Dr. Acosta gave my husband a thorough PSA examination and was honest about the results for a man 80 years old. I would recommend him to anyone concerned with PSA or other urology issues. It was nice to have a doctor who was honest with us.

Dr. Rudy Acosta was excellent. Took the time to be sure we understood what was going on, called us personally when he needed an answer, but our interactions with the support staff was less than stellar. Been twice and had to remind them to give us a prescription during checkout both times. They never answer the phone when weve called. Always had to leaves a message. Only other issue is that the sound carries on this place. Sitting in a room waiting for the doctor you can hear just about everything that goes on.

Never made it to the doctor! RUDE STAFF SUPERVISOR. They sent my mother home in tears. After the 2nd attempt to visit the office, and over 2 hours in the office, the staff at the desk (namely, Evelyn) rudely refused to call the insurance provider to verify she is enrolled and active. With her back towards my sweet old mom, whom has a painful infection, refused to acknowledge that maybe there may be a mistake in how she is verifying insurance. She just shook her head, when asked by another staff member if they can call, without even the courtesy of turning around to look at her. How Evelyn is the supervisor is beyond me. I spoke to her and she refused to give her name and stalled on providing the email. Finally, after I spoke with her (via speaker) on the phone, she decided to call them and the insrance checked out as active and enrolled. My mother was so hurt by how rude and condescending she was, that she decided not to go to see the doctor, despite being in pain and having been extremely looking forward to a well reviewed Doctor. Someone needs to address this, FAST. This was is discriminatory because of my mothers accent or this staff member is simply rude and ineffective.

Made a appointment with Dr Acosta for a second opinion after another urologist told me my vasectomy would be better off at a surgery center. He examined me and said It would not be easy but he was confident he could perform the procedure in his office and offered to do it right away. Less than a hour later the Snip was complete with very little pain. Recovery was about 4 days and not to bad. I’m already recommending him to friends and clients.

Excellent doctor. Makes you comfortable. Really knows his stuff. Have seen him for the last 6 or 7 years. Snip went very well. Have diabetes and helped with my ED issue..

He took the time with me to go over my issues, and I eventually decided to have surgery with him. I’m glad I did, he is a doctor of excellence all the way, one of the best decisions I ever made to go to him!

Had a Vasectomy done through Dr. Acosta. Absolutely painless. Everything was explained to me beforehand. In and out in 30 mins. Him and his staff were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Although everybody is different, my recovery was also very minimal pain.Very satisfied Dr Acosta knows what hes doing 30 years of experience.

Staff is by far the worst bunch of employees ive ever spoke to over the phone. From setting the appointment to verification of insurance they were so rude, unprofessional and absolutely no listening skills. I would never recommend anyone young or old to this facility. Such a shame all the wasted time (2weeks) and cutting me off as I try to explain my Insurance caused me to cancel my husbands appointment. I really hope the doctor gives his office better staff or they are in for an awakening

Great doctor and staff. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. I will drive all way from Clearwater to see him. Its worth the trip

I never made it to the Doctor but the lady that answered the phone was so rude that I just decided not to schedule an appointment with them. Doctor if you care about your businesses you either teach her some manners or might as well fire her.

Very informative, made snip simple, great after care. I watched his Youtube videos prior to going in. Drove myself and went about the rest of my less than an hour later.

Cant give less than one because its a not an option.

As uncomfortable as getting snipped was, they made it easy. The office staff is excellent and Dr. Acosta did a great jog. Thankfully I wont have to do that again, but I would recommend this clinic.
