I was dreading most of all the shot when you get worked done. I was totally surprised that it wasnt near as bad as ones I have had in the past. I think she numb the gums before the shot.not positive but barely hurt. My Dr was very nice and everyone was nice smiles and most of all informative. After my cleaning I was given a bottle of rinse, which I have had in the past from other dental offices. They don’t tell you that they will BILL you for it. Now I don’t mind paying for products, however, they charged $27 for this one bottle. With a Rx, (which can be written by any dentist), for this same product at Walmart you get 3 bottles for only $10!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. I’m more upset that they don’t disclose this information to you up front. You get a bill for it a month later!!! Very dissatisfied.

Great, initial, visit. The staff was very helpful, and there was a lot of knowledge around the building. Learned about help for veterans for veterans day, and having free dental work. Aspen Dental relined my dentures that were made somewhere else and they fit amazing. The entire office was friendly and made you feel very comfortable.

I had a very good experience!! Setting the appointment was super easy the woman on the phone was very courteous spoke calmly and didnt pressure me to speak fast or seemed like she wanted to get off the phone like other places. The staff when I arrived were very nice and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explain everything in detail. Hannah the woman that did my x-rays was very sweet, and was very productive and quick. Which made the slightly uncomfortable experience of getting the x-ray much easier. I would definitely recommend making them your new dentist.

Hanna was amazing!! I was very fearful of seeing a dentist! Hanna was the First Lady I got to see there and she made me feel son comfortable (continuing to check on me and to just be very supportive). Cassie was the hygienist very sweet lady!! The doctor was very sweet and explained everything to me in the way I understood!! Thank you so much ladies!!

So I went to the dentist today to get my restorative treatment and let me tell you! The best experience ever. The dental assistant Hannah and I jammed to some music and she was so kind and funny and kept the appointment not boring. Dr. Unegbu was also wonderful and took amazing care of me and my teeth. Walked into Aspen dental with my face looking like a chipmunk. Absece over a chopped tooth. Just needed antibiotics and follow up appt made to extract cracked tooth. They couldnt fit in an EMERGENCY in . Ended up having to go to the E.R (Detar north) they took care of a very serious situation got me on strong antibiotics. Adorn dental will be the last place I go to get it pulled now

I went in for a routine cleaning and they tacked on additional services without letting me that it was not covered by my insurance. When I was left with a big bill, the girl in the billing office just told me if I dont pay, itll just go to collection. Im more annoyed that it wasnt disclosed prior to the services that they werent covered by my insurance. I would not have had them performed.

Nice place to land when my dad was suddenly in a hospital 4 hours from my home and I had a toothache. Dr. Ahmadi and others working with her were kind and knowledgeable. They referred me to an endodontist who was able to see me that afternoon and complete a complicated surgery a few days later. I would switch dentists if they were closer to my home.

My experience at Aspen Dental was fantastic. Danielle, the office manager when above and beyond the call of duty to help get me financed. I have been two other places and spent a few thousand dollars for plates that were not correct. I have extreme confidence in the lab staff here. April is very knowledgeable about her job and is very caring. They truly make it about their clients. Dr. Unegbu, my dentist, is very knowledgeable and was able to give me a diagnosis without hesitation. She explained exactly what my problem is and how they can make a denture to fit properly. She is the only one who suggested making top and bottom plates for a better fit. The others only wanted to make bottom partials. She also stated that the type of denture I am getting can later be converted to a snap-in denture with implants. Again, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs an honest answer and people who really know their field of expertise. The staff is very dedicated, highly professional and very pleasant. I was so happy to find them after what i have been through. For anyone who is contemplating what to do give Aspen Dental a call. The staff is pretty nice, but the overall office really has a hard time following up and managing appointments. Went there once, and they forgot to call me to tell me I should have arrived an hour later due to their mismanagement of appointment times. When pregnant, I called to ask if they’d be able to do a procedure. They ASSURED me they’d be able to, so I went to my appointment. When I got there, I waited an hour before going back and was told that they wouldn’t be able to do the procedure after all.🙄 Then went to get wisdom teeth removed, waited for 4 hours, and again, was told they’d rather not remove my teeth due to my age! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 screw-ups, I finally switched to a dependable dentist. And, after finding a new dentist and getting updated x-rays, I was told they’d left part of my tooth in from a previous extraction they did a year ago. Now, I have to pay twice for a procedure they should have done correctly in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is nice but all of them, including the doctor, are completely incompetent.

