PLEASE BEWARE!!!!: Back in August 2021, I went to see Doctor Levine to quote me on a Periodontal Surgery. His Treatment Coordinator quoted me $4,549 for the procedure. I presented her with my dental insurance card and she told me that the insurance estimate would cover $2,274 and I would only owe $2,275, but if I paid my out-off -pocket in full, I would only owe $2,165. I went ahead and paid the agreed $2,165 and had the surgery. After several weeks, I received a statement from them telling me that the insurance covered only $600 and that I now owe them the balance of $1,539. When I called the Treatment Coordinator to ask why the insurance only covered $600 instead of $2,274 she said, that was only an estimate and did not want to make any effort of honoring their estimate. I asked to speak to the Doctor directly and she said that there was nothing to talk about in a very rude tone. I could understand if the estimate was off by a few hundred dollar, but not by $1,539!!!It is very disappointing that they would quote you an amount and then they would not honor it after they rendered the service. What is the purpose of providing an estimate if it will be completely off? They do not seem to know how to run insurance estimates or how to submit charges to them. (Or they simply dont care!!)I do not recommend this doctor ever!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Levine’s for a few years now and I love it here. When I first came into the office I was nervous as finding a good dentist is hard to come by but each time I’m there I feel relaxed. I know I’m in good hands. My oral health was not in the best condition which is what brought me in, however, Dr. Levine corrected my issues with laser surgery and on-going therapy. He and his staff are extremely professional and personable. His hygienist is gentle yet she gets the job done well. Office personnel are awesome too. The best decision I made was to make that initial call for consultation. Thanks Dr. Levine and staff!

If anyone is having issues with their baby and ties, please go see Dr. Levine asap. Our son had his procedure done at 13 days old and we were able to salvage our breastfeeding journey from complete extinction. We followed all the instructions and had excellent results. In our experience, we saw some improvements immediately while others took some time, but now at 4 months old, our little one is thriving! His whole staff was also very professional and caring. We are so happy and recommend their services

Nursing was painful with my newborn so my midwife referred us to Dr Levine. Our baby had 3 lip/tongue ties. Dr Levine did the laser treatment on the spot at our first appointment (baby was 2 weeks old) and nursing started to get better immediately. We’re 5 weeks out from surgery and have a happy baby whose nursing well, sleeping *very* well and gaining weight!!The whole process from start to finish was very easy. The staff here is so warm and welcoming. They provide tons of information to explain what ties are, what happens if you don’t address them and what to expect during/after the laser treatment. The procedure itself took 5 minutes and when our baby was brought to us after, she wasn’t even crying and was ready to nurse right away. After nursing her, we were shown how to massage the wounds so they’d heal correctly. We left with all our questions answered and feeling very confident we could take care of our baby so she’d heal well.Dr Levine gave us his personal cell number to call if we had a problem or questions and even called to check on her progress himself! If we didn’t live an hour away, Dr Levine would be the new dentist for our whole family!

Dr. Levine and staff were amazing. The moment I called the office to make an appointment they prioritized being able to get me in. I was told from my pediatrician that my newborn son Had an upper lip tie. Dr. Levine pointed out that my son actually had an upper lip tie, a lower lip tie, and a posterior tongue tie. He was able to correct all three quickly with a laser. As a new mom I was very on edge about getting this procedure done but the entire Office explained the benefits and made me feel confident about choosing to move forward doing this. They even spent extra time with me and really made me feel like they care. They were very gentle with my son and I am very happy I chose to do this at Dr. Levine’s office. My son is healing great and I know I made the right choice for his future. I would highly recommend going here!

I cant rave enough about my experience enough. I had gum surgery approximately 10 years ago and it was a horrific experience. Dr. Levine was so incredibly understanding and patient. In addition to be an amazing periodontist, he has incredible bed side manner. He called me the night of my procedure just to check in on me. He responded to my text messages to his cell phone when I sent him pictures as I was a bit nervous I had damaged the surgical site. Id give Dr. Levine a 10/10 on all levels. In addition, the staff at Dr. Levines office is amazing. They are kind and helpful and did a fantastic job. Thanks Dr. Levine for everything.

