Very unprofessional staff at this location. Not sure how management still has not done anything to fix this issue. It is so hard to reach the front desk. It’s like no one is ever working there which is ridiculous. My provider is personally great, the issue is with the care team especially at the front. Management needs to get there head in the game and fix what’s going on with their staff ASAP.

Had an appointment scheduled, arrived 20 minutes early. Employee who set up my patient portal told me how much my appointment would cost. 5 minutes later another employee came out to tell me it would actually cost 6x more than that and gave me a note of another clinic that could see me and it would be free. Left to go to the other clinic (just 10 minutes away) only to find out it was hundreds more than the Oquirrh clinic said. Came back immediately to the Oquirrh clinic well within my appointment window and they claimed I missed my appointment. I told them they sent me away with false information and it was really difficult for me to find someone to watch my kids...zero empathy, no apology at all, still refused to see me. I was in tears, such unkind and careless patient care

The staff is the rudest people!!! We went in to get the Covid-19 shot on friday they said they where out for the day they told us come back monday no appointment necessary ok we go in Monday the lady there said no you need a appointment ok we go ahead and schedule one that they could take my husband in cause he hasnt been there so his consider a new patient when my moms husband went to get his shot there and he has never been a patient there!! I will never come here again i will be looking for a new clinic

Completely Unprofessional!!!! The Staff was rude and unhelpful to my elderly mother that needed to update her Pharmacy information for a refill on a prescription. They refused to talk to me over the phone so i can help them update this information, even though she was in their office in person and was giving them permission to speak to me. it took several phone calls, sending multiple HIPAA forms via FAX and Email and me driving to their office to get a my mom the medication she needs. it shouldnt take a week to get a prescription to a 75 year old woman!!!i am leaving 2 stars just because the staff Speaks Spanish and thats helpful for my momif you plan to visit this office dont let them get away with treating you like you dont matter!!!

I had a wonderful PA at one of CHC clinic’s. I trusted her. She has now retired. It has been like one foot in hell since. Waiting on line forever. The communication is horrible. Reading the google reviews, why would management state we cannot even Control our google reviews? I feel a lot of games are played with PA’s. The meds get so messed up you can end up in hospital. It is if you are begging for 1 medication. Then it is filled short of how I take it. Then the pharmacy say’s you cannot get it yet. It has been such a nightmare on top of this covid. As if that is our plan to put you in the hospital. Never have I seen such bizarre non communication. I do not know if this is just, it’s a good time to make money for them? May God Bless the intelligent provider I had.

Perhaps this isnt the correct place to bring my concerns, but this clinic has no contact information and I dont want to waste mine, or the receptionists time. Ive never been to this clinic, nor have I been to any other CHC facility. I have crippling endometriosis and PCOS, not to mention I have several oversized cysts that may need to be surgically removed, the pain gets so bad that I cant even get out of bed some days. As you can imagine, treating a chronic incurable condition is costly. I do have a primary care doctor and I do have insurance, however, they still cost me an arm and a leg and I end up not receiving the care I need due to costs, so I turned to Planned Parenthood. There, I got an Ultrasound, pap smear, and pelvic exam free of charge. The birth control I take was even 10 dollars! 10! My insurance usually charges me 95 for a box! The clinic I go to doesnt even perform abortions! Its just a standard clinic!So imagine my surprise when I pull up to get some birth control, theres a protest outside, signs all depicting something about Babies being murdered here. If theyd done their research theyd know its only performed in one clinic in Salt Lake, not West Valley. The moment I get out of my car, a man is yelling at me and telling me to get help from THIS clinic! They can help with adoptions, parenting support, etc! Excuse me? First of all, Im alone, I am a woman, by myself, being yelled at by a crowd of people holding signs insinuating that Im a murderer. Secondly, Im damn near offended they assumed I was there to have an abortion! They kept stating that THIS clinic, this one on 47th south and 32nd West will help me, low cost! I have no choice but to believe that those people are connected to this clinic. Thats well and fine, people can have their own beliefs, Im not saying theyre bad people for being Pro-Life, but what I am saying is I was scared, I was honestly terrified. I can imagine someone who also needs care walking up to the building and essentially being called a murderer when all they needed was a pregnancy test or a pregnancy wellness check. Even the staff inside seemed on edge and frightened for their safety, they even offered to have a male nurse walk me to my car since I came alone. You have your first amendment right to protest peacefully, but you do not have the right to make people feel unsafe in their choice of medical care. I will not be coming here ever. Im afraid of what their staff must be like if theyre standing outside another care clinic with threatening religious signs and yelling at women.Reading other reviews makes me believe the protestors are related to this clinic. If theyre not, then Im sorry to them for the bad publicity but as of now, I will never come here, not for help with endometriosis, not for prenatal care for when I am ready for a family, not for anything, and I will let my friends and family know what these people are like outside of the clinic when they need affordable care.