Right now I am not very happy with them. I have been trying to get in since Tuesday and have been told I would get a call back after they spoke to the doctor. I have called back several times and they are still waiting to talk to the doctor. Really? After 4 days? Does the doctor not respond to messages? I even called the emergency line last night and still no response. Now I have an abscess that I will have to suffer with over the weekend!!!

My first visit was fine just waited forever to be seen when I was done I set up an appointment for six months after. They emailed me a to confirm my appointment four times and I had confirmed online. The day of my appointment they called me trying to make me change my time I told them twice I couldn’t because my baby sitter wasn’t available until my original time. They proceeded to tell me I had to reschedule the appointment I’ve had scheduled for the last six months. Very poor management and I will not be going back.

Very very impressed with the professionalism and care that they showed and gave to me, especially during this Covid-19 crisis. They maintained a social distancing atmosphere. Christy was very helpful in answering all my questions and took care of me in a very timely manner. And my I Hygienist Renee, made me feel very very comfortable, the entire time I was there. She was amazing.

BIGGEST RIP OFF IN VICTORIA TX. I went in to get a second opinion on possibly needing a root canal. I told the receptionist and nurse that I couldnt do the panoramic x-ray due to my insurance would only pay for 1 every 3 years. The nurse said that they wouldnt charge for it due to they had a free cleaning and x-ray promotion for anybody who didnt have insurance. I told her again that I have insurance. Needless to say I receive a bill for $82 because they sent everything to my insurance and of course my insurance wouldnt pay for the panoramic x-ray. I called them 2 times and pleaded with them to drop the $82 charge and they said that they wouldnt. Surprise... now its on my credit history for not paying. Super rip off. Trust me. Dont get scammed.

Sadly this place of business cannot manage their time well at all, they tend to reschedule patients after they have arrived for their appointments. The dentist loves to gossip about her co workers and others in the Spanish language thinking her patient cannot understand her. She apparently thinks it is fine to grind away enamel from a good tooth so that a crown will fit her patient. I have had multiple appointments here hoping things would improve.I would not in good faith suggest going here with your business unless something changes.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Waited for 2 hours, just to get to the back and have them try to take X-Rays on me about 100 times and still could not get them done. I tried to have patience before I walked out,but the person taking the X-rays was rude and did not seem to care shoving the instrument in and out of my mouth very rough and left me 3 cuts on the inside of my mouth. Said it was because my tounge was in the way.I Have studied for Dental Hygiene and have never had a problem at any Dental office before. Over all I feel it was a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning for that type of service.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the facility, and I had a wonderful experience. I received a free exam and x-rays due to the fact that I don’t have dental insurance. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend for anyone without insurance and their regular cleaning is reasonably priced.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Aspen Dental. They were friendly, caring, and flexible towards my needs. The staff went above and beyond in educating me while comforting my fears. They were also very thorough in providing me options and making my care feel more than worth the investment time wise and financially!

Polite staff. I went in to inquire about getting 1 tooth pulled as that is all I am able to afford at the moment. I am well aware that I need additional work done and I did tell them this. I was told they would not do this and they proceeded to tell me everything else that I needed done... including pulling a wisdom tooth because “they are hard to clean”. I wasn’t given any other options to have less work done. I was told they would call with an estimate. I have never received a call. I wouldn’t go back anyway. Money is the concern with this place, not the patient.

Being my first visit always a bit apprehensive, but it went well. My only concern is the doctor I saw was very hard for me to understand. She was very polite and professional but I had my hearing aides on and still had a hard time. However occasionally I have the same problem with my wife.

I have a Great Dentist and the People that work for her are Top Notch.

The Aspen Dental experience was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming when I entered the office. The dentist and hygienist made sure I was comfortable before beginning my exam. My consultant was great. She made sure I was well informed about my procedure and gave me multiple options to fit my needs. I am pleased with the service I have received thus far.

Had a routine teeth cleaning on Wednesday with hygienist Alicia. She took her time to make sure my teeth were throughly cleaned. In addition, she was kind and considerate. Alicia is by far the best hygienist I had at Aspen and would highly recommend her to all.

I just went for my initial visit yesterday. I am so glad I found a place for my dental care! The location is perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was able to get my X-rays, exam, and dental treatment plan at no cost. The doctor and dental hygienist did an amazing job going over my X-rays with me and explaining everything. So excited to finally be getting my dental health issues addressed and an affordable monthly rate. Highly recommended this place...especially if you dont have dental health insurance.

I went in for an extraction, and the dentist refused and referred me to a specialist. The specialist charged me $250 to tell me to return for the extraction I originally requested.

