The Soulistic staff was excellent in providing the care my mom needed, taking time to have personal conversations with her, and getting to know my mom. Her nurses, CNAs, and spiritual team all were loving and attentive to my mom’s needs. My mom very much appreciated their conversation and friendship. She told me how well each of them took care of her and had patience with her. They communicated with me regularly, kept me abreast of my mom’s health, and advised me of what I could to do to help. Im ever so grateful for the professionalism of your staff and the personal relationship they had with my mom.

Soulistic Hospice appeared like angels sent from heaven to take care of my 90 year old mother after her stroke. Everyone from Soulistic treated her so very kindly, with so much respect, and treated my son and I the same also. Even though she was unresponsive they talked to my mother as though she were fully awake and responsive, and would tell her whatever they were going to do whenever they touched her. She received excellent care in her last days, and my son and I received enormous peace of mind knowing she was being so well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Soulistic Hospice to anyone in need and encourage everyone to donate to this organization so they may continue to provide the same comfort and care to patients and their families that they provided to ours.

The response to my call for help was almost immediate. First a nurse, then a respiratory therapist with oxygen came to our home. My wife was made very comfortable in a short period of time.I quickly realized that the choice of Soulistic Hospice for my wife’s care was the right choice. Subsequent visits form nurses, therapists and aides at our home were very caring, loving, and dedicated to providing the best care for my wife. This made it much easier to cope with the difficult situation that I was experiencing. The staff was also concerned about my health and welfare and provided me with as much needed information and support as possible.I highly recommend Soulistc Hospice.

This is honestly the best hospice in Tucson. We placed my grandma on hospice, and have no regrets using them. They are always so very kind, caring, and professional; from the nurses, medical social worker, chaplains, to their amazing aides, even the office staff, these guys are all meant to do this. I am amazed at how much they have helped us, with things that we didnt even realize we would need help with. If I ever have a concern or question about anything with my grandma and need to call their office, I consistently have someone calling me back to help almost immediately.Caring for our her alone has been daunting, not to mention an exhausting full time job, but since we began using this hospice, we feel like we are actually part of a team who is walking alongside us to help us provide for her needs, safety, and most importantly, comfort during this transition. My family no longer has to wonder if we are doing the right thing for her. We now have a caregiver come in twice a week (whom she adores!) to help her shower, fold her clothes for her, sweep her room, or just talk with her. The social worker, Taylor, is always so helpful when we have paperwork to fill out for medicare, need to find information for anything she needs, etc., and just dont know where to start. Her nurse, Sarah, is wonderful, she is so smart, she always knows what to do if I have a concern or question, and grandma really loves them all.I am so thankful for these guys, I couldnt imagine taking care of my grandma without them anymore, and I would never consider anyone else.

Soulistic Hospice is the team you want on your side for hospice care ! Their whole team consists of caring and knowledgeable wonderful people. They really helped my family and my sister in law who was dying from cancer . They helped guide us in the right direction for her care , getting us supplies and medicine we needed ASAP and were always available for our concerns and questions . They really care about their patients and the patients families too. The end of life journey can be very hard and emotional for both patient and family and our family couldn’t have made a better choice with Soulistic. They guided us every step of the way and provided excellent care. I have a new admiration for the hard and caring work these people do !

I used to work for Soulistic and now I am a patient. It was the last nursing job I have ever had, and by far the most wonderful, they accepted me with open arms. I loved this job more than any placed I have ever worked as a nurse. Each of the people that I worked with had individual gifts that were allowed to flourish. I received nothing but love and guidance to care for our beautiful patients and their needs. This experience has helped me to realize what I am going through with end of my life drawing near. There are no words to express how thankful we are for this company. After years of battling lung cancer, we were given a terminal diagnosis for my mother and were referred to Soulistic hospice to help care for her. To say that they helped us through her death is not giving justice to what we experienced with them, They were at our home every single day at the end, holding her hand, teaching us what was going on and what to expect next, and helping us to make the right decisions to care for her. They are angels, I dont know how they found so many wonderful people in one single company, but they are the better than we could have ever hoped for.

Soulistic Hospice took such fantastic care of my husband during his last days. The care and compassion that everyone at Soulistic showed to us during this tough time was outstanding.The entire team was so helpful and knowledgeable about the situation and the uncertainties the patients and families are going through. There was someone available 24/7 if there was a question or problem. The nurses were so kind and caring; they explained everything to me, what they were doing and what my husband was going through. The CNAs that came out to help were incredibly gentle and respectful. I am truly grateful for them. They made my husbands last days easier.

