I enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Bauer’s office! Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable and calming; so if you hate going to the dentist, you will love her for her ability to make you forget about being in a dentists’ office.The entire staff is professional, communicative and just has an overall interest in making your visit enjoyable.Alice in particular, took great care of me during my exam, x-rays and cleaning! She too, put me at ease and addressed all my inquiries! During this pandemic, I was concerned about some things, but Alice put me at ease and in just being observant; the staff keeps the office pristine and protects patients.I felt at home and dare I say, can’t wait to go back for a follow-up appointment?

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. This place makes all your fears go away. So relaxing from the moment you step into the lobby until you walk out the doors. Every appointment I have, they are always on time. I’m not sure if it’s a Massachusetts thing where you show up on time and don’t get in for an hour, but this office is speedy! I have never had a hard time finding a time to schedule and they are always so accommodating. It is clean, hip, and not old/grungy like many can be. Love going here.

Today was my first visit to the office, As soon as I walked in I was welcomed into a beautiful office and the ladies at the front were very kind. I did not have to wait long to get my appointment started. Alice took me to her dental room and went over some things before getting started. The x-rays and cleaning were so gentle. Alice was very knowledgeable and let me know everything she was doing. I saw Dr. Kansal and she was very sweet as well, talked me through everything and was very fast and efficient. I absolutely love this dental practice. I was a patient here in 2014 and moved away shortly after. My military family moved back to the Tampa area in 2020 and could not wait to be a patient again. Had my first cleaning and check up since the pandemic struck, and am so over the moon. All COVID protocols are in place and my teeth are squeaky clean. What a great team!

In full transparency it’s been a long time since I have been to the dentist as it is not a process I enjoy...at all. Having said that, Dr. Bauer and both of the hygienists (Alice and Kelsey) whom I worked with were amazing!!! I had heard they were the most gentle in the area, and I couldn’t agree more! The overall experience from front end to back end were seamless, timely, well communicated, and thorough. They’ve made a believer out of me and instilled a level of trust I longed for. I’ll finally be back to regular dental exams and cleanings because of it! You all are greatly appreciated!!!

I have had the worst experience with this dentist Marnie Bauer. Her staff was nice but I was treated very poorly by her and worst of all I am in severe pain from the last appointment 2 weeks ago. Her staff never followed up on my well being, only called to tell me I owe money. She had to reconstruct two teeth, was pisses that she had to do it, I waited for her for 2 hours and then she copped an attitude and said I should be grateful she’s working through her lunch hour - this is verbatim. How dare she call herself a professional. I have seen two other specialist after that in which I was told that one of my teeth was actually mobile/moving. She did not. She walked away from me with no goodbye and no talk of next steps. Awful! In addition, if you choose to use insurance they won’t tell you what is covered and how often because they told me that they don’t let insurance distaste what work gets done. Ha! Think twice before you go here.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bauer. However, Dr. Kansal and the entire staff at Dr. Bauer’s office are incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Wait time is minimal and the team works well to understand and resolve questions and concerns. This is a five-star office with exceptional personnel delivering quality work.

As always, the team at Dr. Bauer’s are on-point, kind, and accommodating. Lily did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today and had me in-and-out in 45 mins, all with a check-up by the doctor and a thorough cancer screening. The lobby is like a spa and a welcome respite at any time of day. I used to live around the corner from the office, but now will happily drive the distance for Dr. Bauer and her team.

BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER GONE TO! Actually had my first appointment today. I was recommended from my brother who is an ER doctor, so I knew his judgement was solid.I was experiencing weird traveling sensations and pains in my mouth for months! I couldn’t figure out the problem!! My old oral surgeon in New York gave me NO answers or explanations as to what might be the problem. I was told it was likely my wisdom teeth, but they left it at that. I was left in agony and progressively getting anxious that something serious may be wrong.Thankfully, the team here got to the bottom of everything. They were thorough, patient and detail-oriented. The team is professional and every one was very nice and accommodating.I am so thankful to have found them!!!

The best dentist in South Tampa and possibly the world? My entire life I’ve had dental issues and this is the first place where I didn’t feel like it was my fault for ending up with a cavity even though I was doing everything in my power to prevent them. Dr. Lazo is absolutely amazing and made getting fillings a breeze. The essential oils, spa music, and overall office aesthetic immediately put me at ease and made me feel like I was at a spa. I absolutely will be coming back here!

Nice woman but not sure if shes confusing her practice with her soccer mom duties. Make sure you like the way your crowns look BEFORE she permanently installs them! Especally if theyre your front teeth! I was not given the option and later told her the appearance was unacceptable several times. Never addressed the issue. I found someone who listens and does something about it! Dont let Dr. Freddie anywhere near your extraction!!! He doesnt know a hooked root even when the patient points it out and asked: can you handle this? You may be off to the Oral Surgeon like I was immediately after Freddie is done making excuses. The office is bright and the staff are nice though.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bauer’s practice for years, and not once have I ever run into any issues. The staff are immaculately professional and empathic, and incredibly capable at their craft. The office is always pristine, and their covid countermeasures make me feel safe when I’m in there. They’re very fast for how thorough they are with dental cleanings, and the patient’s comfort is always first on dental operations such as fillings. You couldn’t do much better to go anywhere but here!