Everyone there was so amazing. They listened to everyone of my concerns and did exactly what I wanted. Im so excited to start my new journey.Update 4-24-19Everyone has been amazing in this journey with me. The lab has done an amazing job making my denture. I get my final one on Monday. I couldnt have been more happy with everyone there. I have such bad anxiety towards the dentist and everytime I show up they make me feel so good about my self. When i had the procedure done 11-09-18 I was beyond scared. But it was fast and I was out within an hour and home healing. The price was also great. I was looking at 8 to 10 grand for what I needed done and it was less 4 grand here and one of the best things I have ever done.

Great location. A tad bit on the pricey side for actually work. 4 crowns to fix a gap would cost me 8,200 dollars. So that’s out of the question. But the service was fantastic I received. Good cleaning and great people

Had an appointment at 9:30am waiting about an hour for xrays and exam. Got xrays done. Still no exam, 11:45 comes around still nothing. Wasn’t even informed about how much longer it was going to be. I waited patiently until i had no more patiences and left.

I had a great experience. The other dentist I went wanted to rip all my teeth out and put crowns all over my mouth but at Aspen my teeth were filed and filled with fillings. Teeth were all originally saved, and the cost was way cheaper with a payment plan. $88 a month! Cheaper! Yea!!!

People at Aspen in Victoria were awesome. Very thorough with exam. The only thing different is its very cold in there and they need blankets for their clients.I was very impressed!!!

A little history, I Just moved to Victoria Texas from Orlando Florida. My tooth and toothbrush broke the first week in Victoria (along with my dental insurance)Looked up dental offices and found Aspen Dental. They brought me in asap.They were great‼️ I loved the staff and the dental hygienist, Jeniffer was great. She was kind and gentle ‼️ Theose are very important attributes, especially at a dental office ‼️Also with my years in a dental chair as a child and teen; I’m hesitant to repeat without expertise, organization, kindness, and gentleness I’m definitely going back. Had an abscess was seen a few days prior, they didn’t give me any antibiotics, when i called back due to severe pain they wouldn’t allow me to be seen unless I went and got a 1,000 root canal. I hung up crying feeling completely helpless. I will never come back. How can you let someone leave with an abscess and not give them antibiotics. Then deny them to be seen unless you do what THEY want. Horrible absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO!

First appointment as a patient here was at 4pm. I arrived at 3:45 and didnt get seen until 5:30. I wasnt impressed to say the least however once I made it back to the appointment the staff was excellent. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and was glad I didnt walk out as I normally would have done having had to wait so long for an appointment that was past the scheduled time.

My original appointment was cancelled and reschedule, but i was not told the original doctor was not there and they were using temporarily dentist. i didnt find that out until i went to the appointment(which i dont think was the right thing to do). and of course no one introduced them self, i had to ask their names each time,other than that the place was clean i did get a good check up with the dentist.the place was clean, so as soon as they get a permanent dentist i will go back.

I went there on the advice of a friend. Im glad I took her advice!!The people there were very thorough in their diagnosis, Treatment, and after care treatment.Even when I had my teeth cleaned, they were so thorough doing that that I even told the technician that I had never had my teeth cleaned so good I told her that every time my teeth were cleaned they always felt jagged. My teeth were actually smooth and with minimal pain!I couldnt believe it.I was very happy with the service I received

WE WERE CALLED TO COME IN 30 MINUTES EARLIER YET WE STILL WAITED OVER 15 MINUTES TO BE SEEN. THEN WE WAITED ALMOST 30 MINUTES IN THE GREEN ROOM TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL US UP FRONT TO GO OVER THE TREATMENT PLAN. THE FIRST TREATMENT PLAN WAS FOR A $3000 SET OF DENTURES FOR AN 86 YEAR OLD WOMAN!! SERIOUSLY??!! THEN THEY FINALLY OFFERED US THE BASIC SET OF DENTURES WHICH WAS $813!!! WOW!!!

Aspen is awesome. They care about the patients. They are not for false treatment or anything like that. They have plenty of businesses because they go the extra mile trying to help the patient. Very happy with everyone. They helped my father and brother in a way that I cannot say thank you enough. Love the dentist, assistants. Very professional and friendly. They look for anyway to make money by adding on unnecessary work. I followed up with another dentist and discovered that over 3/4 of the work that Aspen recommended was not needed..including a root canal! The Dentist was not professional and was kind of rude also. The other staff and dental hygentist were nice. I would definitely NOT recommend Aspen Dental.

She truly listened to my fears & went above and beyond to take care of me & answer all of my questions. Thanks to her referring me to an amazing dental discount plan, my out of pocket costs for all of my dental work has gone from $10,625 to only $5,144!! She saved me $5,500!! Easy, comfortable visit

I live an hour and 15 minutes from here. I confirmed my appointment twice thru their email confirmation. I walk in and they tell me they canceled my appointment because they called my phone but didnt leave a voice message because I dont have voicemail! That is a lie. I made this appointment 6 weeks in advance. I am disgusted and disappointed with the treatment I received from this place.

