Sitting in the waiting area for my first appointment here. New to town. Have been sitting for more than 40 minutes which wouldn’t be that bad if someone would just check in and state why. Employees are leaving because they close soon. Only seeing a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor. Might be finding a new provider, not a great first impression, maybe the second time will be better?

So you have an IMPORTANT question for Dr. Britt who has been your doctor for years. You call him and the operator says he is too busy to talk with you. So you ask to talk to his nurse and the operator says his nurse is also too busy to talk with you. So your only option is to leave a voice message on the nurses answering machine. You leave the message with all the details asked for. And then nothing..... You dont hear back from anyone. Three days go by and still nothing.... You really have to wonder how unimportant you are to them when they dont even feel it is necessary to respond to a VERY IMPORTANT question.

I don’t mind my doctor as far as doctors go and usually I can get in that day. But the awful woman I spoke with on the phone, Corina, should find a new job not dealing with people. Especially ones who are not feeling well. A little friendliness and consideration goes such a long way. I do not want to deal with that angry woman again and will be finding a new doctor

Very pleased, staff very caring and friendly as well. He is a caring and understanding person and makes sure your happy after each visit. You want a good doctor come see him hes awesome.

This was my very first time being seen there. So of course I’m going to go over concerns I have with the doctor. As you should right? He wrote down on a piece of paper what my concerns were. He didn’t address any of them himself. He then walked out and said he had a lot of work to do as far as taking care of these issues and then he leaves for a long time and then he returns only to say you can go see the specialist you can go see the specialist you can go see the specialist and I said what up what am I seeing you for then? Not a very good first impression let’s just say.

The staff here are unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Sonia is a nightmare to deal with when scheduling appointments. The staff here seem miserable and take it out on the patients. You will always wait an hour to see the doctor, who only takes 5 mins to talk with you. He hardly assess his patients and does nothing about the terrible staff he has working for him. The staff use the poor excuse that they are too busy. They lack customer service skills and they dont know how to communicate well. They all need to be fired or they need training on customer service. This is my second compliant. I am now taking my grandparents to another doctor. They dont care for the patients at all. Find another place. This one is a joke.

If you want to get ripped off by doctors then this is the place you want to go. Went in for a wellness checkup which is covered by insurance. Doctor orders the usual lab tests and then a chest x-ray for an issue that he asked about. Now I am getting billed for the chest x-ray due to the fact they billed it under a medical issue instead of the wellness code. Called the doctors office back up to raise my concerns about the code, they said they are not going to change the code due to the fact it was ordered under a medical condition and not wellness. If I am going to the doctors for wellness exam and the doctor knows I am there for a wellness exam then tests should be billed under wellness check up or not ordered unless the patient knows it will be billed differently. This office is not willing to work out the issues they wrong people with and for that reason is why I will not be returning and getting another doctor that does not trick people out if money.