Dr. Zoe Cross is amazing with the prenatal care. I have had only good experience with the clinic so far. The nursing staff is also very helpful and nice. The sliding scale fee makes it very affordable. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I have been going to Dr. Benjamin Hammond for the last few years he isa good doctor and his nurses who check your vitals are so nice.. dr. Hammond always ask questions, making sure you are ok and never hurries you.

Man I wish people just did their jobs decently. Dr or Nurse Burns is like seeing a human robot, he will just give you exactly what his website tells him to and explain his liabilities as to why he is un allowed to deviate or think of out of the box treatment.Plus iv been waiting going on 3 days for a refill that is non narcotic. Guess it might take him 5-7 days they say, though its a same day routine every other place. Ok then.I suppose you get who you pay for. But even the cheapest Dr office is getting rich to look stuff up on web md for you. Kinda funny but not really.

The staff is great, I always have a great experience when I have an appointment. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind and always listens to my concerns. I truly appreciate companies such as this that serves the community. Thank you CHC

Sadly this clinic doesn’t respect the appointment times, had my appointment at 2:00, arrived at 1:30 and the doc didnt not come to the room till 2:30.

Their call management is bad they could add a call back option but the wait while calling is dramatically high

I would put six starts if I could! The Dental Clinic is very VERY professional and friendly. I always feel very welcome and important at every appointment. Dr. Wells and her staff always explain everything and make sure that I understand the procedure that were going to be doing and my treatment. They always answer all of my questions and are willing to spend a little more time with me if needed. The Clinic is a low income clinic and the fee for service is VERY reasonable. Although at time they do run behind, they always doing the best job, I cannot complain about that!!!!

Ive been coming here for the past few years. As a teenager, they take really good care of the young and old. Their prices are affordable and their service is the best! Even if you do or dont have insurance, I highly recommend this place. They do their best everytime. From the assistants to the nurses to the doctors and dentists.They work with you and theyre also bilingual!They have professionals and students working there. I love them all. No place is perfect, but for the right circumstance, this place is my favorite.

I been coming to this clinic for my prenatal care the service is poor. I had my appointment at 4:15 I got to the room on time it past 30 minutes and doctor still don’t show up. I think they are so un organized staff act like they don’t care they don’t like their job . People’s time are valuable people have things to do!.

One of the worst service that I have never experienced in my entire life. Customer services always been unwelcoming to certain group of people and the worst part is they are so discriminative. I requested an appointment for my son online with his doctor just to get some advice on how to handle the situation they hang up on me three times intentionally. In addition, they put me on hold for a 20 minutes and hang up on me again.Please change the entire customer service system very discusting and disappointing they dont love what they do.

I have been going there for over 25 years and the PA I had for the first 13 years was excellent but he moved on to oncology. I took my two youngest kids there for treatment as well. I have had Dr. Gontrum as my physician ever since then and he is very congenial and takes the necessary time with me that I expect with a Dr. They are good about getting back to me when I call or message through the Patient Portal. There have been times that Ive had to wait to see the Dr. after I arrive, but usually it isnt more than 15 minutes. Im happy with the service I get there, and I appreciate having this clinic to go to that isnt far from my home.

