Brought in my old frames asking if they could fit lenses into them and was told that they could with no problem. Picked them up and noticed that the one was cracked, not scratched but cracked. Took them back the following day to have them fixed. Came back to get them again and the other lens was cracked. After having the glasses checked out I was told that the lenses weren’t cut properly and the screws holding them in were over tightened. This was October of 2019.

Waited a bit to be helped, but when I was helped the lady was polite. The prices are awesome, I walked out with glasses for my daughter for under $90 with all the bells and whistles. Picked them up quickly just as promised. The warranty on them is awesome!

Been using them for years. Was very happy with their service, but now theyre closed on Mondays. Mondays are the only day I have off to do these kinds of things. Guess Im looking for a new optometrist.
