Horrible! I had a spot on my nose I wanted Dr. Wong to look at and she just kept saying I dont see anything over and over. Made another appointment and she did the same thing. I finally insisted she biopsy the spot and she handed me a marker and said circle it because I DONT SEE ANYTHING. I did, it was biopsied and it WAS cancer! No, she didnt apologize. A dark brown spot on my leg I had asked her about. She completely dismissed it. Since I would never go back to her I saw another dermatologist and he biopsied the brown spot and that is cancer as well. So, if you value your skin and your life DO NOT trust her. Dr. Wong is the worst dermatologist Ive ever been to. And no this is not the name I saw her under. This is a pseudonym.

New patient visit today. Friendly staff and very clean office. My appointment was with Jessica, one of the physician assistants. She was wonderful. I did not feel she rushed through the exam, but rather she took time and made me feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered. I will go back to this practice for my yearly checkup.

Love love love Dr. Scannon. He is so attentive, kind and exceptional but most importantly he listens to all my concerns and has a fix for all of them. The office is state of the art and absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy coming here and will continue to do so.

Amazing staff and doctors! Im always incredibly nervous about any doctors office visits. I hyperventilate and throw up - with uncontrollable shaking (Im just a big baby). But here was different. The tv in the lobby kept my mind off everything and I was called to the back shortly after arriving. The nurse advised Dr. Snyder was great and can help me out. She was right! Doc took one look and diagnosed me! Picked meds up the same day and Ive never felt better! I love her and this office so much!

I highly recommend Dr. Scannon and his staff. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldnt go any place else.

Visited the office more than 3 years ago. The provider diagnosed me incorrectly and prescribed me drugs, new lotions, etc. After purchasing all the items and taking the medications, the issue remained. I went back and they continued to diagnose me inaccurately with Eczema. I finally visited my allergist and he properly diagnosed me with Hives. I never received a bill from FL Derm & Skin Care Specialists, however, they sent a delinquency notice to a debt collector to be added to my credit report. When I called to discuss the misdiagnosis and lack of billing statements, they refused to help and told me I would have to call the debt collecting agency and make the payment to get it off my credit report.

After being treated horribly at another dermatologist on Kennedy Boulevard I went to Dr scannon because I have skin cancer and he specializes in skin cancer. Ive only been seen by dr. Scannon and Sandy and they know I have seizures and that Im a big chicken and my sister died of cancer and I have a huge fear they are so good to me they keep me calm they check me if Im scared and even if its nothing for me to worry about they bring me in right away just to put me at ease I could not give you enough wonderful reviews for this doctors office so all of these negative reviews you are seeing ignore them because I would be the first Google guide to tell you if these people where as bad as everyone is saying they are there not this is the best doctors office Ive ever been to in my 55-year life and if I could have them as a primary care thats the only doctor I would ever see!

Not happy, didnt help, wasted my sick day just to be rushed. I had to stop the assistant dermatologist from rushing out the door so that I could ask a question. Keep looking for a good dermatologist

They dont know when your appt. are scheduled for.. they have me scheduled for two appt. One on 8/1/17 which is wrong and one on 8/17/17 which is right.. and left me an message on text twice with these appt. then send me a email on the one for the 1st..only which is wrong..

Horrible management!!!! Unorganized, unethical, do not partner with this place.

Never heard back about my biopsy.

Worst experience ever! this place is a real scam. a $141 for a visit that didnt do anything. Take your business somewhere else
