My wife and I have visited Mariah and her team a bunch of times, plain and simple, their service and experience is hard to beat! they work on muscles you didnt even know you had. Although Im sure they can give a nice relaxing massage, the deep-tissue massage is where I feel they excel. You wont be disappointed!!!

I have needed deep tissue massage for a long time due to military related injuries. I am new to the area and trying to find a competent and experienced therapist is always challenging. There is only one word to describe Jen..... Awesome. Just by looking at all of the continuing education credentials she has on the walls tells the story of her commitment to her profession. She is also an absolute blast to talk to; 90 minutes went by in a flash after a great session of witty banter and alleviating a lot of knots and adhesions that have built up over the last two months. I am happy to say I have found my new massage therapist. She also connected me with the chiropractor, Dr. Ozzie, who shares a building with them. I made an appointment with him and went back the next day. So fortunate to have found a new care team all in one location.

I have had work done in the past with Mariah, and she is the absolute best in the business. Professional, highly knowledgeable and caring. I am an avid weightlifter and have recently had some impingement issues, and overall muscle tightness. I scheduled an appointment very easily with Liana, and once again I was impressed. I havent had trigger point/deep tissue done in a few years, and am wanting to ease back into it. I labeled my problem areas and that was the focus. Liana was very professional and caring to what I wanted done. Needless to say, my next appointment was scheduled that day. These ladies are the best in the business.

30 minute massage and cupping with mariah was exactly what I needed. I have multiple severe injuries that include lots of hardware inside of my body, have worked physical labor jobs for years, and workout five days a week. I have had this pain in my lower back since I tweaked it during a kickboxing class a while back. I was having pain just walking or sitting and at first I did try to get a massage but I did not get the results that I got here. I was surprised at the results and satisfied. I went for a walk with no pain, it was great! She listened to what the problem and was able to get the job done in only a half hour. I will definitely go back and probably for a longer time.

I found Mariah when she was working at Massage Envy and I needed someone who did deep tissue work. When she left there, I liked her work so much that I followed her with her private practice. I can rarely find a CMT that can perform the work I need, rather than just a fluff & buff.She has the expertise, knowledge and strength to the handle deep tissue and structural integration work that I need, while remaining responsive and aware when I have days that cant handle such intense work.And now that shes a Scuba Diver as well, you might just have to hire her to accompany you on your next dive trip for those post dive needs. :-)

Great professional atmosphere! (Plus very comfortable tables), I’ve received from both Jennifer S. and Mariah T. both therapists provide an effective and soothing massage. Loved the Neuromuscular work from Jennifer, she really helped me realize the root of some pain patterns I’ve been experiencing. Mariah’s Myofacial work helped me tremendously with chronic neck and shoulder pain, and I had the best night sleep after the ion foot bath. I recommend both of these therapists for any discomfort or pain you have.

I flew in from another state just to have Mariah work on my shoulder. It was worth the trip. I have been in agony and have not been able to find relief. One hour with her and my shoulder is soooooooooo much better. Whenever things are this bad I will always fly in just to be able to connect with her. She is far and away the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me.
