My wife and I visited this location to see what they had to offer on the possibility of us relocating to this RV Park. The park overall is laid out well with numerous sites. Prices range from $ 375 per month to $ 500 per month. They have cable and WiFi available with a dog run area. Hopefully a site will become available for this November .

Very well kept park, trees are all trimmed, lawn is green perfectly mowed and edged. Manager was friendly and welcoming showed us to a long pull thru so we didnt have to disconnect our towed car. Stayed here overnight in a class A.

Nice park, well maintained. Was in newer part in the back. Lots of room, only down side was no cable in this part of the park

Great service. Friendly and professional. Only once did the manager think I had no mail, and I happened to see it in my slot. He apologized, and that was the last time it happened. Prompt service on everything. They knocked on my door to check if I had issues when the power had gone off and back on. They care. And theyre expanding the place, too, which says a lot. Everybody is respectful and keeps to themselves.

Always super clean, all paved, and location is great. Just a few minutes away from food, shopping, entertainment, parks. Office staff are the best, always courteous. Will definitely stay again!

If you want to feel like a sardine in a can than stay here at $30 a night. Wasnt the park I was like looking for but guy here lied said he knew of no other park in town so after hours driving just pd & stayed 1 night. Nice fellow people here 1+. Found city park w/lots room & $12 a night.

Its quite. No one bothers u and the ppl are real nice to U. Nice location. They got nice laundry room. Rec room. Just all around nice and quite RV park

Nice clean place to stay close to town and shopping area but don’t waste your money on the internet package it’s nothing but hassle and doesn’t work most of the time

Only gave it one star because that was the lowest they had, was denied a stay there because my rv is a 2004, and they ask for 2007 or better, I understand why but my trailer is in great condition, I saw at least 3 trailers that looked way worse than mine just from the office, didnt get a chance to drive around to check other trailers.

Location is great, close to shopping & restaurants. Grounds well maintained, clean restrooms & laundry. Management is friendly & helpful.

I found the host couple very kind and helpful. The park is kept clean and quiet. Lots of wildlife around.

Easy access although a bit off the main highway, it offers concrete pads all through the campground, the hook ups were well kept, the bathrooms and showers were clean. The price was very reasonable and the personnel very accommodating and friendly. We will be back there again.

Manager approved me and my husband for a monthly stay for a he or so. Explain to him what my goal was and he was okay with it. Then next day call to veeive that I have disconnected all services and headed over there from Port lavaca. someone else helps me and says their parking isnt for a stay that long. Long story short they didnt even let me stay for at least 6 months to not have to pay for Calhoun to reconnect my services and electricity. They obviously dont have all their employees on the same page. So upsetting and frustrating. Communicated with them or hire ppl who know what they are doing!!

I thought it appropriate place to live To be comfortable and quiet as well as very clean. MY niece and nephew s Mom Set up hEr 5th wheel (*gorgeous)

This is not true that they have 24 hour service. The man wont go out if it is even sprinkling. Its been raining for 3 days and will continue to rain and he laughed and told us he wouldnt do it. The holidays and only he was open on that side of town. We had no heat my children and I. He turned us away. Go to Kellogg because they still know how to take care of a customer.

I have never had an RV here, but I buy all my propane here. Friendly fast service. Price has been the same for years.

Had to park my new MH in between trees. Damaged lights on the ownings. Manager said l had plenty of space but it was really tight.

This past month i had a very nice and comfortable stay at this rv park. Probably my favorite aspect was the location. Any thing i needed was just down the road. Groceries , clothes , restuarants , you name it. It made my stay very easy and stress free. The management is also very helpful. Any need or concern you may have they always would hear me out and fix any problem i had. I remember when i first pulled in i was nervous that a tree limb was going to scratch my trailer. I went and asked them about it and immediately they went and grabbed a saw and cut it down! Now thats good service 👍🏽 , i bet you couldnt find a better spot near that area , will return again if im around.
