Had appointment 0ct 27. At 12 45 l called. In morning for directions.l got lost for. One hour. They never called until after 3 very bad at professional behavior . so l wont be going back

I support an individual who is non verbal with other cognitive disabilities who was seen at Miguel Arenas office. I have tried for days to schedule an appointment and left several voice mails with absolutely NO LUCK. I can’t get a return call or anybody to pick up during business hours. Terrible terrible service.

Doctors and personnel very polite and explanatory of procedures; clean lobby and exam rooms.

Poor office service. My pre-colonoscopy prescription wasnt called in. I called the office several times and did not get a return call. I went to the office, the prescription was called in at the last minute. The prescription covered by my health insurance wasnt available on such short notice and so I paid $122. Then I got two bills even though it was covered 100 percent. What a scam! The surgy center staff was awesome but I would not trust office. Dr Arenas was not sincere or try to make it right. I wouldnt trust this office.

So, I was very nurse after reading reviews. However, my personal experience was great. The nurse Kim and all the people in the room with me were so kind. The doctor very through and kind. I would recommend going here for sure.

I had an endoscopy done with Mesquite Gastroenterology on 08/30/18 and have to take the time to praise everyone from the front office to the recovery nurse for having taken such amazing care of me. Check in was fast and efficient. The prep nurse was incredibly sweet and personable. Had the BEST laugh with the surge techs and anesthesiologist and Dr. Arenas is very professional and thorough. After the procedure woke up and was taken care of in a private recovery section and the nurse brought me apple juice, water and animal cookies and a blanket. Amazing clinic and staff! Highly recommend this specialist if needed.

I was very ill and in the hospital, I was assigned this office for after care, I love the Dr and the staff, very caring and made me feel confident about their practice!

I was conned. I told them what the problem was and what I needed done. I was very specific and clear in that nature. I was told that they needed to do a procedure, which I scheduled immediately. I spent close to a month in pain waiting for this “procedure”. During this procedure, they did not address the reason why I was in so much pain, but when I was woken up, I was told that I would have to schedule another procedure to have it rectified. Not only am I paying over $2,000 for them to do nothing I wanted, they did absolutely nothing for the pain, which I was there for them to alleviate. Even worse, when the “follow up nurse” called me to see how I was progressing and how I felt after this “procedure” I told her “I was in just as much pain and they did nothing to help me”. She said she would have someone call me to fix this. I never received a call of that sorts. What I received were more bills totaling over $1,020 after what I spent to have the “procedure” done.

Poor communication. I see NP Jackie. Nobody calls to notify of test results without me first calling to inquire. Then, when I ask the MA to repeat what was found and then spell it out (because she mispronounced it and I wanted to be sure I understood correctly) she gave me attitude. Nobody notifies you when the provider orders new medications or testing. Such simple things would make the patient experience so much better! I would have given you 1 star, but the provider eventually ordered the correct test that identified my problem.

Superb gastroenterologist, excellent practice. Highly recommended. Everyone, and I do mean everyone - from reception through to Dr. Arenas himself, treats you with respect and kindness. I see Dr. Arenas and NP Shelby Coplen and both are excellent. The nursing staff in the surgery area are truly exceptional, very kind and attentive. I especially love that when you awaken from a procedure that Dr. Arenas is there within minutes to discuss what he found and you leave with a full color, detailed report.

During my first experience with this company, all of the individuals have been most helpful. Though I had difficulty in completing the medical information online, everyone was helpful and I eventually completed the process. I was given an appointment quickly. I labored in the medical field for 40 years and understand how the process works. When I arrived at my appointment, I immediately noticed a machine that was well-tuned. I was quickly moved into a treatment room. My PA Shelby Coplen was very thorough and quickly had me scheduled for the necessary tests that I required. My checkout process was flawless. I left the building with explicit instructions for everything I needed to do. My colonoscopy was scheduled for one week later, comfort to me in knowing that an accurate diagnosis would soon be discovered. I am forever grateful that I was referred to this wonderful facility.

I was warmly welcomed by everyone in the office. The nurses were the best! Dr. Arenas was very warm and reassuring and I was so happy with my whole experience.

Nurse Jackie mis diagnosed me the first time and then a second time. She kept saying trust me, I see this all the time in December she ordered a swallow study which i completed mid December. Ive called 5 times since January for my test results, not one return call. They Do keep sending invoices.

I never managed to schedule an appointment because nobody answers the phone here and when I leave a message they always call me when Im working.
