I love medical arts! I can’t believe they have even one bad review. Both the girls at the front desk Bailey and Ester are nice and super helpful. The girl Dani who checks people in is also very nice. There is another girl as well who checks you in who is equally fantastic. The girl who does the ultrasound is super funny and kind and always makes small talk to make the experience more comfortable. Both the doctors I’ve worked with there Dr.Tichenor and Amy Roberson are absolutely amazing. Amy has been the doctor I’ve seen the most and I absolutely love her any question I ever have I ask through the portal and she gets back to me very quickly and goes out of her way to help me. They schedule apts as quickly as possible for you and work with any needs you may have. Thank you to all the staff at medical arts.

Dr.Beattie is an amazing doctor, best in this area. He is compassionate, caring, trustworthy. He listens to his patients, explains everything and makes you feel safe and in good hands. If you need something and call the office he will personally call you back and speak with you. Highly recommend him.

The front desk people are rude should of just stuck with my planned parenthood at least they were nice

I have been going here for 6 years. I absolutely love how they make me feel as a patient. Especially when I was a young girl when going to my first appointment. I highly recommend Amy Robinson she is a wonderful P.A. They also make it easy to contact them with any of my questions, through the patient portal that is on their website. Would suggest anyone to go here.

My wife an I had an excellent experience with Medical Arts during her first pregnancy. The staff was always very professional and did a great job accommodating our schedules so we didn’t have to miss work (even during unscheduled visits). I was always able to be in the room with her during tests and when she met with the doctor so I could help her throughout the pregnancy.I don’t understand the previous comment regarding a dependence on paperwork. While my wife did fill out some information on paper the charts were all kept on their computer system.Perhaps most importantly, the office demonstrated great customer service and communication. The secretaries new my wife by name and the doctors always had the latest information regarding my wife’s complications, even during unscheduled visits when we met with a different doctor than usual. The practice is clearly very busy and I was impressed that they were able to provide such a personal experience.

The billing woman at this office is a TERROR! Right from day 1 she questioned me about my high deductible ($3,000) and asked me how I was going to afford it! She refused to let my husband come in to these meetings and got me so nervous right from the beginning telling me if I had any outstanding balance they wouldnt deliver the baby (um, what?!)! I have an HSA to pay for my visits (I had enough to cover my full out of pocket max on my insurance saved up) so when the bills got to my house I would pay them with my card so I could upload the bill as proof (required by HSA vendor) but if the bill hadnt come in yet she would harass me at my next appointment (especially at the end when I was going weekly, last weeks bill wouldnt have arrived by the next visit). At 38 weeks she pulled me in before my appointment telling me I was 60 days past due and when I asked for proof she comes back saying oh I guess your approaching 30 on something the bill hadnt gone out on yet! My blood pressure sky rocketed and I got immediately pulled from work and scheduled to be induced but I KNOW it was from her getting me worked up thinking they wouldnt deliver the baby. She then refused to let me be scheduled for my IUD saying I had an outstanding bill from my delivery (again, the bill hadnt even gone through insurance- those bills came from the hospital) and literally caused me to have a meltdown at 6 weeks post partum. I had to leave the office, although I LOVE the doctors, I cant put myself through that again.As much as Im sad I had to find a new OB/GYN I know Im better off not putting myself through the stress of a $30 balance preventing a baby from being delivered. Maybe if you dont have a high deductible plan you will be treated like a normal human being. The doctors are all great and the nurses as well were so sweet, if it werent for the billing I would actually give them 5 stars!

The front desk is extremely rude. I am trying to reschedule an appointment. But I just get the response that you either make the appointment or change another doctor. This is the worst experience I ever have during my life. NEVER GO!

Staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. They make me feel very uncomfortable at every appointment & act like you are dumb for asking questions. Even when I’ve called about medical issues they were very rude and acted like I was bothering them for calling, plus it took them two days to finally get ahold of me. This has happened multiple times where I have called about questions or issues & they take hours or sometimes days to get back to you. Do not recommend.

Is it possible to give 0 stars yet? Please do not go to Medical Arts Ob-Gyn. I have been going since I was 14 years old (28 now) and after Dr. Godecki retired it has become the worst medical office I’ve ever come across. Amy Roberson is nice but that’s the extent of it. They are rude, mess up the schedule often and charge you for every piece of paper; just a mess, for lack of a better term. It feels as if you’re an inconvenience when you’re in their office. Please go elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

Ive always had amazing experience with these guys. Dr Hearn is amazing! I loved dr swuab too but she moved. I recommend them to all my friends when they get pregnant :)

The whole pregnancy they separated my wife from me. They were extremely rude and lied straight to my face. My wife ask for the nurse to come get me and when i asked the nurse if i could go in she said no one told me to get you. We went for birth control and they tried to send her to a ward. I ask mutliple nurse can you find out when i can get into to appointment and they told me theyll find out but never came back with an answer. I told them that we breastfeed and they asked my wife if it was okay to give my son formula. She told them to make sure it was okay with me and they never asked me they decided on there own to give him formula. Never again will i go back there and i warn whoever reads this to not go there either.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I gladly would. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional office. Rude staff, absolutely disgusting behavior from every single person Ive come in contact with there, with the exception of Dr. Hearn. It took them over 2 years to diagnose me with PCOS, I went to another doctor for a second opinion and called to set up and appointment and was told I will no longer be able to be seen, Ive also had another doctor REFUSE to remove my IUD when I was having issues. Just an absolutely pathetic excuse for a healthcare facility.

Scheduled an appt for 1:45. They screwed it up and said I did for 10:45. I took vacation time for this crap. So annoyed. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! Seriously find somewhere else because they will disappoint every time!

I have dealt with this practice a few times and each time they were not in single way helpful, warm, or seemed to care about my personal needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Very unprofessional office. They live in the Stone Age with their lack of email address and reliance on paper files. My wife waited over an hour in the wait room completing paper work and then wouldnt see her even though her records are available online. Find someone else.