I was referred to Dr Levine by my lactation consultant after suspecting a lip tie was the reason my 3 week old wasn’t gaining weight. Once Dr Levine worked his magic, my baby girl gained 10 oz in just over a week! I can’t thank him enough and I highly recommend him for any mom who has suspicions of a lip or tongue tie. The procedure was simple and Dr Levine called personally to check on how the baby was doing later that evening. You don’t get service like that anymore!

Writing reviews is not something I would do, but after several appointments with Dr Kenneth Levine and his courteous and professional staff, I must say I am impressed. Dr. Levine did a pinhole procedure on me in April, 2021, and I am pleased with his work, his professionalism and empathetic treatment towards me. The entire staff was accommodating and kind. I thank God for the services they provide as a medical team.

Dr. Levine and his staff are truly amazing!!! My son had both a tongue and lip tie and when he was not gaining weight at 2 weeks we knew we needed to correct it right away! After asking my moms group who they recommended... we gave Dr. Levine’s office a call. They were able to get us in the next day and assured us if a procedure was necessary it would be able to be done that very day! We didn’t want to wait any longer and wanted to begin the road to recovery! The second. Levine and his staff truly make you feel like family and within 7-10 minutes the procedure was done! That day my son was a little irritable, however the next day he were nursing more and more and now he is a 5 weeks old and had the procedure done at 2 weeks. He has since gained 1 1/2 pounds and we are back to solely nursing!!! We couldn’t be happier! We can’t thank Dr. Levine and his staff enough, thank you!!!

Dr. Levine fixed my daughter’s tongue and lip tie the procedure was simple and he took great care of my daughter and even called on the night of the procedure. He was available to answer any questions which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

I was having some difficulty breast feeding and my pediatrician advised that my son had a tongue tie. I went online and went to work on finding an office to have his tongue tie corrected. I found Dr. Levine and saw so many great reviews. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. And I couldnt have been happier. Dr. Levine was great and so was all of his office staff. Dr Levine himself called the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment and introduce himself. My baby (5 weeks old at the time) had his lip and tongue ties corrected at his office. The procedure took about 5 minutes. Dr Levine again called to check on my son later that evening. We then had 2 follow up appointments after at 2 and 4 weeks to ensure everything was healing correctly. Now breast feeding is much better and my son gained almost 3 pounds within a month. Overall great experience and couldnt have asked for a friendlier and thorough doctor. I highly recommend him.

We had a great experience and Dr. Levine was great with my 2 month old. He had 4 ties and the nurses walked me through all of his stretches and made sure I understood. My breast feeding experience was immediately better and my baby no longer suffered from extreme gas. Dr. Levine also called to follow up on my baby and it showed me that he actually cares! I would definitely recommend him!

My 5 year old son had a correction surgery for his tight tongue with Dr Levine. We had a very good experience in general. The attendants were always very attentive and caring, the office is clean and comfortable, the entire procedure was explained clearly and the final result was quite satisfactory. Dr Levine conducted the surgery with great professionalism and showed affection and concern, calling the day before the surgery as well as the day of the surgery to see how my son was doing. I found Dr. Levine on the internet, after finding out from my baby’s pediatrician that she had a lip tie. According to the pediatrician, it would resolve itself in time by spontaneously tearing. After a month of reflux, gas, and a lot of fussiness and further research on my part, I decided to consult Dr. Levine. Dr. Levine examined my baby and discovered my baby had both upper/lower lip-tie and was also tongue-tied. The procedure was very quick, about 5 minutes or less after they prepped my baby for the laser procedure. We were not present during the procedure, but his staff made us feel confident in leaving her with them. My baby was able to bottle feed right after. She was in some pain, but wasn’t crying; seemed to be discomfort more than pain. To be perfectly honest, there are massages that the parent will have to perform for 4 weeks thereafter, and are painful for both baby and parent, but if done correctly, so well worth it. Dr. Levine has performed about 4700 of these procedures. He is also personally available to you after-hours. To my surprise, he personally called me on a Sunday, the day before our initial appointment, to speak about my baby and he also called the following day after the procedure. His staff was nothing but warm, caring and helpful. They are always so pleasant and ensure you are full aware of what to expect with the procedure. I absolutely recommend Dr. Levine and his staff

