Ive been there many times in the past and had good massages. I needed one today, so I thought Id give them another shot. It was not a good experience. It was mostly painful the entire time and I had a hard time communicating with the therapist to ask her to back off a bit. She was very strong and had rough hands and nails that were too long. It was not a pleasant experience. Im giving them 3/5 because I had several good experiences a few years ago. Hopefully this experience today was just an outlier. I doubt Ill be back.

Amazing massage, highly reccomend to those with knots and other issues. Reasonable price and great service. They can be a tad more, in depth than you may be used to. Dont speak very much English.

Fell during a hike and my whole body was bruised and sore. Called Hy massage to see if they could get me in ASAP. They fit me in and we’re very accommodating of my plight. She worked to get all my knots out and was careful around my bruises and bumps. Woke today and felt amazing. Hiked Quandry in 4.5 hours. Thank you for your services. Professional and accommodating.

Decent massages, the older man is really good but the older lady is very rough and they dont speak English well. So if you say to soften up they say okay but continue with the same pressure.

Cant even fall asleep my back is so messed up if i could sue this place i would!!!!Fingernail scratches no attention to actual anatomy it seems like my back is more sore than when i came in thanks for hurting me more.

Definitely a little sketch, they speak zero English and there is no paperwork or anything they just take you on back. However, I’ve had all of the therapists and they give amazing massages. Can’t complain only $40 for a full 60 minute massage. Giving 4 stars out of 5 only because sometimes they do leave the room in the middle of the massage to say hi to whoever just walked in the building, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I asked to pay for a deep tissue massage for 90 min instead they gave me an hour and wouldnt let me pay for an hour and a half, when I called for an appointment. I get there before my appointment time they still make me wait 25 min, which isnt a big deal I understand people get behind. I finally get in my. Massage I tell the lady I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I need my left shoulder focused on, not only did she not even touch my shoulder she focused on my legs. And it was not a deep tissue massage it was a an oil rub. Not to mention it wasnt a full hour she kept having to leave the room to answer the phone

Absolutely unprofessional and completely inappropriate with the placement of the sheet or hell how about the removal of?! The makeshift therapist was really in my opinion someone that they phoned in for help. Absolutely reporting this! I felt so incredibly uncomfortable! From the Vietnamese talking through the massage and I am still blown away today from having the sheet completely removed! To be treated as if I am crazy for thinking it inappropriate to be completely exposed and touched in a way that is not conducive to having a massage. I feel violated and I absolutely will never again go to this horrible place with inappropriate touching!!!!!!!!!

Worth every penny. Im slightly bigger guy and when the lady asked if I wanted medium or hard strength I said hard. No joke, she was able to get knots out of my shoulder that I didnt even know were there. She literally put all her body weight and really helped me out. Highly recommend to anyone. Price is awesome too btw.

If u want a massage envy chick/dude chatting your ear off the whole time go to a massage envy. I personally love that the didnt try to talk and just rubbed and relaxed me! I have had probably 30+ massages over the years and I always felt a tad uncomfortable. they really did a good job I was almost in a trans when I left! will be back!

I almost dont want to review this place because its my secret spot but they deserve it. Excellent massage every time for a good price. If you go here please dont be cheap with the tip based on the cost of the hour massage. I always give 50% and still feel like I got a good deal.

I suffer from chronic discomfort, tightness & soreness in by neck, shoulders & upper back region. I was in desperate need of a massage & originally had an appointment scheduled at Massage Envy that was unexpectedly cancelled by them. So, I started to call other locations & everyone was booked. I came across Hyl Massage & seen not only were they close to home but they were also decently priced, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone said go ahead & come down now. So I headed over unsure of what to expect & was honestly a bit nervous & unsure of the quality of massage I would get...I have to say I was not disappointed. A gentleman massaged me for 90 minutes.. full body massage & at some point even used hot towels which were very relaxing. The place was clean & had a relaxing atmosphere to it. I was also able to relax & catch up on some podcasts while getting massaged & left feeling so tranquil. I will definately be recommending this place as well as returning soon!

I got a man named John,he was amazing! I have Lupus and fibromyalgia and told him soft he does have strong hands but was very gentle. Awesome price 40.00 a hour and well worth a 10.00 tip..I will be back when Im visiting this area.

This place is not 4.7 star anything, strictly heaven Ti or veiminez culture, cant explain anything, not cost, praises, packages,specials,.. Room are very small and utter basic for hospitially, people , public you been for warned,.. If you not Asian or one of them,... Your secreted , telling them what in hell you want for massage! My upper back has been stuck out of place for some time. My chiropractor recommended massage and chiro together to help get things moving better. Ive gone to HYL a couple times and had John really dig into those muscles in my back. He doesnt mess around! After just two massage sessions and seeing my chiropractor my upper back is completely unstuck and starting to feel SO much better!! The only complaint I would have is that I get cold easily and the beds Ive been on thus far dont have warmers or heated blankets. In relation to the service and price its not anything that would deter me from going back.

Always a great value. I never feel rushed, and its always a great massage in a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. There can be a language barrier, but the employees know what they are doing, so just tell them how long, and light, medium, or hard pressure and let them do their thing.

Great Value. Not the very best massage I ever had, but really good esp. for the price. Sometimes theyre short staffed and theyll leave quick to take care of the front desk for a min, but they rarely short you on that time.