The staff and doctors are great but this is review is about the clinic director. Her name is Marcia Bueno and she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. In my past 7 years of professional interactions in this industry I have never dealt with someone so RUDE and unprofessional.I have seen how this woman treats her employees and berates vendors like her janitorial services. Borderline humiliating. Her staff is always talking behind her back because of how difficult and bitter this woman is. At times I have asked myself if she suffers from mental issues and should be in charge of a healthcare facility. I have never dealt with someone so bitter, nasty and just plain mean.I’m filling a formal complaint against this woman with CHC administrators.

Im very disappointed, they just dont answer my calls, I cant make an appointment for my daughters 1 year, they always send messages and emails when its coming close to the appointment date, this time I didnt receive any notice, my daughter needs to get a vaccine 1 year, and I cant reschedule

I went to this clinic because I don’t have choice. I already know it has poor review. Most good clinic are not accepting new client. The doctor it seems like she don’t know what’s going on. I got my blood withdrawn, I received text for the result not a lot of information , not telling me the next step to do . It said I am pre diabetic but I haven’t receive follow up or instruction or any prescriptions.

When I first came here they were greatBut unfortunately the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse. Call backs take a week to even hear back. Was told a Covering provider would take care of my high priority message and here I am still waiting to hear back one week later. Absolutely the worst customer service I have even seen in a clinic. Definitely looking for a new doctor after this.

I started seeing dr. Frank powers in early 2015 and him and his staff have ALWAYS been so amazing to me. And my baby. HE was there for my 1st pregnancy after trying for 5 years and it ended in a miscarriage then 6 months later i fell pregnant again and i was a nervous wreck and always wanting to hear my baby and he never once treated me like a physco even though i felt like on . After a successful delivery he was my babys pediatrician also. Even all the front staff hav4 always been phenomenal with me. They do a sliding fee scale to help those without insurance

I was a patient at this office my entire pregnancy, despite being a little uncomfortable being the only white girl in the clinic lol and despite the ridiculous wait times (literally sometimes i would be there three hours), I loved this place. Dr. Powers and Dr. Jasmine are AWESOME! Dr. Powers in particular, he always spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions, he always did his best to make me feel comfortable, hes hilarious and just an awesome human being. Unfortunately i moved so he isnt my sons doctor anymore but I would have taken him with me if I could! Hes amazing at what he does I loved having him deliver my baby. Best doctor Ive ever been to hands down.

I had started going here since 2016. Each time it was a long wait even after you got called into the room and the wait for a call about Blood results have taken a long time. This year I got pregnant and would go there for my prenatal appointments. But many things were looked at and just ignored. I had found out I had gallstones after I went to the er. But before that I had talked about the terrible pain to my ob. But he just said it was just a stomach bug and that it would go away. I ended up needing to get my gallbladder taken out while I was pregnant because the pain was to much. After I had to change clinics because my insurance wouldn’t cover here after January. I started to go to a new ob in the middle of this month. I told her about problems I was having and she told me they were not normal like my old doctor would tell me. Turns out I could go into labor way sooner than I thought. Due to premature birth. The first time I had my appointment with my new ob she saw I wasn’t good that my symptoms weren’t normal and sent me to get checked quickly. If I didn’t change clinics I would have not found this out and most likely I would feel terrible without any medical help because for them everything was normal when it really wasn’t.

This people are a joke ...So if you reschedule they will charge you $15 ooh the financial girl (very unprofessional by way) will be like its just $15 .. I hade a emergency and tried to reschedule , not cancel but reschedule and they are going to charge for rescheduling because your suppose to know 24 hours before that you are going to have a EMERGENCY! because yeah us human just know the future right !!!

