Ive been going to Richard for 2+ years now and he always does a great job working on my pain points. Im super picky when it comes to massages aka the more pressure the better. Richard is at chiropractic school so I booked with Alex and let me tell you, he was just as good as Richard and super friendly too!Spring and Richard have big plans for their clinic and I look forward to being a loyal customer as long as Im in the area.

Alex did a fantastic job. Very attentive to whats going on with trigger points. He concentrates on areas of the body that needs attention. The brief consultation before and after the massage was beneficial.

I had booked a massage for my husband through Groupon, however, the day of the message, he was running a elevated temperature, I called to cancel for him, the lady I spoke to was very rude, she wanted my husband to come in anyway or we would be charged for the full message, even though it was already paid for through Groupon. Im not paying for one message twice!Very unprofessional!

I purchased a Groupon for their services. I am dealing with a huge life upheaval and could not make the appointment me instead of invalidating my Groupon, which is customary, the charged me the entire $74 as a missed appointment charge. I find this extremely unprofessional. Please delete myCredit card information. This is in violation of Groupons refund policy, and I have reported them.

Richard was so kind. I havent had a massage in almost four years. I felt a little nervous, not really knowing what to expect, especially since the only other massage Ive had was a postnatal massage.He made me feel very comfortable, was easy to talk to, and is a truly gifted man. He worked pressure points and really understood what my body was needing in order to destress. He reads his clients as a mechanic does a transmission. That is an amazing skill to have, and be able to share with the world. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Simply balanced. The outcome is in the business name. I, indeed, did leave... simply balanced. I highly recommend giving this a try! You wont regret it!!!!

Dont buy Group on because you cant get in till next year and they expire. They dont return calls, after several messages left.

Richard provides a wonderful experience - space is relaxing, the background music is perfect, and Richard is the best masseuse Ive ever had. Im currently trying to recover from a car accident and Richard is careful to apply the right pressure to relieve all my aches and pains - Im a fan!
