasnt covered. But found out it was. Then I felt pressured. I kept telling her I have to think about it and figure out how to come up with the money since in in a fix income. That didnt seem good enough. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave . I had already explained I didnt have the money. She then told me about the on house plan and I had to wait longer for her to go figure that out. Since font have the money for a down payment but that wasnt a good enough answer she kept on. There was also cussing from the staff because they were overbooked. Take it somewhere to discuss in private especially when naming names!!! Hello hppa violation!!

I seen Smilepoint on my way to Wal-Mart. Well, it came to a point where I couldnt ignore my oral health and remembered this place. Im glad I chose Smilepoint as my new dental spot! The ladies up front are always a joy. (Lisa, Mariah and Nicole...Hey Girls!!) Not forgetting to mention, Lisa, went an extra distance for me. (Extra thanks for that!) Dr. Espinosa and Danielle Green, took great care of my dental needs, during my procedure(s), always making sure I was comfortable/relaxed and not in pain. Danielle also explained my after care, making sure I was good to go. I would recommend seeing Smilepoint if youre looking for oral care.

Im just beginning my journey here but so far all of the ladies were wonderful and really tried to give me the most competitive pricing possible. I sadly dont know all of their names but Danielle,Lisa, and all the others i encountered here were apart of making this single moms dream of fixing my teeth come true and im looking forward to the end result!!