My 3 year old son had his tongue tie surgery here ,it was absolutely amazing. The staff are super nice and make sure you feel very welcome. Great service! Dr Levine and his staff are all very attentive. He did a great job with a quick but accurate diagnosis and treatment for my baby. We suffer weeks of poor latching, a lot of crying and and a very difficult breastfeeding journey. He help us to figure out what was wrong and fix it. 4 months after the frenectomy, my son is still able to breastfeed. Thank you Dr Levine and Rose for being the light at the end of the tunnel, otherwise I would have give up breastfeeding.

Dr. Levine revised my 4 week old daughter’s upper and lower lip tie, and posterior tongue tie via laser on 11/2/2020. I was absolutely amazed with the amount of care and compassion that he showed towards my daughter and myself. He provided a level of care that I’ve never received at any other doctor or dentist in my life. He called me, personally, the day before her evaluation (which was a Sunday) to ask how she was doing and let us know he was looking forward to seeing us in the morning. During her evaluation, he made sure to explain every step of what he was doing and looking for beforehand. He also explained every step of the procedure and aftercare that be required if my daughter did indeed have ties. He spent time asking me history about our breastfeeding journey and showed true empathy towards the pain that I had been experiencing while nursing. He confirmed my daughter’s ties and we decided to move forward with releasing them. He was able to do the procedure in office before we left, and it took a total of maybe 7 minutes before I was brought back to my baby. They brought me into a private room and allowed me to nurse my daughter, who latched immediately like a champ. For the first time in my daughters 4 weeks of life, I experienced nursing without pain. He personally checked on us before we left and even gave us his personal cell number to reach out to him with any questions. He also called around 7 pm the night of the procedure to check on us and see how she was feeling. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine to anyone who suspects something isn’t right- or experiencing pain in their nursing journey. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the doctor’s level of care for his patients is unmatched.

Dr Levine and his staff was very professional, courteous and caring. Our son had multiple ties released by Dr Levine. We saw an immediate change in his drinking pattern. Before the release, he would struggle with drinking milk, sometimes up to an hour. After the release, he takes about 20 minutes. The staff explained everything very well and are knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Kenneth Levine and his staff are excellent at providing the BEST care. We first went to Dr. Levine for our daughter when she was 2 weeks old to correct her tongue and lip tie in 2014. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently and his staff took the time to properly teach me & my husband how to care for my daughter post procedure. He and his staff were available to us night or day! Since then, we returned in 2016 to have our 2nd child (daughter) have the same procedure done at a week old without issue. Finally we returned again in 2020 for our son to have the lip and tongue tie corrected and they did a fantastic job! We have seen improvement with proper latching during breastfeeding, less gas and colic. We recommend Dr. Levine to anyone without any reservations!

My daughter had the tongue tie removal procedure done in three areas of her mouth one month ago. Before the procedure it took her over an hour to breastfeed and it was extremely painful for me. I had been having problems with my gums receding. I was concerned with loosing my front teeth. I had o reviously had an implant done by Dr. Levine and my son had had a gum graft.I called and got an appointment for the next week.Dr. Levine and his staff are professional and a pleasure to work with. After a thorough examination, they explained the procedure I would need, called pinhole, to regrow my gums. They explained the different payment options to me. They explained to me the medications I would need to take before and after the surgery.The surgery took the time that they had estimated, including prep and surgery. The surgery was painless and easy. They answered any questions that I had after the procedure and throughout the next week as my gums healed. I was concerned with the post-op requirements, but I was able to do them and the staff encouraged me. I would recommend Dr. Levine and his office for any work that you need.

