We had a great experience with this orthopedic group. The office staff couldn’t have been kinder, Dr. McKeever was wonderful and very thorough and the nurse Carrie went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and less anxious. I would definitely recommend this group.

-5 stars! These people are very rude and inconsiderate! I’ve been dealing w ppl in the medical field for the better part of 30yrs w my different medical issues, but never in my life have I dealt w a group of people like this, they are rude miserable and inconsiderate. And what angers me the most is that they where dealing w my child. No one treats my child that way! I will never give these people the time of day again even if they were the only ones left in this field! I would rather drive to Syracuse or even Albany!! Even buffalo if I had to!!!
