Terra Health Care has been an issue for me since the beginning. My first appointment was at their Winter Park location with Dr. Scott. Everything was fine until my recertification. To my surprise when I went to renew for the first time I tried finding the contact information (because I wasn’t contacted by their staff to remind me my rec’s were expiring like they should) but I was unable to find anything because they had closed their Winter Park location and never notified me.I had willingly driven from the central Florida area to Tampa to remain a Patient of Dr. Scott for the past 2 years, going on 3. He never made a mistake with my recommendations and I never had any concerns with him as my physician. Tetra never contacted me to inform me that he had left the practice.I just had my first appointment with the new Doctor today where I was informed the my recommendations would be available immediately.I went to make a purchase at a local MMTC this evening and I was informed that I had no active recommendations. By the time I tried contacting them(good luck) their office was closed and I probably won’t be able to speak with anyone until Monday. Unfortunately I don’t have extra money to go see a different doctor now and I have no medicine that I have depended on daily for the past 3 years.Make this right Tetra Health Care!

Great experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wasnt waiting long. Everyone wore masks which was reassuring during this Covid pandemic.The Dr was great, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed.Thank you everyone at Tetra!

I have been a patient since 2018, best experience with this clinic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. This clinic is legit they don’t play around, they do not nickel and dime you like other clinics. You have your first visit and state fee, then 6 months follow up then your yearly visit and state fee again. I am so happy I went to Tetra Health Center.

My experience with Tetra Health Center has been great since becoming a patient nearly 2 years ago. Dr. Scott is very informative and pleasant to talk to. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful whenever Ive had questions. I highly recommend them, and Ive sent a couple of people their way who have been very happy with their experience there as well.

Doctors and staff are welcoming and nice and I received thoughtful answers to my questions. I most appreciated that they complete all computer information to Tallahassee while I’m there in the office. I used Tetra for my initial appointment and 2 renewals. I will stay with them. Very satisfied.

If you’re going to employ reputation management services, you should use a better company than you’re currently using. I’ve replied indicating I am not a current patient and when I was a patient, I was thoroughly disgusted with the semblance of patient care Tetra attempts to portray. I continue getting solicited for a review, so here it is. Your clinic is terrible and your doctors are a joke. THC is in it purely for money and scammed a lot of individuals along the way. Talk to anyone who used them from 2017 to 2018 and they’ll share my sentiments. Best of luck and STOP EMAILING ME.

Absolutely LOVE Tetra!!! They helped me so much with getting my card and answering all the questions I had. Im going to say this, you may find a doctor who is cheaper. Tetra may be a little more expensive but with their coupons to all the dispensaries, you end up saving A LOT more in the long run! And remember... you get what you pay for! Thank you Tetra for everything!!!!

Although there are many Medical MJ doctors close to my home, I travel 45 minutes to Tetra Health in Tampa. Drs. Scott and McTaggart are the best! So kind and do a great job of educating their patients on what will work best for their ailments. Office staff are also amazing! I highly recommend this clinic. Only downside is location, near Buck’s stadium, but well worth the drive.

Love how involved the dr is worth your other medications. Hell tell you what works best with what time if day when having to take your other meds.

Stay away they have been nothing but problems. Between closing locations and no communication. Then after I renew in September they switch pricing plans from $199 sign up $99 follow up to. $149 each visit twice a year. No big deal unless your follow up visit is after new pricing plan. Effectively costing you and extra $50. Try explaining that to the knucklehead employees on its a bait and switch. They dont care about Custer service, right or wrong. They just want your money. Very unscrupulous business practice.

2/28/18 What a great experience at Tetra. The doctor and staff couldnt be any more helpful and professional. They explained everything to us. We changed doctors from another company who were horrible and made the switch go easy. The other doctor wanted $50 to release from them witch is illegal, if the doctor and staff did not inform us we would have played them. We recommend them highly. They also have a great sense of humor. Thank you all for your help.

I have been dealing with debilitating health conditions for many years, and I have spent a lot of my time in doctors offices and hospitals. I have been a patient of Tetra Health Centers for over a year and a half and I wish I could get all my medical needs here. The staff is the most professional and friendly staff I have encountered in a long time. They treat me like family and truly care about how I am doing. They have gone out of their way to help me stay current with my treatment plans and appointments as well as guiding me to dispensaries that have a lot of product knowledge as well as discounts. They are always available to answer my questions, whether I call or just walk in - they are directly accross the street from the hospital I have to be at often. I would highly recommend Tetra Health Centers to any person who has the desire to work with a compassionate and caring medical facility for marijuana,.

