Dr. Pimienta has been my doctor of record for 2 years. It took weeks to see her the first time because she cancelled on me 3 times - twice within an hour of my leaving for the appointment. The visit was pleasant, if not especially through. I thought I was in for my annual wellness checkup but it was more just pleasant banter. A year later, once again, looking for my annual wellness checkup my appointment has been cancelled twice, again within an hour of leaving for her office. I’ve left messages that are not returned & have test results (renal, bone density, etc) that I have not seen. In short, I will change insurance companies to find a primary that at least keeps appointments! I can say nothing positive about Dr. Pimienta!!

Dr Pimienta has been my Dr since the 80s. Being a paraplegic since 1982 and dealing with many many doctors.. Dr Pimienta is far better than any other doctor I have had.. Other than her expertise... When you leave a message for her to call, you can bet you will get a call before the day ends.. There is another experience I have had with her. I had to go to the ER one night around 2 am.. The ER notified Dr Pimienta.. she was there at 3 am to deal with me personally. You may have a long wait for her,, nothing good is easy.. The 4 years that I was not under Dr Pimientas care. Through the mistakes of other doctors I came very close to death. What I went through . stage 4 pressure sores,, MRSA bone infection.. None of that would have happened had I been in her care. AS a person that relies on doctors more than average. Dr Pimiemta is far beyond any other doctor.. She is the only doctor that I trust.. Thanx Doc...... 1 time the taxi stranded me at her office. I live in 3 Points.. Dr Pimienta gave me a ride home

This was the worst experience with a doctor She cancelled on me twice for personal reasons & when I did go my appointments was for 2:30!& I didn’t get to see her till 6:00 That is ridiculous Also She sent me to for a bone density & mammogram Feb 2020 I stated with her Jan 2020 I changed drs this year & my new dr wanted to see the results I called the office & they told me I went to Radiology Ltd in 2018 She wasn’t even my dr in 2018 They had no idea where my test results were I went to Simon Med & picked up the results myself I wouldn’t refer this office to my worst enemy cause even they deserve good health care They are a true disgrace to the medical profession

My visit with her have not been good. If u want to wait hour to two hours to be seen with appt go for it.If you want a return call or virtual,FaceTime you will wait a long time ,like one month and a half . Thats what happen to me . Changing doctor because of my last visit02/25/21was a night mere with staff and her.Was accused of using the f word by staff and her.She wanted to see me before my surgery for testing ,but she was was no where to be seen. She showed up 40 minutes later. Keep in mind I was the only patient there.

I initially heard great things about this doctor. Tried to establish myself staff never returns calls. After several attempts. I got a virtual appointment. I was never called or followed up.

No one returned my phone calls.

She is an amazing doctor, but like others have said you are going to wait, but the time shes taking with patients shes with,shes going to give you that time and more if needed,without blinking an eye. Shes a very good diagnostic doctor as well , as just extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable. She wont stop until she figures out whats going on with the patient. She is technically the one who found my MS.

Dr. Pimienta is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. I still feel that way...It is a shame that her staff made me so uncomfortable that I felt forced to find another doctors office. I have known her for nearly a decade.After a VERY dismissive appointment with her NP (barely looked at me and I know she wasnt listening; actually told me regarding my hair falling out in clumps I dont know what your hair looked like before, so.......) I was told the blood work would take a week. After 2, I called and was told that the doctor has been very sick but will return the next day and review the labs and that only a physician could review them and release the results. Fair enough.After another week I called them back. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. I called back and was told the NP said Im fine and I then I was told I could have just gone to the lab corp web site and requested my results WHAT?!?!Didnt you tell me that the doctor MUST be the one to review and release the info. So I went to the site and one of the levels was high, like 4 points over the high end. I called back that the person who answered the phone was not only dismissive, but she told me to come in and provide a urine sample. So now the lady that answers the phone can order tests?When someone hates their job, it shows...if you can get in with the doctor, great, you will be well cared for... Ill miss Dr. Pimienta being my PCP.

After two months of trying to get a response from the front office, I gave up and found a new doctor.

Yes, you will probably have to sit and wait for a while for Dr. Pimienta, but when she does get to you, she will be as thorough as she is with everyone else. She makes sure all your questions are answered and listens to what you have to say. I spend about 40 minutes with her when I go in for my yearly physical and once shes with you shes not rushed so it helps me remember everything I wanted to ask her and she is really good about making referrals and recommendations.

Shes a great doctor, but be prepared to wait and wait. If my appointment is in the afternoon I usually get to see her two hours or more after my actual appointment. So, bring a book to read because you will definitely be waiting!!Update: I still have this doctor and stand by my wait and wait review. You WILL have to wait. But I have never had a doctor listen so well to all my concerns and try to get to the bottom of an issue. She helped me get surgery for a hernia that I clearly had (due to symptoms) but that didnt show up on any tests.

Amazing and thorough doc. You may have to wait a while to see her, but its so worth it because she doesnt rush in and out, but takes care of your needs. Best PCP Ive ever had.

Best patient doctor ever!!!! She takes her time with every patient and their needs and concerns. She loves! What she does, and analyses and keeps up with medics and the human body research and discoveries.

She is a very respectful listener. She is thorough and considers a variety of treatment options. She is worth waiting for.

Ive been with Dr Pimienta for many years, she is the best Dr I have ever worked with. Caring, thoughtful...and her staff is always friendly!

Nice Doctor but very inconsiderate! ! When I went in for a consult aftet my new patient appointment I waited 2 hours!!! I finally had to leave. I never heard from anyone to apologize or reschedule. I called a month later to get results of tests and they said I would have to go in to get results. Okay Im the first patient of the day and fet here right on time and the office isnt even open yet. When the staff arrives 10 minutes late, they are rude and dont say anything to me. So here I am waiting again 25 minutes and the Dr still isnt here!! Time to find a Dr who respects her patients.

She is the best Doctor in town. Thank you so much Dr. Pimienta for being our Doctor.

Very bad experience with this dr. They never return my calls, they canceled an appointment with the doctor 30 minutes after the consultation.I have two months leaving messages they never return the call.It doesnt deserve any points.
