This facility doesn’t deserve the low rating it currently has. All staff members are very friendly and respectful. Getting an MRI within its self isn’t a pleasant procedure which shouldn’t justify bad reviews based on the level of comfort not meeting expectations. All together staff is very professional and would recommend to any friends/family members any given day of the week.

Most of me being upset is from untruths being shared.When the appointment was scheduled, I asked how long it would take for the appointment so that I could plan my day. I was told 30 minutes. It took almost 2 hours.I was also told as I went into the MRI that there was a microphone to speak to the tech. It didnt work.I was given headphones with music that was too loud and painful at times to listen to. I had no way of letting the tech know because the microphone wasnt working. So, I was essentially tortured for 30 minutes in the machine waiting for the MRI to complete.They get 3 stars because of the horrible experience, but also because they provided a disc with my MRI as I left the facility.They came highly recommended, but I did not enjoy my time there. I hope the results of the scan are at least thorough and helpful. Too many of these places do only what is asked of them and it shows in the details of how the rest of their office is run.Based on what I know now, I would not want to go here. Id want to go somewhere that made sure to double check their equipment, ask about safe volume levels, and to take the moment to be truthful when asking about realistic appointment times.

Honest review.Of course you dont expect people to leave many good reviews regarding their MRI due to it being a simple MRI/CT/X-ray location and dont have much to say unless they have a negative experience.However I would like to leave one because this place gets such a bad rep.The frontline staff are very nice and helpful. (Not much to say here other than they are great)The MRI itself went very well, you had some space but not much, I am a relatively large guy, and measure 62 so you can see my point (You have a good amount of space). You also get to listen to music while the MRI is going on so that makes it 10 times better. The representatives are amazing, while you are getting the MRI they check in on you and make sure you are feeling okay. (YOU DO GET AN EMERGENCY BUTTON IF YOU DO NOT FEEL YOU CAN GO THROUGH WITH IT). There is also a little vent above on the MRI machine itself which blows air and keeps you cool. In other words you have plenty of things to distract you from the MRI itself if you do not like them.Overall great location to get an MRI. Staff is very professional and you get treated well.

I was recommended to this facility by my chiropractor , I had a scheduled MRI for Saturday 8am the facility is already a 30minute drive from me but no problem I needed this done and I work a 9-5 so Saturday opening was very convenient . I show up about 7:50am sign in do all thats necessary of course no way was I gonna be called in at 8am completely understandable so I take a seat and wait man was that a long wait I sat there for 45 minutes watching the receptionist walk in and out the building a other person shows up and she still walking in and out she hands the second patient his ID and said I will be right with you guys sorry and right out the door she went tick tock tick tock its now reaching 9am lets just say after she handed the second patient his ID and walked out the door we never seen her again at this point I left and the second patient was right behind me . My guess is she really hates her job , rather not be working a weekend or this facility lacks customer service all together . My first and last time ever stepping foot into this office and based on the reviews I wont waste my time speaking to a supervisor chances are I wont be able to speak to one or they will just brush this matter under the rug .Thank you for the experience 😊

This was the most uncomfortable MRI that I have ever received. And then they handed me the images of some woman that werent mine. Clearly a HIPAA violation. Unbelievable.I took a photo of the CD jacket for my record and returned it. But, if any officials are investigating this place; I will provide the photo and info.

For the first time I am reading the TBI reviews. I found the office staff to be helpful and the technician to be professional and understanding. I am 63 260. Yes the tube was tight on me. Yes I was was uncomfortable lying on my back but considering that I was there because of back, neck, and shoulder injuries what would one expect? I also had a real hard time staying still because my injuries would spasm. The machine is by no means the newest or by any means open, but it did what it was designed to do...As did the staff. I thank them.

Had an MRI and X-Ray done here a few months ago, the staff was very professional and they got me my results really fast. I wold definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Even though I gave them my PIP number to bill, they billed me instead which cost me more than 1500 dollars. Careless!---MRI Experience. ----They dont give you a button in case you want to get out of the machine which makes MRI more horrifying. Also the technician hardly ever talks to you like in other MRIs which relaxes you. They give headphones which does not make much sound.

Excellent place. The front desk and the rest of the team was courteous, specially the MRI team. It is just a little hard to find the place. It is right in the corner of Bank of America building.

HORRIBLE, horrible experience ever. I just did an MRI and they lied to me telling me that it was a semi open. I ended up with a closed MRI machine.I got a panic attack and I called for the lady several times without a response. I called and told them what happened and the answer was....Im sorry.No monitoring or watching if youre ok.Not professionals at all.

Place is awful. ive had 6 mris done with the same results. The last one i got there gave completely contradictory results to the previous 6. Turns out the images were blurry because I moved to much because they insisted i lay backwards on the table. im 64 and the previous mri i had done with them they put me on the table so I fit, this time they flipped me around and insisted i sit still for 40 minutes with my legs from just below my knee down hanging off the table which put incredible amounts of pain & pressure on my lower back. When i asked why it had to be done this way when the last time i did it the other way she said its just how its done now. See the table only goes into the machine so much, so instead of putting my legs on the long part of the table they flipped me around so that my legs were on the short end. This makes NO sense considering i was getting my neck mrid. this place is run down with old equipment & terrible customer service. It took months to get a manager to contact me who was more focused on the fact they never ran my credit card than the fact the images came out so blurry from the mri tech putting me on the table backwards. She did not care at all that the 6 previous mri results disagreed with the blurry set and they would not redo the procedure properly. i will never use this joke of a company ever again.

Terrible place, rude customer service, manager took 6 months to call me back because my mris came out bad which Im seeing from other reviews on google & yelp just how bad this place is & Im not the only one. the first time i showed up for my appointment at 7am they said they had to cancel because of some issue on there end. the second time i showed up again at 7am i did not get back there to get my mri started until almost 8:30 and did not get it done till almost 10am.

Horrible experience!! Appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before the exam because machine was down and had to wait a whole week because X-rays are only done on Wednesdays after I took the day off from work wasted.Rescheduled for another day. Waited an hour and a half even though I had an appointment.. never have such poor service. Stay away if you can

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I MADE A APPOINTMENT GOT THERE AND THE FREAKING OFFICE WAS CLOSED MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3:00pm SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CALLING TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER WHENEVER THIS RIGED PLACE IS OPEN

Horrible Experience. Do not come here, they do not care about you as a patient nor do they care about customer service.
