I have always had the best car. Though on this occasion I was very up set that the Tram refused to pick me up because of my service dog. The driver claimed only one dog allowed at a time. That is completely wrong. There was plenty of room as there was only one person onboard!

I have been a patient at the SAVAHCS for the past 9 years. During that time I have needed four surgeries. I have found the entire staff from greeter to physician, nurse, aids, physical therapy people and even the appointment maker team to be professional, caring, and doing their very best to help me with whatever I thought was causing me a problem. No, I have not always gotten what I wanted and once they make a diagnosis they do not want to change it. I have argued gently with my primary care doctor and he argued right back...then we both apologized for losing our cool! The only draw back, for me, is that it is 160 mile round trip to get labs done and or see a doctor. This is the closest full care center to my very rural home. Well one other issue, sometimes it takes a very long time to get an appointment with my doctor or to get a test or treatment done. Otherwise I could not be happier!

I’ve lived in several cities since getting out of the service, and have subsequently been to multiple VA facilities. My experience at the Tucson VA was by far, the best and most comprehensive care I have ever had from the VA. One instance when I went in required me to deal with three different departments. After I had met with each individual person, all 3 brought me back in together for a discussion on findings with my wife and I. I can’t speak highly enough of the compassion that was shown to my family at the TBI clinic. Thank you for all that you do.

For me my experience has been positive at all times. My care here has been better than most clinics I went to before I started going to the VA. Of course I realize they have more patients than just me, nor do I believe the world revolves around me. Generally I’m treated with respect

Very interested in my case, took extra steps to diagnose and sent communication via the mail and text messages always. Great reminder system for appointments as well.

I live in Casa Grande and have visited the VA in Tucson numerous times.I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and handled in the utmost professional manner.Having served in Vietnam the calendar year of 1968, I witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly.I was a radio operator in a SLRP team of 10 for the first 9 months in Gia- Ray, HILL 837, and then transferred to the Mekong Delta for the last 3 months, before returning home, to teach ANVRC series of radios to incoming troops at Fort Huachuca ArizonaI commend the leadership and the floor sweepers, at every level within the Veterans Administrations.Gods Speed and Gods Blessings to all!.

My experience was negative. They acted like they werent interested in my health. They finally referred me off campus. The off campus doctor double billed. Not happy.