Had a wonderful experience here everyone was very helpful and personable. I recommend it to anyone thats looking to try this out or get any information. The only issue I have with Tetra Health Centers is their phone system. I have called at least 20 times in the last 15 days and have not gotten anyone to answer the phone. I got lucky one time and got someone to pick up but thats it. If they fix the phone system I would give it 5 out of 5 but for now its 4 out of 5

I had such a positive experience at THC! All the employees in the office were courteous and efficient. Dr. Scott and the Manager, Tom were so professional and knowledgeable. Their handling of my renewal process has been exemplary and I couldnt be more thankful for how easy they make this very new and ever evolving process.

Very rude office staff!Will not be back. Glad I finally made the decision to switch doctors. So glad these people are out of my life. They caused way more stress than they were worth, and many places are cheaper, to boot.Looking forward to what’s ahead, and leaving tetra behind me.The rude office staff was what broke the camel’s back for me. Im an unlikely patient. I didnt even know about Medical Marijuana. Was approached by someone that works at Tetra that overheard me complaining about health issues at a restaurant I go to. I was very nervous about doing this with the stigma and all. Dr. Scott and Jasenia in particular made me feel at ease and that I had made the right decision. I want to mention Tom their manager as well who helped me overcome some issues and got me into the clinic. Such a great staff. Explained in depth and took time with me to make me comfortable. I was certified within 3 weeks and able to buy some medication. The difference it has made already to my health is just unbelievable to me. I absolutely recommend Tetra Health Center and Medical Marijuana. Dont let the stigma scare you away.

The staff there is incredibly nice and professional; however, as many people have said, it is a nightmare to get a hold of anybody. Being told that you will get an email response or a phone call, then hearing nothing is frustrating. Would be a 5, if not for that aspect.Edit: things seem to be improving over there. Recently when I have called, the phone was answered promptly, and I receive call backs in a timely matter. Hopefully this continues.

Professional, service oriented and friendly. Was a little nervous about going to see about getting a medical marijuana card as its still pretty new. I am so glad I went. These guys are great from the girls up front to the Doctor!

Dont go here. This place has let my recommendation expire 6 times in less than 2 years. They also raised their price by 100 dollars. They closed offices and didnt tell clients. The doc. Is nice but this place is a joke. So un organized and they also dont follow up with appointments.

I was a bit nervous about going in to Tetra Health Care. I was greeted by Tracy Lee she was proffesional and made the entire experience comfortable. I meet with Dr. Scott he spent Close to 10 minutes with me going over my conditions and what to try and expect.My primary care doctor spends less than two minutes with me no wonder I still have concerns.I can say I feel better than I have in years I sleep better I now have energy and have gotten back to exercising things I didn’t expect in the beginning.I would highly recommend Tetra Health CentersThank you for being the proffesional you are.

This place is a joke. Save your money.. Just left. I fell leaving the building tripping on the door jam. I ended up breaking one of the cartridges I bought. I spent over $180 . I went back in and they said I eas beat. Hut they did apologize for my loss.U can hear everything they are saying in the parking lot ,including customer confidential information.

I have had numerous health issues and issues with Opioids. Was so excited about Medical Marijuana coming to FL. Its been a nightmare though initially. Ive been to 3 different doctors or clinics prior to Tetra Health Centers. I feel they were all underhanded in their dealings and did not care to learn what I as a patient need. Tetra is the first clinic that I feel really cares for who I am and what I need. Thank you to the staff and Doctor who took so much time answering my questions and helping me find the specific delivery meds I need. I wish I remembered your names but my memory is very bad. You all were wonderful though! Thank you Thank you! I will refer you to anyone in need. :) :) :) :)

Having been a patient from the beginning in 2017, Ive experienced the frustrating challenges, surprise $ charges & MMJ program changes which the State has mandated. Frustrations included having to wait 90 days for access to medication & implementation of the 210 day patient review as well as the extra cost involved. I even had an issue with the expiration date of my renewal. While the [new] 3rd party provider was very quick to process my renewal card, the expiration date on the printed card was approximately 6-weeks shorter than the official expiration date on the States approval email. I tried to correct the issue myself but was basically told [by 3rd party provider & State] that the date on the card could not be changed/reissued. I was furious & felt defeated.I was originally a patient from the [closed] Brandon clinic. I now travel a distance for my appointments. I contemplated switching to a local physician but decided to wait until renewal again.Fast forward to my 210 day follow up...I shared my story with Dr. Scotts staff. A young male [ I regret that Im bad with names] offered to call the State on my behalf & SUCCEEDED with getting the card corrected. Huge thanks to the Tetra Health team!! This act alone has convienced me to stay with Tetra Health as it is my opinion that the team really does care about their patients.Another example...Now that flower is available [to qualified patients], I contacted the clinic & was pleasantly surprised to learn that there would be no additional costs involved. I had heard from other patients [from other clinics] that they were charged $25-$50 for the referral.My appointments with Dr Scott have always been pleasant. Never a bad experience. He is knowledgable on the subject & my quality of life has improved with his help.Final note: keep in mind that the State is frequently changing the process & we are going thru the growing stages of MMJ. If you are feeling frustrated and/or surprised with new $ charges, before getting angry with the staff, educate yourself with the changing laws as it could be the cause.

