Diane S, from Remita, was tremendous in getting my mom (91) home from a rehab facility and into hospice with only a day notice. My dad (spry 94) decided late Friday night that it was okay /time to bring my mom home so he could have the pain medication she needed. Since it was now the weekend, she could not be moved until Monday.Of course, I left Tucson the next morning and could not be there to help with the transition. I was kept up to date on everything that was happening so that my dad would know as well.Transition to home was super smooth; if there had been any problems, you would never have known by the professionalism of everyone working on this job - huge to us.Diane is an asset to Remita Health. I highly recommend her and the company if you find yourself in need of hospice care.
