This place is a great place to park your rig! It’s very clean and kept up with very well! The managers are very friendly and kind, they make sure to help in any way! We’re first timers with an RV and Austin helped us set up and get our stuff together. We really appreciate it and all the help they gave us. I will recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

If you can get a spot you better grab it. Great rates and great people. The managers go out of there way to help you if you need it. Super quiet and very clean. And an awesome view out my windows..

We moved to Crossroads during the storm because they had power and water. Austin was unbelievably friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, including bottled water from his own supply. He knew we had friends still without water and power and offered them free showers and drinkable water. He is an amazing young man and I would be proud if he were my employee. Thank you Austin! Because of your kindness, our group will be considering Crossroads next year!!! Art and Terri

I just spent Dec. 24 -26 staying at Crossroads RV Village while visiting my children for Christmas. The park was in a great location and everything was very clean. The management were very helpful and made my stay very convenient. I would definitely go back again.

Managers are wonderful, very helpful and so nice! Campground is very well up kept. Laundry room is smaller, but very clean and FREE! They have recently done some renovations to the park, updating the main office and adding a nice spot for residents to grill and gather. We would definitely choose this park again if we are ever in the area.

All the RV parks were full when I called around but Austin and Charity made room for me! They are very informative and AWAYS offer to help at any time! I was there about 8 months and Id only stay there if Im ever back in that part of Texas. Very quiet and clean!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I lived in my camper at this park for about 6 months and I loved it. Such a beautiful park right next to the river. Not crowded and very quiet. The managers were wonderful and helpful. I loved it here!!

Weve been here around 8 months. And hands down one of the best RV parks weve stayed at. We have dogs, so we wanted to make sure they had room to run. This place has a very nice big yard! The managers and other guest keep the grass mowed, so it always looks nice.This park is very well lit at night, so if you enjoy an evening walk, or just being outside, its great to be able to see where you are going!Nice managers, always asks if we need anything to call or text them.Its a quiet place. Right off the highway, and just 5 miles to town. Pretty convenient!We sure enjoyed our stay here. Maybe someday we might be back in this area, hope we get to stay here if we do.

We left for a month and hurried back other RV parks may have alot of amenities but this one still beats them by far have to try out to see what I mean plan to be here for a long time

From day one the owners have been super helpful. Free laundry and a home like environment. The park is super quiet and maintained beautifully. Will be back no doubt!

This park has improved 100%. We stayed here two years ago. Since then they have made awesome improvements outside lighting, security cameras, public Restroom, shower, laundry, mailboxes for each site, and a game room. Job well done to the managers Austin and Charity. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for making it a awesome experience.

Absolutely amazing RV Park! Owners are extremely nice people and very hard workers. Nice large pull throughs and back ins. Park VERY well kept, very clean bathrooms and showers and free laundry. Very reasonable rates. Park seemed to be full so I would call ahead for reservations. Right off 77 bypass on frontage road. I will absolutely stay here again.. 10 Stars! Thank you very much for a great stay!!

Very caring management; lovely property that is well maintained. Nice club-house, laundry and restroom/shower facilities. Monthly newsletter with organized events and general news/info...NO ‘problem guests.’ Very quiet park. Easily feel at ease and safe there. I’ve been a resident for several months, and couldn’t be happier with my choice of parks.

We stayed for 5 months! We love that it gives you a country feel yet all the stores and restaurants you want are a 5 minute drive away! The grounds are always immaculate! We have young kids and enjoyed all the holiday activites Charity and Austin put on! So hospitable and it really makes a difference! They are always upgrading something, gravel, parking, showers etc. Great People! Great Price! Great Park! Thank you & we will most definitely miss Crossroads RV :)

Great place to stay. The management is very friendly and helpful. Love the free laundry and wifi, and the clubhouse is a cool place to hang out. The rates are awesome. Its close to town but away at the same time. HEB plus is under ten minutes away. We stayed for about 5 months with our dog and enjoyed it the whole time. They are very pet friendly. Highly recommend it.

Lived here for a year and a half or so. Its nice and quiet. Kid and pet friendly. Free Wifi and laundry. Managers are nice and easy to get along with. They are always doing some kind of improvements. Only place in town I would stay.

Nice quiet park within a short drive to about anywhere u want to go. Management is very caring and helpful. Only downfall is no concrete pads so u periodically have to re level if u are staying for an extended stay. Free laundry is a plus too

You can hear some of the traffic from the highway but otherwise this is a very nice RV park. Wi-Fi works great, lounge with showers, you can get mail delivered here, and they are super friendly. I think its about 6 miles from town but there is a dollar general nearby.

Absolutely loved staying here! Managment is very easy to reach and extremely helpful. Free laundry is a definite plus. It’s easy to see they take pride in providing a peaceful place to stay.

I love it here. There is a great group of people here that has made CRV there home. The park is very clean and the managers work great with the tenants. Several free amenities, one I love is free laundry.

We stayed for 2 months. The managers were very nice and easy to work with. While we stayed the laundry room received a makeover and went from drab to Fab!! We loved the free laundry and the well kept camp grounds. If youre looking for the best RV campground in Victoria, here it is!!!

We were there approximately six months. The management were friendly and helpful, they kept the place clean and grass mowed ! We would stay there again!

Great spot! Management has been extremely nice and welcoming since Ive been here. They work really hard to keep the park in tip top condition.

Friendly people, cheap rates, free WiFi and laundry, clean, kid friendly and pet friendly, activity events for kids and adults in the club house often, very quiet, and super friendly managers... love being here! Feels like home.

Had some real froot loops living there when I stopped there a couple of times to see a old friend. If there gone now I think the place is neat. The manager thinks hes John Wayne but its his town so they have rules, without them there would be more ding dongs than there were when I stopped there. Pets on a leash...good rule. They have a laundry mat...good deal. Ive been to much worse trailer parks. If your quiet and respect others youll like this place if not you wont last long here, but then if your that way you should live out in the country by yourself anyway. The drive is kept up. The lots are clean. If your looking for a nice park this should fit the bill. If your roudy and stay up all night and act a fool then you wont like it there for long. Didnt see any children playing anywhere so you didnt really have to worry about running over any of them. A few of the tenants when o was there were walking around aimlessly looking for a cat that was suppose to be kept inside but they said it was a outside pet and liked to roam, I guess its still roaming because thats against the rules. Some folks think rules dont apply to them, but if you plan on staying there they will apply to you and your pets.

A convenient location and it easy to get to the store and home quick

Our roofing company landed in victoria, texas to helo out with work after hurricane harvey hit. Crossroads RV has been a 2nd home to us for the last 6 months. They provide a washer and dryer for use, maintain the property to a T, and are constantly making improvements. There is always someone accessible if you need something or have a complaint. The facility also has a large room for use that you can rent out free of charge. We help some of our employee trainings and meetings yere and it was perfect. We had a tv for a PowerPoint presentation and access to a full kitchen and tons of disposable cutlery and dishware. Just 7 mins down the highway is a major intersection with everything you need close by. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre in Victoria or just passing through!

It really depends on your individual taste and needs, its a bit to desert like for me. No shade ..

Management is hard to get ahold of, ants like crazy, laundry mat never cleaned except the one time I did.vent was blowing fuz all over laundry mat soo expensive too.washers and driers Constantly eat your noney.Make sure you get everything the managment says in writing with thier signature he has the loadest truck and they wont hesitate to talk bad about ya if they dont like ya right outside of your window.