Dr. Levine and his staff are amazing! I came in with my 2 week old son who was born with tongue tie. Not only was the procedure explained to me in details but took only a few moments. After the procedure his nurses took the time to explain the exercises I needed to do with my son once we were home. They are so good with children. I am actually going to miss our visits. My daughter came in at 8 weeks old to be assessed for a tongue and lip tie after a lactation consultant referred me. After an ENT said he didn’t believe she has ties, yet she had all of the red flags, my gut told me to get another opinion. Dr. Levine found a total of 4 ties! An upper and lower lip tie and 2 tongue ties. They were able to complete the laser procedure right then. They thoroughly explained the process beforehand. Afterwards, they showed how to conduct the massages and stretches needed to avoid regrown. Dr. Levine called that evening to check on my daughter and sent her pediatrician a write up of the appointment. The whole staff was professional, kind, and friendly for initial visit and two follow ups! My daughter is now nursing efficiently! She is no longer nursing on and off all day long, she’s sleeping longer stretches at night, and gaining weight extremely well! I took my 3 week old to get checked for lip tie do to him not being able to latch and having extreme gas issues. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful., There is almost no waiting time in appointments are made easy and fast.Dr. Kenneth fixed my sons lip and tongue tie the next day. The procedure was so fast I did not even get a chance to drink my coffee. We only need it to give Tylenol that night, the massages were easy to do in by the first check up my son was almost totally healed, now a month after he is latching, the gas pain is gone and he has gained over 3 pounds since their procedure. I am very thankful to everyone at doctors Levines office!

Dr. Levine revised my daughters Tongue/Lip Ties at 10weeks old and she is now 4.5 and absolutely thriving! This procedure completely saved our Breastfeeding relationship! From consultation, day of procedure to post op, I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Levine and his staff. I was greeted so warmly and provided with information in great detail to ensure that I was prepared. Dr. Levine performed the Chao pinhole surgical technique to correct areas of gum recession I had from years of aggressively brushing. Seriously the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. We went to have our 1 month old baby’s lip and tongue tie corrected. Dr. Levine and his staff are the best. I went in due to severe gum disease and did the laser treatment. I am scared of dentists. I have been to several and it was not pleasant, but Dr. Levine is different. I found a dentist that I will stick with. He and his staff were so courteous and professional, they erased my fears and made me feel comfortable. I ended up doing the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and I am glad I did it. Before, I could hardly bite hard food like almonds, etc without feeling pain in my gums. Now, I ate those foods without even thinking about it. My 4 week old baby girl had tongue and lip tie in 4 places. It was affecting her latch as well as causing reflux. I was referred to Dr. Levine by a good friend and it was the best decision I have made. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Made me feel at peace and at home. We had a great experience at our appointment with Dr. Levine today. Our one-week old baby girl was diagnosed with a tongue tie at the hospital which was affecting breastfeeding. Dr. Levine not only confirmed the tongue tie but also discovered two lip ties. The revision was done quickly and I was able to breastfeed her right away feeling a huge difference immediately. We were taught how to do massages and stretches by one the dentist assistant as well. Dr. Levine and his staff are super nice and accommodating and their help will forever be appreciated!

Dr. Izquierdo and her assistants did an amazing job! They were so sweet and caring. They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything they were doing, always checked to see if I was alright and made sure I felt absolutely NO pain! Dr. Levine also checked in a few times to see how I was doing. The best dental experience I’ve ever had!!

My newborn daughter had a tongue and lip tie. Im so glad I went with Dr Levine. They explained everything before any procedures are done. Dr Levine even called himself to check up on my daughter at the end of the day. All of his staff is super friendly as well.

After struggling with nursing my newborn baby for a few weeks, someone suggested checking to see if my baby boy had a tongue/lip tie. This was the only office I contacted and I am happy I did. He ended up having both ties. The staff and doctor were so understanding and answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns. They loved on my son throughout the whole appointment and did a great job with after care education. I dont regret having the ties removed with Dr. Levine

Dr. Levine helped us with both of our children who had latching issues with nursing. Their office and staff is wonderful and kind, and they are extremely prompt with appointment times. After fixing their latches, both of our children were able to nurse better without causing pain for me. Would highly recommend Dr. Levine.

