Nice young lady checked us in. Large pull through sites with well watered beautiful grass strips between sites. Full hookups. Cattle came up to the fence. Convenience store with RV supplies, food, and beer. Large fenced dog park. Lady says about 50 percent full time residents and half the park open to people visiting or passing through. Reasonable price. Good cellphone service for our internet hotspot A good overnight stay.

Southbound RV Park and Cabins was home for me for almost a year due to work. I started out in a Cabin there which was awesome my first experience in cabin Im usually hotels for work. Cabins are clean and in great shape. The staff takes great care of those cabins. I was there long enough to invest in travel trailer which I lived in there as well. The grounds are kept up the pond is nice has a great peaceful view, theres a park for kids and dogs. Its quite, neighbors are friendly. Theres a wash and fold so you dont have to worry about laundry. Huge mailroom and convenience store. The staff I cant say enough about the entire staff made my experience there great and myself comfortable especially during the freeze Texas experience earlier in the year. Im sure I can speak for everyone just great people there. Thank you Aubrey, Amber, Carla and Chris.

We had a great time staying at Southbound RV Park and Cabins. It was close enough to town to be able to do what was needed and far enough out of town to unplug and relax.The cabin was impeccably clean and well stocked with essentials. The grounds were pristine, and we enjoyed spending time by the pond. Well definitely be back.

Southbound RV is such a beautiful, dreamy place to stay! We stayed in one of their cabins and they really thought of everything - we had everything we needed and we were blown away by the hospitality! The views are gorgeous and its a quiet, peaceful place. We had our three young kids with us and they had a blast. Definitely would highly recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay. Owners and staff are fantastic. I came for a 3 month job that turned into 6 and this cabin had everything I needed for the entire stay. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen for cooking, which was a must for me. On site laundry was another perk. Enjoyed the quiet of the park, watching all the wild life. If Im in the area again I would stay here if there were an available cabin. I highly recommend them.

Nice set up I deliver food out there when it was raining really bad on a Saturday was a very good Tipper I just wish I would have known if it was cabins in the back and not just for being in the front cuz I was knocking spot number 3 like a crazy person in the rain getting soaking wet

Beyond thankful to have had help from Aubrey, Chris and his wife Carla! My husband and I were coming home and just barely got on the road with an immediate blow out to the trailer. We pulled in, drove to the office and Aubrey was so quick at getting ahold of Chris their maintenance man. He was great help and even educated us about our trailer tires. All of them were an absolute God send two days ago. I couldn’t be more thankful! I know exactly where I will be staying next time I make my way to Victoria. The property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I might not have stayed but I promise you will not regret pulling into Southbound!Such wonderful people! Stay a blessing!

I want to start with the host, maintenance, and management. Aubry, Mike, Chris and his wife Carla are the best! They welcomed us right away. Very friendly through out the whole year we stayed there. If we needed any help Mike helped us out especially not knowing much Rving on our first year. If Mike wasnt available one of them was always there to help. We hardly got voicemail someone was always available especially when our propane would go out. And if we left a message we got a quick call back. I believe communication is always the key for great service which they definitely had. We had a great experience.They also kept the Park very clean. In this I mean the whole RV park, the club house, laundry room, restrooms, kids park, etc. Very well maintained.Thank you all for our first RV stay at Southbound!God Bless!Definitely recommend Southbound to everyone!

Manager & staff are all accommodating, park is kept very clean, always mowed, sites are easy in & out. They are pet friendly with areas for your pets. Nice clubhouse & laundry room with showers & bathrooms air conditioned. Direct tv & WiFi included. Very nice large pond/tank. Stay was for a month & was just what I needed.

Very nice camp ground. Big rig accessible, nice level gravel sites. Pull through a and back in sites as well. Owners are super people, park is neat and clean. We have stayed here last 2 winters and are starting our third. Mike the maintenance guy is a super guy as well, but dont tell him I said that.

Nice, neat park with pull through sites. Easy access right off the highway. Their rates are great, not overpriced and great place for an overnight stay. The staff was excellent. We stop here every year on our way to the Valley. My only complaint is the hookups in the pull through sites are all the way to the back of the sites, not a normal configuration. It would not be a problem for a trailer, but if you are in a large motorhome with a tow, you cant park your rig at the very back of the site unless you unhook and park your tow in the front, which defeats the convenience of having a pull through site. I had to drag out extra electric cord, water hose and sewer hose to be able to reach all the way to the back. Very inconvenient.

Awesome small clean quite country park, that is on the grow, right outside of Victoria. Water, electric, sewage and direct TV all at your site. Katlin, Administrative Assistant was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Ants dont worry all mounds have been treated. Our 2 furry units loved the clean large dog run. They looked forward to going every morning to run and play. Clean laundry room with plenty of washers/dryers. Simple clean bath/shower unit provided. Being so relaxed we decided to extend our stay by 1 more day. We will see you again!

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, and managers are very friendly. They honor passport America and stayed for $ 18.75. The Direct TV is extra benefit. Definitely stay here again. Glad we choose this campground.

This place is awesome. Very accommodating to anything needed. Very clean and quiet. Easy pull in and out for big rigs. I have a 42 toy hauler and have plenty of room.

My son, sister and I were driving to Houston and had a flat tire right in front of this RV Park early Saturday morning. The owner was out front and offered to air my tire up. After he inspected my tire and saw that it was not safe for me to drive 20 miles to the nearest tire shop with my family, he kindly offered to take the flat tire off my truck and drive into town to help me get it replaced. This man went far out of his way to help me. He was truly a blessing. I want to thank him and his family. A true act of kindness will never be forgotten.

Very nice people and outstanding service. Very clean place and the owners are extremely nice. Feels like home. If you want a peaceful vacation or just want some were quiet this is the place.

The owners are very nice and polite. I called and was able to pull in after 9:30pm.Water, sewer, directv and electric included for nightly and weekly stay. Monthly you pay for the electric. They will let you store your RV here if you like. A pool is in the works. Maybe by summer 2018. We will be back.

Extremely well kept. Plenty of machines in the laundry building. Everyone is friendly. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. I would definitely stay here again.

Giving 4 stars for the quick response from the owner. I called several times to inquire reservations with no avail. Disappointed I couldnt get through, I was surprised the owner himself took the time to reach me with an apololgy and resolve the issue. Apparently there was a mix up with the phone numbers....not sure how but either way, I appreciated the fact Owner was quick to reply and make things right. Thanks! :)

Carla and Chris are really great people. Ive been here for 6 months now and whenever Ive needed something it gets taken care of. This location is set back from the highway and a very nice property. I highly recommend ☆

I have lived here for several months now. This RV park is out in the country a little and that is what I love about it. It is quiet, calming and relaxing. The sites are gravel and level. There are a few trees around. And if you are looking for a cabin to rent that have a couple. There is a laundry room with bathroom that has a shower. And I hear that they are working on making a clubhouse with a kitchen and bathroom in there also. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and clean RV park then this is the one for you!

I stayed at Southbound for a couple of weeks. Wish I couldve stayed longer. Very nice cabins and very friendly staff. Would reccomend, would stay again.