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now. my first pregnancy i didnt have to much of a problem the nurses that i had were a little snobby i felt. i liked my doctor but on my second pregnancy i had a new doctor due to my reg doctor leaving i have no problem with the new doctor but the nurse that helped me on my last apt was really rude the room wasnt clean there were paper towels around the sink there was a pee cup in the sink the nurse asked me to lay on the bed and there was no paper or sheets laid down i just felt like they never cleaned the room from maybe the last patient. i felt very disgusted, after the last visit i will not go back

I really like Dr. Maggie Hull for pediatrics, but Im going to have to take my business elsewhere due to the terrible wait times (in the lobby, in the exam room, and on the and phone--Im talking 90 min-2 hours) and poor attitudes/customer service of the staff. Everything everyone else said is true, unfortunately. If you have a choice, use a different clinic. If you dont have a choice, plan to spend at LEAST an hour longer than a normal doctor office, and assume that you will need to stand up for yourself and your or your childrens care.

The dental office doesn’t return phone calls and the dentists are inattentive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Dental clinic here does not deserve even 1 star! Most horrible and denigrating experience ever!A year ago, I took my wife over there for a dental cavity to be taken care of. We had our 3-year-old daughter with us, waiting in the hallway. Then the dental assistant came and invited us to come in. When she saw our daughter, she told me: she needs to stay outside!. I couldnt believe it. She was asking me to leave my 3-year-old unattended in the hallway! While I was staring at her, wondering if what I heard was true, the dentist then told her that we could not leave our daughter unattended outside the office.This lady was just acting like she got dumped out the night before by her boyfriend and was mad any everybody. I dont know how to describe her attitude while talking to us. She was so mean, displaying a grumpy face and so disrespectful that my wife asked that we leave this place.So, we left. I went to complain about this lady at the reception in the main lobby.I think this attitude was due to the fact that low income people are the primary clients of this clinic and there is no respect for patients. I felt undervalued and unwelcome at this place.I really hope this was an isolated incident.

My mom is very sick she was trying to communicate with the front desk the women there are rude. Very rude. They try to act like you’re doctors and they are not they don’t communicate results to the doctor and are very condescending. Don’t go there if you don’t have too.

Dalyn Steen PA-C is very attentive and listens to her patients. I never feel rushed by her. She is thorough in checking me and asking questions and digging deep to get to the heart of the matter. I was seen by an instacare Doctor who told me I didnt have pneumonia, but when I saw Steed, she found pneumonia. I would trust her before I ever trust another instacare doctor. As for customer service, the team at the front do the best they can with each client that comes in. They each handle the person in front of them as timely and quickly as possible. My only setback is that I am not able to leave a voicemail message for my doctors assistant. The weekend answering service never suggested there could be a doctor on call. I feel like they could do better by suggesting a call back.

This place is the worst, the receptionist are so dam annoying the idiot will not even transfer the phone to your dr or the assistant unless you explain to her what your personal issue is. I called for my mom to try and get to the dam dr and the idiot would not transfer the phone said the dr is busy of course that’s why we wanted to leave a message then she stayed we have to leave the message with her and it takes 48 hours to get a response!! I will not be taking my mom back here I would rather drive her 20 min away just to get better service. The Dr is not even worth the time we spent waiting they just try and rush you out

I love several of the doctors or PAs. They have some great ones and some not so good. I if you find 1 you like, get that 1 to be your preference care provider. They will change your provider for you. There are lots of I migrants at this facility always, which is ok, that is the area it is in, just be prepared if that is an issue for you. The facility is VERY safe. I highly reccomend Ben Haymond.

The dental clinic here is so unprofessional. They talk and hold conversations with each other while working on a patient which is okay but lets not do it while having sharp objects inside the clients mouth you know?

The billing department sucks. I have been calling two weeks straight to make a payment and no one ever answers, after leaving multiple voicemails with detailed information I never get calls back. Does it have to be that hard to make a payment?

Three weeks ago I had an abdominal echo for diagnosis, for pain and diarrhea that does not stop, I called three weeks ago to find out the diagnosis and they never attend, now the new modality after they attend you they cut your call ...... embarrassing and maddening

Two weeks calling to make a physical appointment for my child and do not answer throughout the day that he is experiencing a high volume of calls.Also the people who answer the phone are very despot. I will have to change clinics.

They take time to give appointments if you speak because they are very sick they give you the appointment a month later or so so that they do not answer calls and if you arrive early you still have to wait a lot to be passed to the room and wait inside the room very incompetent