They can be slow to getting back to you and this can be frustrating, but be patient.. they will respond it’s a very busy business to be in right now. This being said I really like the staff and doctor, they are great people :)

My husband is a United States Marine Veteran, he has done two active tours and to be fair so has our entire family. We all felt the effects of his experiences. After he was Honorably Discharged from his post at Cherry Point we moved to Florida to heal the wounds of war. I soon learned there is no such thing as fully healing what they went through, however there is a way to change their quality of life which in turn benefits the ENTIRE FAMILY.At the time...My husband didnt want to live, failed out of college, and literally gave up. I was waitressing at the airport to make ends meet because we all know the income of a disabled Veteran doesnt go far. I never thought a single moment could truly change our lives until I met Tracilea Young. I was her waitress, covered in dirt and hadnt slept in 3 nights because our son had pneumonia.She was beautiful, so well dressed and so full of love. I had no idea who she was but I remembered how nice she was to me. She gave me her card and told me if I ever needed anything to let her know. HOW MANY PEOPLE SAY THAT AND ACTUALLY MEAN IT!?!?! NOT MANYI emailed her a few days later and the entire bar staff laughed because they said someone like her would never respond to someone like me.Boy did we prove them wrong. Fast forward 2 years...I am now her Director of Clinic Operations and my husband graduated college, passed his barber test, but most importantly he wants to LIVE again. She literally brought him into her clinic and assigned a doctor to him, and they constructed a plan using CBD and THC to help treat his suffering.So many of us do not truly understand how CBD and THC can change our lives. Is receiving your medical card an investment...ABSOLUTELY!BUT how much does mental health and pain free living mean to us. Tetra Health Care has constructed a financial package for VETS that NO ONE in the state of Florida can match. Even if they could beat the price, can they truly understand your journey and share a vision with you for mental health and mental wealth?The journey of medical Cannabis has been so hard for the new companies opening throughout the movement. Have there been obstacles for Tetra...ABSOLUTELY! Will those obstacles define who Tracilea is or how she overcomes them, NEVER!This Marine Corp Family can proudly say, we STAND WITH TETRA EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!

I absolutely loved this place!!! Honestly i was afraid when i first went into the appt, but the experience was amazing!!! The receptionist Daisy was real kind, and answered all my questions and the nurse Angiee was really sweet and made sure I wasnt nervous. She adviced me that they were very open minded. The Dr was real knowledgeable and approved me for my medical cannabis. I extremely recommend

Front office staff was very rude last week....I like Dr Scott but after being treated so poorly by his staff I have switched doctors and so are the 4 people I referred over to them. Better service available elsewhere, Dr Scott needs a new staff!!

AVOID AT ALL COST FOR YOUR MMJ NEEDS.When I had originally signed up here it was great. The front office staff was amazing, and I paid for my ID and their fee for a year. They made it VERY CLEAR that the fee included any and all office visits you needed for a year which would have your recommendations covered for a year. When my recommendations recently expired I called to have them renewed and they told me I had to come in for a 6 month evaluation and it was a fee of 100$. I told them that I had never heard of anything and that was not what was in my original agreement and they did not care. I called a friend who signed up under the same premise and he said This is news to me. They will not renew any of my medical recommendations until I pay (which of course I wont be.) Just wanted to forewarn others of the shady business practices by which this MMJ facility operates. Expect more hidden fees when they arent making enough money. No matter the reason, I did not get what I paid for. I was sold and agreed to a product that was good for a year, and then later was told I had to pay more fees to keep using the service. If this was spotify, netflix, or any other business that you use I doubt you would keep using it, or would ever use it if you knew about their business practices in advance. Oh, and that fantastic front office staff they had are all gone.There are a lot of places now for your MMJ needs. This one should absolutely be the last on your list.

What an amazing Doctor and staff. Ive had Crohns disease for 7 years and Im on a million different medications. Now that Florida has legalized medical marijuana, people like me and others with worse conditions have a chance to have a better quality of life. Thank you THCM!!!!!!!!!

I would give a negative rating if I could. Its all about the money, not the patient. The people who work here can give two craps less about their patient.

UPDATE: When I wrote the negative review about being ignored for four weeks of leaving messages, Tetra withdrew their prescription, even though they had been paid for a year, in advance.I found another Doctor, but they have remained impossible to reach for well over six months. But they kept the money.

The staff is very considerate, the doctor is comforting and knowledgeable. Everyone there treats you like family.