The practice is compassionate and truly puts their patients first! Ive been coming here for 10 years and Dr. Bauer and team have consistently provide A+ service. I went to see Kelsey for a cleaning. I was Kelseys last appointment. Before she even started she examined my teeth again. Now I did have an exam the appointment before but she wanted to make sure and double check on everything before she started working . I do have gum disease and didnt feel cared for by my past dentist as the cleaning took only about 7 minutes. Kelsey took so much time to clean my teeth, she told me that my past dentists didnt do a good job in cleaning as they missed areas which was pretty concerning. I go to the dentist every 4 months due to the gum desease and need an effective deep cleaning. Let me tell you I can feel the difference, my teeth havent felt this clean since a long time. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure Im was taken care off. Be assured that I will not go to anyone else but Kelsey :)

This place is amazing! I normally hate going to the dentist but this office feels like home. The decor and facility is state of the art, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful - I was seen promptly. Dr. Bauer made me feel very comfortable and Alice gave me the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had! She did a great job - I sensitive teeth and her cleaning was a breeze. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place. I needed some extensive work, I knew that going in. Instead of focusing on what I needed which was a few root canals/crowns they automatically kept trying to get me a cleaning and Invisalign. I almost fell for it and bought the Invisalign till my girlfriend went for an appointment. She has great teeth, on of the dentists even told her so right off the bat. She went for just a cleaning and spent way more than she needed to but not even an hour after the dentist told her how great her teeth are, they tried pushing Invisalign on her. They also gave her fillings which I’m unsure if they were needed (I can’t say yes or no). Now that covid is here they are charging a $15 fee. Sure fine, but not when you over charge already. I only received one crown and paid a lot more then I have been asked for by other dentists. I paid because I figured, by the look of the place, and the reviews, I was getting luxury top quality work.The dentists don’t communicate with the dental assistants (who are extremely nice and honest with you). I had bindings put on my teeth and the assistant had no idea what I was even doing that day. The assistant urged me to get my crowns finished whether or not I have Invisalign since crowns can be moved, but low and behold the dentist did not want that.I’m a student barely making it during these hard times and I wasn’t asking for a perfect celebrity smile, all I wanted was my prior root canal teeth not to break off...in others words to have the rest of my teeth simply healthy, and apparently that was too much to ask for. I’m saddened because most of the staff was nice and helpful.You should be ashamed for scamming poor innocent people who just want their health issues fixed.I’d recommend getting a second opinion before trusting what they tell you here. Trust the dental assistants they are the only ones kind enough to be honest with you.

Amazing staff. Very thorough. Hygienist Kelsii explained everything she was doing as well as giving me a tour of the office since it was my first time. She showed me all my xrays and did an amazing cleaning. Dr. Bauer was super nice, and explained future treatment options. There was no waiting time. I was seen right away. Very happy with this office!

The office is very clean and equipment is the latest. The front office is cordial with excellent people skills. The appointment schedule is mostly on time, over the last 4 years I can’t remember waiting past my scheduled appointment. Ms. Bauer is gentle, listening to your concerns, and provides great treatment plans. I drive over 45 minutes to get to her office. My teeth are very important to me and it’s hard to find knowledgeable, caring and responsible dentist. Highly recommend this office and Ms. Bauer.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bauer and her staff. My life has changed as a result of the expert care I received from Dr. Bauer. Prior to meeting her, I was diagnosed with oral cancer. I was treated with radiation, chemo therapy and surgery. The treatment required removal of portions of my jaw and teeth. This affected how I chewed food and swallowed. My remaining teeth began to shift, and my ability to chew food deteriorated. My speech began to change and I was developing a lisp. I could not eat in public places and was relying on liquids for most of my calories. I felt my situation was hopeless. Dr Bauer carefully realigned my remaining teeth, allowing me to chew efficiently. My speech improved, as did my confidence, allowing me to eat in public places. I am truly grateful for the life changing care I received from Dr. Bauer and her staff.

Great experience today! The entire team was welcoming, thorough with the cleaning and xrays and extremely professional. The office was super clean too! The entire team wanted to make sure that all questions were answered and i left with no concerns.

This was my first time visiting Marnie Bauer’s office, and wow. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Lacie at the front desk was so sweet and very informative. My hygienist Vale was super sweet and funny. They broke down every bit of information so I knew exactly what was going on with my teeth. I left with no questions. This is the first time I actually look forward to going back to the dentist office!😂❤️

Our family of five is thrilled that we found Dr. Bauers office when we moved to Tampa seven years ago.We have had many appointments over the years with Dr. Bauer and her team. Everyone in her office has been great.When you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and are never kept waiting. My husband and I have remarked several times that the office is the best run and most professional and polished office we have encountered.We have had several types of work done and we have always had a great experience with the work and the exceptional people who make the experience so enjoyable.The management and accounting people were excellent in working with our insurance and with us for a great result in covering some major procedures.Dr. Bauer and her team have gone far out of their way to take care of us and to fit us in with surprise issues or schedule changes. They are fantastic!

The Nordstrom of dentist offices! Dr Bauer is amazing in every way and you can tell her staff think so too! I experienced the best customer service from the moment I walked in the door until the time I walked out. Dr Bauer takes her time to explain everything and give honest opinions while making sure your teeth and oral health are in the best shape possible! The hygienist was quick yet extremely thorough and I walked out with the shiniest smile ever! Love this place and highly recommend!