I like that they are open late and got 2 same day appointments, got my teeth whitened and cavities filled a couple of days later I got the other side done. The part I didn’t like was one of the secretaries was rude and quick to put a $130 toothbrush in my bag and ruched me of and didn’t tell me it was in my bag or that I had paid that much. She never mentioned the price only the mail in rebate. Oh and my made me a appointment in December with out telling me. So when I left the dentist and paid my $700 my daughter had my bag with my $130 tooth brush. I didn’t know about it till we got home. We live out of town BTW. When I came to my appointment I told the secretary about it and the rude lady that sold me the $130 toothbrush hard me saying something about it and she said I told you about the toothbrush, I said yes you did ma’am but you never told me the price, only about a mail in rebate and didn’t tell me you put it in my bag with the rest of the dental accessories. I told her that was dirty of her to do that. She rolled her eyes and turned around. My husband pointed her out also and his bill was about $600 also. He looked at the bill and she tried doing him the same way. He shut he down right away, his bill came out to $260. This lady is going to run your customers off because of the way she’s handling business. Aspen Dental made a lot of money of our family this month and more dental work is on the way for my husband and I. 3 kids were seen also.

They are getting 1 star because I cant go any lower. Called to make an appointment for cleaning. Was told it was required that I see the dentist first and then I could schedule the cleaning. I told who ever I talked to that I was a patient that had to take antibiotics before any procedures and did I have to take them before the exam. She said no. She was wrong. Filled out all the paperwork online. Get there and they say they have to take xrays even though I had them elsewhere 3 months ago. Then the dentist comes in and tells me I need a release from my personal physician because I have an artificial heart valve. Hey. Youre just cleaning my teeth not performing surgery. I travel full time and my physician and real dentist are in Iowa. What a waste of time.

They always work with me and do amazing work

I called to schedule a routine cleaning ONLY for both my girls. (Ages 16 and 17) I specified this in the call. First, I was told they couldnt come by theirselves (they drive), and that an adult had to come with them. I work so my mother in law went. They arrived, was there 2 and 1/2 hours and never got their teeth cleaned. When they left, they called and told me what happened so i called aspen dental and they said, being new patients, they wont do a routine cleaning. They always require an initial exam and then RE-schedule an appointment for what was referred at the exam. WHY couldnt you have told me this when I scheduled???

Everything went fine. I changed my dads meds around and eliminated one med from my mothers. My dad has dementia, and my mother has cancer, so I need a way of trying to make sure they take their meds when theyre supposed to. Sometimes everything runs like clockwork, sometimes not. But pillpack is really helpful.

By far the worst dental visit I have ever had. This place is a joke. I’d rather pull my own teeth out with pliers than ever go back to Aspen. I had to give 1 Star to even post this. Otherwise they wouldn’t have gotten any.

I had a VERY pleasant experience considering the procedure was a planing and scaling. First, I was able to go after work so I would not need a substitute yesterday. Second, Jen was very compassionate, caring, and made me very comfortable. Third, the denal office staff are very patient and caring. Finally, I left feeling relaxed and not streesed.I changed dentists due to the fact my former dentist is not covered by my insurance. I was not looking forward to planing and caling procedure. I have had very few positive experiences with any dentist or dental hygienist UNTIL yesterday. I am looking forward to the next visit in January.

Very upsetting! My hubby and i dont have dental insurance at the moment. When i called i did the whole run fiwn in detail with what they wanted to know. Okay for a new comer with no insurance they gave me a twenty percent discount which came out around a little over seventy dollars per person. And i asked them questions and double check is that whats its going to be for us each to get our teeth clean they said yes. Okay so to wrap this up my husband took off work and wasted an hour and a half ther e for nothing!!!!! They printed out the bill i literally laughed and said i have to pay this?. So be careful and make sure there telling you the truth and there not fooling you and making you think its so affordable because its really not. They just pretty much lurered us in there for nothing!! Waste of our time and money!!

I spoke to many other dentists and showed them the x rays and they all said aspen was overcharging by A LOT... Over 500 per tooth and apperently the dentist isnt qualified to take them out... I need a dental surgen according to them... Which makes no sense either... But aside from that, they have a great staff

Felt rushed when it came to the procedure. The dentist is a place most people dont like coming and they didnt make you feel to relaxed.

Very pleasent experience. Everyone was very professional.