I never leave reviews, however I felt the need to tell people how wonderful Dr. Levine and his staff were to my family. We took our at the time 5 week old daughter for a tongue tie. I was so scared at first but dr.levine and Brittany made me feel so comfortable about the procedure. Everything went well and she’s doing great!

I had a great experience at this office. My daughter is only 2 months old now and she came in for her follow up. My daughter was born tongue tied and when I came into the office I was told she also had a lip tie. Dr. Levine performed a small and quick laser procedure and minutes later I was able to breastfeed my daughter. She is doing great now, she sticks her tongue in a out and has a beautiful smile. Nursing my daughter is amazing now, it doesnt hurt anymore. Thank you Dr. Levine. This office made me feel super comfortable and I would recommend this office to anyone who has a newborn baby. I write this on Thanksgiving Day... how appropriate.From the Sunday afternoon before my Monday morning appointment, I felt genuinely welcomed! On my arrival I was greeted warmly by everyone at the front desk, they all paused from their task to say hello. Homemade cookies and my choice of beverage made it feel more like visiting family than going to the dentist!Rose gave me a tour of the whole facility and told me about how theyve helped fellow souls from less than 24 hours old and up.When Dr Levine came in, Rose honored me in her introduction, siting me as a Veteran and a mother of 3.When the introduction of me was complete, he told me a bit about himself and then asked what more I needed to know about him.I told him, Nothing, because I already know what I need to know through (my partner) Joes experience with you. You changed his world!Suddenly I was a bit emotional as I reflected on the struggles he was having with his dentures. The comparison between the daily difficulties with eating and speaking, the mountains of glue he had to use to just get through his day, compared to post Dr Levine and his life today, makes him a true blessing in my life... before I had even opened my mouth for his inspection.Its truly refreshing to feel such genuine and heartfelt interest! I had the most AMAZING experience with, Dr. Levine & his staff (Ashely, Shari, & Robin). I booked a consultation for June 17th the day after Father’s Day & Dr. Levine called me on FATHER’S DAY to listen to my concerns....I was blown away!!!! Once I stepped into the office I felt like I knew the entire staff for years. Dr. Levine is very knowledgeable and explained everything in great details. But he took service to a whole new level when he provided me with his home & cell number at the end of my visit. I have NEVER encountered a level of service like I received today, that explains why he’s been at the same location for 43 years!!!!!

Dr. Levine is the nicest, kindest, and experienced dentist I have ever met! He embodies the very definition of character. His colleagues are also very caring and will do anything in their power to assist me. This truly is the best periodontal office that I have ever been to. This office is the most patient friendly one I have been to, since moving to Fl. 14 years ago.I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the care and kindness shown to me by Dr. Levine and his staff. Right away the staff made me feel so welcome which help boost my confidence and fear because I have very bad anxiety. The way the staff treated me was very heart warming and loving and Dr Kenneth Levine is an amazing Dr that takes pride in his work he is very amazing at what he does. I love the way him and the staff kept me in their conversation throughout the procedure I love how they let you know step by step what’s going on he is a very informative doctor. This doctors office is WONDERFUL. I honestly cannot say that enough. It is such a pleasure to visit this doctor that Im honestly going to miss it now that I dont need to return. EVERYONE is so warm and kind and make you feel like family. Dr. Levine is so great and always calls to follow up on my daughter and even provides his cell phone number in the event you need him during non office hours. I strongly recommend using them if you need a Periodontist. You will not regret it.

Dr. Levine has done best work for my periodontics gum disease. He did laser treatment on my gums and I did not feel any pain or discomfort.. all the procedures went well. Dr. Levine and his staff are great! Very welcoming and the service they provided was wonderful. Our baby had a tongue and lip tie and we needed to get it revised because he wasn’t nursing well. They gave us all the information that we needed. At 4 days old he had it revised with Dr. Levine. Best decision we’ve made for our baby boy. He nurses very well now and I no longer have pain while he nurses.