They took beautiful care of my husband, everyone should know about this hospice, I had no idea the blessing they would be to me and my family. The nurses were so compassionate, they are experts at what they do. I dont know how I would have made it through his death if I did not feel that we were in such competent hands. Over the past 5 years I have had three of my loved ones cared for by Soulistic Hospice during their passing. I am so very grateful to all of their caring staff for the quick responses to our needs any time day or night. My loved ones were always kept comfortable, and had their dignity maintained at all times. As the caregiver, I was given education on how to use medications when needed, and how to use the medical equipment they provided. This was so helpful. With the loss of my loved ones, Soulistic has provided me with bereavement support for as long as I need. It has been so wonderful to never feel alone. My mother went on hospice on her 90th birthday and was dropped ten days later by another hospice organization because of her insurance. I love this hospice company! I needed help urgently with my live in grandmother and they came out to my home within two hours with equipment, medication and nursing help. I think the concept of hospice care is a truly great idea. My dad was on hospice and it made all the difference in the world to our family & friends to have him at home, surrounded by the people, pets, and things he loved, in a familiar environment. Every time Ive interacted with the staff from Soulistic Hospice — from the nurses to chaplains to the doctors and the office staff and administration, I found them to be not only professional but filled with a light and loving warmth that is becoming more and more rare in our world these days. The nurse are great, our CNA is wonderful, our supplies always arrive on time, the staff always return my calls. We get a nurse right away when we need one. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

I am a state certified caregiver and have been in healthcare for a decade now. I have dealt with many hospice providers in my day, some better than others but Soulistic was flat out appalling. I wouldnt want an enemy on hospice with them. If you even have the slightest thought of taking them on for a loved one RUN while you still can!!

Staff was unorganized and communication was disgusting to the point of being the cause of my fathers death. I had to personally instruct the caregivers and redirect as well. The medication he received ultimately dehydrated him and he passed sooner than necessary, all due to lack of proper communication. I had looked forward to working with them due to a former relationship I had with them professionally. My personal experience was disappointing to say the least. Go in a different direction.

They were so kind when my mom passed. Thoughtful, considerate, and very professional. They went the extra mile.

After meeting the director of the Tucson facility, I chose Soulistic Hospice. I couldnt have made a worse choice. They hounded us for money for the spiritual directors, private religious retreat, and money for ways to create a memorial. They ignored our beliefs, and harassed us even with a restraining order in place. They made the whole experience a nightmare.This is a response to the directors note. There was indeed a restraining order in place, and you had to testify in court on this issue. Your lying, but that should be expected as your the director of this money laundering org.

I feel moved to share the special experience we had with Soulistic Hospice with my dear friend, mentor, and adopted grandmother. When we were experiencing a crisis in dealing with the loss of someone we loved and cared for very much they were a ray of sunshine that came into our home making everything go more smoothly. I have been around the health field for a large part of my life and was very impressed with the service they offered. The supplies we needed came efficiently, the staff were friendly and kind attending to all the details with warmth and consideration at any time of the day, and the Doctor actually got on his knees beside the sickbed, looked in her eyes, and told her a joke. It was the first time I had seen her smile in a long time. That was the medicine she needed. Even though her health deteriorated, with their support the situation got better. I would strongly recommend these people to anyone who needs assistance with Hospice or Home Health. They touched our family and we are forever grateful to them for their service.

I cant thank this soulful group of medical professionals enough. I and my family were quite literally beside our selves with frustration and misunderstanding of how best to support my ailing father. They knew exactly what to do, and how to intuitively support him, in pain and in faith. I believe he would not have passed on the very positive way he did without Soulistic Hospice. The most loving, caring, service-oriented staff I have ever seen in any kind of healthcare. They treated us like family.

The medical team at Soulistic Hospice was wonderful fully 5 stars, BUT the Chaplin Miesen Nelson was a nightmare. I called the company to issue a no-contact policy to keep him away from my family. He continued to call and bother my family in my wifes dying process, and even after she passed, I still get cards and Letters from this guy. Not even her death can keep him from harassing me. The company wont accept liability for their employees actions. No family should have to endure this. The Chaplain who harassed me died in April (Karma ?) And the company would like to say they have changed, but the management that allowed him to do this hasnt. And the Arizona State Board of Public Health has several complaints on file for this company, and harassment is the most common complaint. Do you really need this with losing a family member, or loved one? Think about your choices and avoid this at all costs.
