This woman has blessed hands. She is so hard working and honest. She is always moving if she is not detailing that place down she is in someone’s hair or greeting someone new making sure they are comfortable and feel as protected as possible ( elder ladies like her too is too cute ☺️) Just coming here you feel in good loving hands.

Amaryllis has been doing my hair for 7 years now. Very professional clean and understanding. I feel spoiled. She close her salon for me one afternoon in order to service my friends and family who come from out of town to attend my engagement party. Wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. She came family

First and foremost let me start off by saying the staff was very nice and pleasant. However, I truly wasnt impressed with my daughters blowout. For the length and texture of her hair I felt that it was obvious she needed a roller set. In fact when I dropped her off I stated I wanted a blow out with a roller set. Upon picking her my daughter I was disappointed and sadly I felt as a consumer I was taken advantage of to receive a partial blowout for $60.00.

Brought my 3 year old to get a cut because her hair was too long and was causing knots. They were patient with her, unknotted her hair, and then charged me basically nothing for the service. Will definitely return to give them more business.

AMAZING experience! Today my daughter had her first Blow out and she couldn’t be happier. Amaryllis was so friendly, professional and informative. She gave me great advice on how to care for my daughters hair and even gave a demonstration on how to wrap her hair at night. I am so happy we came to Amaryllis’s Lounge! I have been going here since they first opened up and I love it. Amaryllis does such an awesome job from cutting, coloring and keratin to wash and blow. The price is affordable and you get quality work. They really care about their customer needs and making sure you are satisfied with their service.

First off, the owner was nice, but my review is nothing personal and not at all against the salon personally. I just have gotten my hair done all over and this was a salon I will never go back to. I went to them because I saw they had pretty good reviews but my own experience was nothing amazing. I am unhappy with the fact that the lady that did my hair was an older lady, which okay, that isn’t a problem if she is truly a good hairstylist. She basically took scissors and cut straight across , that’s it. I felt as if I was asking a family member to cut my hair just so I didn’t have to pay for a haircut. Additionally, the picture that I showed them of the hair cut I wanted was just past my shoulders, but why did she cut my hair to the middle of my back?! I didn’t say anything when I was there because I truly didn’t much notice at the time. I had two toddlers and one of them was fussy. I simply like people who are artists of their craft. This lady who cut my hair, at least in my particular visit, was not one. I asked for something simple but it jut wasn’t what it should have been. Next time I will make sure I go to a salon that is more trendy and up to date with ways of cutting etc. My hair feels so dry and heavy still and normally after a haircut, my hair feels much healthier, and lighter so to speak.. like I said, she literally cut from left to right at the ends of my hair and was done! Never again.

I recently moved this area and I went there last week without an appointment for the first time. The staff was very welcoming, the service was great and very affordable.I had a relaxer and a haircut. I received so many compliments on my hair. Amaryllis is new hairdresser and I recommend everyone to give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

I went in for a wash and cut. The owner of the salon was able to take me in on the same day. She was very friendly and pleasant. However, the haircut was terribly done. I asked for layers. She cut one blunt layer and left the rest long with absolutely no transition. I will not be going there again.

Loved this place the service was wonderful very warm and inviting. Service, people, and price was very good I give it 10 thumbs up. Took my mom to get a hair cut on Christmas eve with no appointment and I ended up getting my hair done as well. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Went here on Saturday and was very happy with the service! Got a wash, blow out, and short cut. Customer service was very nice and accommodating. Amaryllis took her time to explain what she would be doing and made suggestions. The other ladies provided fast service and made sure everyone was taken care of. They can handle all hair types. Also, liked the discount card :-) Already made my next appointment!

Disappointed with my haircut not what I asked for.. I went in asking for my hair cut to be up to my sholder and layers and then curl my hair for a party. I was asked to bring up a picture of an example which I did. I got my hair cut, and i was not able to see what she did the whole time in the mirror. She proceeded to curl it before i got to see if its how i wanted it cut. She curled my hair which turned out nice. Later that night after my party I brushed the curls out and I am not happy with my cut. Its pretty much a sholder length hair cut and no layers. I am not happy with paying 60 bucks for a haircut and not getting what I asked for. Will not reccomrec going back here.

Superb! Que gente más buena. I took a chance after going to three different hair salons on the second of January. I knew most places would be closed due to New Years but still took my chance. I called and they were super available. The place was clean, spacious , homie and relaxing. As someone that barely gets a haircut and used to pay South Beach prices, the ladies at the salon have the same skill level yet they dont gouge your pocket. Ask for Mireya! So skilled and so nice. thank you thank you for taking me at such short notice when no one else around the area was willing to fit me in.

Weather you want a new due or just a touch up on a existing one Amaryllis is the place for you they have many options from a simple cut, hair extensions,a pop of color you name it they are a great staff just call make a appointment or simply just walk in staff very friendly and for you gentleman cuts trims color and much more.

As is expected of a Dominican Hairsalon, the blowdry is pretty good. They do upsale with conditioning or Keratin but they do great work. The price is affordable and the staff is very friendly and you dont have to speak Spanish to get service