I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience with Dr. Levine and his office staff! We brought in our 1 month old son for a lingual and labial frenectomy. He was having trouble with feedings because of a tongue tie and lip tie. Dr. Levine corrected his lip and tongue ties using a water laser. The procedure was quick and my baby took a bottle minutes after the procedure was done!We just went in for our check up 1 month after the laser procedure and baby is doing great!!! He is able to make a proper seal on his bottle now and is gaining weight. He’s a much happier little one now that he is able to eat with ease. We are beyond happy with the results of the procedure!I also have to mention that from start to finish our experience with Dr. Levine’s office has been a pleasure. Everyone is welcoming, polite and kind. The staff is by far the nicest, most professional, and genuinely caring group of people! I was told 2 days ago that my 6 week old baby girl had a lip and tongue tie. I received a list of providers from our Pediatrician who could perform the procedures to release these ties. Dr. Levine’s office squeezed us in the very next morning which was weeks before any of the other offices could see us. Everything was explained in great detail and I felt at ease with Dr. Levine and his entire staff. My baby ended up having 2 lip ties and tongue ties corrected with his laser. The 3 procedures were completed within minutes and my baby was back in my arms. I successfully breastfed her immediately after her procedures. I can already feel a big difference in her latch. The minute you walk in the office you feel like you are family.Initially I started having some issues with my gum and I was afraid to contact a dentist. I accidentally picked up one of Dr. Levines Catalog, it turned out to be a blessing. I called and made an appointment, Mindy the Receptionist was very polite and very patient, she did her best to scheduled the earliest appointment available.The day of my appointment I met the team, they were very professional and courteous I felt at ease with them.Rose Dr. Levine’s assistant, she greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour of the office. I have never seen so many High-Tech equipments in a dental office before. I was quite impressed.Honestly I was very nervous. It had been 3 years since my last visit to a dentist. Rose was not only compassionate but very detail oriented when she explained what I should expect. She took lots of pictures and X-rays.Dr. Levine came in and introduced himself, he was very professional, caring and straightforward with me about the procedure. He did a thorough examination of my mouth and explained that I had advanced periodontal disease and that requires a gum graft and other extensive dental work.I immediately scheduled to have the bone graft and laser treatment.On the day of my surgery I was very nervous, Dr. Levine and his team were very comforting. Since it was my first dental procedure that required sedative I expressed to Dr Levine’s staff.They reassured me that they would be there and if at anytime I felt pain I could signal them and they would provide more numbing as necessary.I thought after the surgery I would have pain and bruising. Days later still no pain, it’s as if I didnt have a procedure.I honestly can say its the best decision I couldve made.I am completely satisfied with the staff and my procedure.I highly recommend Dr. Levine and his team.Again, I have to thank Dr. Levine and his team for being so accommodating of my needs.May God bless you all, keep up the good work!

I took my 8 week old to see Dr Levine for a lip and tongue tie evaluation. After researching a few Drs on a list given to me by my lactation consultant I felt Dr Levine was most experienced and used the most up to date treatment plans, so I made an appointment. I couldnt be happier with my choice! Dr Levine and his staff are amazing. Their bedside manner is top notch. They really took the time to explain and show me everything that they found and how they would treat my son. They gave me the time to think it over and helped to make me very comfortable with the choice to have my infant treated which is not an easy decision! The treatment only took a few minutes and gave instant results, I couldnt believe it! They let me stay at the office as long as I needed till I was comfortable taking my baby home. Everyone was so accommodating and gentle with my little guy. I cant thank Dr Levine and his staff enough for how they treated me and my baby. I will very highly recommend them to anyone, especially parents having to make the hard decision to have a procedure done to their infant.

I generally have a maybe like/hate relationship with anyone in the dental field because I mean seriously theyre in dental 👀😂. However, I have a love/love relationship with Dr. Levines entire office staff. From the first day of being there Ive felt at home. These people are the most down to earth, friendly office staff Ive seen in a long time (outside of Dr. Jones Dental who referred me here for dental surgery; I have a love/love relationship with them too 😍😍😍). They make you feel very comfortable and they are funny, fun, and caring!!!! Both of our sons have had laser revision with Dr. Levine at his office. Appointments are easy to get and wait time is fast and prompt. The staff is absolutely amazing here. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and you can tell they have a true family feel in the office.
