Great office ! Really has a sweet a nice atmosphere . The staff is friendly and the dentist is very friendly and nice . But the hygienist JILL is DA BEST ! She makes you feel so comfortable! She is like a dental hygienist goddess ! Answers all your questions! You will always come back and this place and feel safe and wonderful . They will fix your teeth and you will have a nice smile . And this is a professional relationship for years to come . You will love the dentist again and will stay away from the scammers . THIS THE place to be !!

So far so good. Very nice pleasant staff and Dentist. I really feel great bringing my dad who is 78 and very frail right now. They are so sweet to him and are taking really good care of him. No big bill to shock us so that is also helpful as that would stress him out. I may change to this dentist. Hopefully I get to write an updated review later on.

20/10 recommend! The best dentist I have ever used. Dr. Franco and her entire staff has amazing bedside manners and the patience of a saint. I recommend her and her practice to everyone I know, I used to fear going to the dentist but not after meeting her! I feel like I am part of their family with how many times I go there! Took my 3 year old son for his first Dentist appointment and everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist were all so great with my son and made him feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is so friendly and caring that I can say the whole family is going to start using The Dental Place of Tamarac. They even gave my son a goodie bag and got to pick a special prize from a treasure chest. Recommend them to everyone I loved their attention and their kindness.

This place is so warm and welcoming - especially for a dentist office. The Dr. and staff are so nice. Doc always remembers me and my family. Treats you like a friend, a love this personal touch. On top of that, she does great work! I had to get an implant and the whole process has been so smooth. My gums are so healthy. I really trust these people!! They’re not out to get your money like other doc offices.

Today was first time visiting here and the Hygienist and the dentist were phenomenal! They explained everything in detail making sure I understand clearly my treatment plan. Also while doing the cleaning the hygienist made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Surely The dental place at Tamarac have gained a new patient, I will definitely refer them to anyone who I know in need of a dentist.

I decided to change out my dentist for a new one and found Dr. Franco at the Dental Place in Tamarac. My appointment was made the next day after I called and my dental work is scheduled for tomorrow. I don’t know if it was lucky or not but it worked out very well and they were on time. Everybody in the office is very friendly and appear to be happy. As a new patient I found the check in process extremely efficient because they use and iPad which eliminates the hassle of paperwork. Dr Franco was friendly, courteous and explained everything to me throughly. She developed a care plan in which they sit down with you in the consultation room and go through all aspects of what they want to do. Although it could be expensive these are your teeth so you have to do what you have to do to preserve them.I had five old crowns that were cracked and broke and they all needed to be replaced as well as for cavities. As you could imagine I thought this was going to be a uncomfortable experience. It turned out to be anything but. Any discomfort I felt would be classified as minor. In fact they take patient comfort so seriously in this office there were a few times I caught myself dozing during the procedure! Anyway Dr Franco did a great job and I credit her “attention to detail” that you don’t see too much in peoples professions anymore. Her staff is wonderful as well.I finally have a full functioning and cavity free set of teeth again.

WOW! Jill is the sweetest person I’ve ever met like, ever! We’ve been so accustomed to treating people and being treated as robots that we forget that we’re all people, with special lives, living through moments that are special to them. Jill talked to me about her first time going to a local mall that I was really familiar with and she shared real, genuine thoughts and reactions with me. I saw this mall for the first time through her eyes. That’s how my dental appointment went: something where everyone here finds familiar, but to me, was brand new, it being my first time there! Jill explained to me exactly what each step was, and what it meant, and what they look for, and in 20 years of going to the dentist, I’ve NEVER had that explained to me! I just sat through the process blindly. It was like seeing dentistry through a new lens. Then, when the cost of my treatment plan was higher than expected, they worked with me to create a schedule that would work for me and my financial situation! The sweetness of the receptionist, the warmth and depth of knowledge of Jill, and the active problem-solving of Dr. Franco made The Dental Place of Tamarac feel like an experience. Not an appointment. I hope God blesses this place, and everyone who works here!! 🥰❣️

I would highly recommend this Dental office. Upon arriving I was greeted with cheerful faces. The office is very clean, with the whole pandemic thing going on I found that all of the staff took the necessary precautions to ensure my safety aswell as others. The Dental hygienist I had the pleasure of meeting was named Jill and she was amazing. She explained every procedure before performing them.And she just made me feel like I had been a regular for years. I will definitely be returning.

This place is so amazing. I’ve only been coming here for about 3 weeks. Dr. Franco is such a sweetheart, to her patients and employees and you don’t find that everywhere you go.
