Dr. Rachel Heard & her staff are amazing!! I always feel welcome and at home in her office. The girls at the front desk are always friendly & inviting. Every time I have had my teeth cleaned it has been a wonderful experience. Especialy when I have to have more than a cleaning Dr. Rachel & her staff go out of the way to make sure Im comfortable. Very professional staff that has taken care of myself and my family for 18 years. Scheduling appointments around my work is never a problem and Dr. Heard has done a great job with making sure that all three of our kids understand the importance of dental health and have no fear of going to the dentist regularly.

I had a horrible experience getting dentures there. I paid $3000 for a set of dentures that never were fitted right, and was told that I had to just keep dealing with the excrutiating pain of them cutting into my gums. They would of had to fit behind my nasal passages to achieve this. I feel totally scammed, and have been without teeth for years because of this. I feel like I should be compensated. Maybe a lawyer could get the ball rolling.
