Im very pleased with the care provided by Dr Bennett and her staff. I require multiple cleanings per year as part of my periodontal maintenance, and since my periodontist is in Phoenix, making that drive became too time consuming. Through some referrals, I found Dr Bennett and have been more than satisfied. Her staff is personable and caring, and Dr Bennett is spot on. She makes it a point to follow up on each procedure with at home calls - I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing dental care in Tucson!

I am new to Tucson and was due for a dental check up in early January. Dr. Bennett was recommended to us by a periodontist in town that my wife had seen. The office is about a 35 minute drive from where we live, and there are plenty of dentists along the drive. Based on my experience, I would not switch to a dentist closer to us for anything. Dr. Bennett and her staff are great. During my check up a few weeks ago, Dr. Bennett found a couple of things that needed attention. One, I would consider fairly major; I was in the chair today for 2 hours while she and her assistant worked on me. I had similar work done elsewhere about 4 years ago, and this time was so much easier and more comfortable, and I am pain-free even after the anesthetic has worn off. The practice seems is up-to-date from a technology perspective and everyone there is very pleasant. Cannot recommend Dr. Bennett highly enough.

My husband & I recently had our teeth cleaned. We are pleased with Jacqueline Bennett’s efficient service, clean environment and friendly atmosphere. If anything, the hygienist worked so quickly I wondered if she was doing a top job. But she handled the first pass with a new tool (?), and subsequently much less scraping was required than in my previous experiences. My teeth look & feel great.

I could tell stories about them but dont want to get letters from their attorneys. Shes a terrific dentist, her staff is wonderful, Im completely satisfied in every way. There was a hiatus when she was ill, and a couple of annoyances in her absence, but Im very happy shes back in the saddle and there to take good care of me. There is one, nearly year and a half old, bad review from someone claiming to be a dental professional. Not certain of that reviewers bona fides, but having been with the good doctor and her staff for several years, I have yet to perceive ANY of the negativity she experienced. Yes, Dr Bennett was seriously ill for several months, but there WAS a locum (temporary) dentist available, with emergencies referred for treatment to other practitioners. Dr Bennett is back at work, and plan to continue to be one of her patients. If you want reasonably priced (better if you have dental insurance) treatment, a dentist is, after all, a medical professional, i do recommend Dr Bennett.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bennett for several years on and off and I’ve always felt like I’ve had great service, good prices and really friendly staff. I’ve had such the opposite of that recently. The Dr has been out sick supposedly for several weeks. Meanwhile there’s no Dr there at all, they’re still seeing patients and they’re timeline on when they’ll have a dr keeps changing. Now I just personally feel it’s very unprofessional to A) not tell a patient until the day of there’s no doctor, B) charge a patient for an exam not received, and finally C) constantly give changing information on when a doctor will be available. My hygienist was a total sweetheart, super gental and considerate and based on her alone I would consider going back. Based on everything else I feel like it may be time to find someone else. And I empathize with Dentist being ill but if you’re gonna run a business there needs to be a plan in place for situations such as these and it appears they have none.

I had such high hopes for this place after temping there as a dental hygienist there in the past. I’m staying at home with my young children, and wanted to maintain my oral health. So, I drove across town to see Dr. Bennett (she was very kind to me as a Temp RDH 7 years ago). Plus, my husband works close to Dr. Bennett’s office, (his dentist just retired) so it would be convenient for him as well. I was horrified at the treatment I received even despite her knowing I was a dental professional who had subbed for her in the past. The X-rays taken were terrible and undiagnosible, yet she claimed I needed Tx. I asked the assistant to retake the X-ray of the area in question, which she did. Afterwards Dr. Bennett came in the operatory visibly upset about the retaken X-ray and said , “Why would you do that? X-rays are very damaging?”. Now, let me tell all you readers not in the industry that with digital dental X-rays the risk is minuscule, and in this case very necessary. No respectable DDS would ever try to diagnose in-between the teeth decay off of a severely overlapped image (that’s the entire point of yearly bitewing X-rays is to see between two touching teeth clearly with no overlapping/false imaging so that the dentist can check the outer enamel layer of the teeth for decay that cannot clinically be felt/seen). Furthermore, we are talking about 1 retake image. I’m sure Dr. Bennett will tell you exactly what I stated above (re: min risk and very necessary in certain cases) when she wants a full mouth series of X-rays taken on you (18 images plus needed retakes). I was the guinea pig for my family at this office, and would NEVER BRING ANY OF MY LOVED ONES TO THIS OFFICE EVER. SHE IS FRAUDULANT, OVERLY AGGRESSIVE, AND HAS BAD CHAIRSIDE MANNER. It was almost like she didn’t hear me say I was a RDH &/or her staff didn’t inform her. I was so horrified at her behavior! I advise all potential patients to be your own advocate and watch for red flags-don’t ignore them!!! You can always get a second opinion if your gut is telling you not to trust her. I have worked on commission before and would not doubt her staff is payed that way as another reviewer mentioned. A lot of the tell tale signs are there. On the surface everything is pretty and welcoming, but pay attention to how they are actually treating you- like money bags. 💰 The industry is bad, and many are like this. I will continue my search, and hopefully others (especially without a dental background) will take into consideration my review before becoming a new patient at this place.

Everyone there works on commission and the bottom line is their most important thing.
