Unprofessional, unhelpful receptionist. Picked up the phone and said hello instead of Del Amo Family Medical Group. When I asked to confirm it was a medical center, receptionist said no three times(!) Turns out she doesnt think medical center and medical group are reasonably similar enough to even consider correcting me.Once it was established that they do in fact offer medical care, she insisted I could only make a booking if we had medical insurance. I had to explain that we were travelers and had travelers insurance. She said they didnt accept that type of insurance, so I asked if we could just pay upfront, and she finally agreed to let us schedule a consult. She told me the next available appointment was four days wait. Useless when you need a same-day appointment for urgent medical care. Absolute waste of time.
