Absolute waste of time. Literally doesnt call back on time and cant do his job. Any reputable doctor would at least try

Wonderful wonderful Doctor !!!!! Very kind very compassionate. He’s been able to help me with any needs that I have ever had concerning depression or anxiety medicines. If I need a few extra minutes, He gives me The time that I need without feeling rushed. His office staff are the best!! They too are just as kind and compassionate and always seem to help whenever they can. I wouldn’t change a thing with this office, I hope nothing ever changes.

Tried to set up an appointment as a new patient and not once got a call back. I left message after message and talked to the secretary to set up an appointment for over a month never got anywhere and finally gave up. She also was very rude and hung up on me after I politely asked why I was being brushed off.

I love Dr Siddiqi, he has helped me so much. He helped me to get stable again. He is kind and listens. I highly recommend him.

He is a wonderful doctor but does not answer calls or keep telemedicine appointments in a timely manner....it might take days to get to you,,,very disorganized office staff

Dr. Siddiqi is amazing!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes his time with each and every patient. While you may have a long wait time at times, I’d wait a millions years to get the care he provides. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. We are truly lucky to have such a talent physician in this area.

Good doctor, but wait time is never shorter than 45 minutes.

Expect to wait days before being called back. Rude and non caring staff including the doctor, I finally got out of there and never looked back! There is better help out there just be patient dont settle for a doctor whos very unreliable and doesnt seem to care.

I live 45 min or little over away from Utica took my bf all the way there at 8pm to find out they are 45 min to 1hr late so and I have to wake up at 5:30 am I feel its very unprofessional seeing it was his first time goin there....thinking about not goin back

Two major problems with Dr. Siddiqi practice, is that he sees way to many patients and a high staff turnover rate. These two major problems affects the quality of care a patient may receive at this office, which is unfortunate. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who are the most vulnerable.

Poor staffing, rude office staff. Lack of returned calls. Long waits, minimal time with doctor. Difficulty in scheduling and making appointments. Massive overtaking of patients shows in the poor quality of services. Its my belief that this doctor, and his office, are more concerned with bringing in money than the proper care and maintaince of their current clients.

Asks good questions and listens to the answers.

I started to become unhaopy with dr. Siddiqu when i realized i was being overmedicated by him i was having rapid heart beats, dizziness and extreme fatigue. Eventually i went to the hospital and they told me the medication I was on may be the cause. When it came time to see Dr. Sidiqui again I told him that my primary and the hospital both told me it may be the medicine and he said you can just try and eat more when the feeling comes on. After hearing that i was extremely frustrated because I didnt want to keep what was happening at bay i wanted it to stop! Finally after going to the hospital a second time he agreed to lower the medication. I was considering switching doctors due to his lack of concern that seemed to be a pretty serious matter to the hospital and to my primary but decided to give him a second chance. About a month later I went back and wad shocked when I saw that the women employed as his new secretary was marina brutsky was the same women that stole my credit card, her boyfriend vitally suprenchick(not sure of how to spell the name since its a long Russian name) stole my credit card and were caught using it at Wal-Mart and vinces u pull it. I told the head secretary i would not be signing in or leaving any info out where marina could see it( she knew my first name and face due to pressing charges and identifying her boyfriend but not my last name) i then sat down and waited for the doctor to arrive i since i was the first one there and no one not even the doctor had arrived yet I didnt think it was a big deal not to sign in. The head secretary left her office space came up to where i was sitting and insisted i sign in before she cancel my appointment, i explained to her why i wouldnt in more detail and marina then got up came up to me came into my personal space hovering over me and insisted i sign in and that i was crazy and just because her boyfriend stole my card didnt mean she was a bad person she also yelled how she loved god and therefore wouldnt be untrust worthy mean while i never said she was a bad person i simply stated i wouldnt leave my info near her, and when her and the head nurse pressed the issue i explained exactly why which made her very upset. When i told Dr siddiqu what I happened in the waiting room wont he simply ignored it and kept trying to change the subject. I told him I was better since he lowered the dose but wont be coming back. This was about 2 months ago and the best decision i have ever made I am very happy with my new psychiatrist in clinton, she is wonderful!
